My husband and I have been going to Georgia for years and will continue to go to her for the foreseeable future. She knows the exact way we want our hair, especially my husbands guard numbers, without us having to remind her everytime. She has a heart of gold and we absolutely love her. She also has been cutting my 6 year Olds hair since his first cut and she is so good with him.

I called ahead to get a haircut said i would be on my way after work......when i got theur the rainbow hair colored lady said ahe couldnt do nothing til the next day but she didnt have any problem hiding in customer chair after she wa sdone with the 2 little kids she was working on when she still had like 30 to 40 minutes before closing the chains

I was not greeted when I came in. I tried to call before I went in, but no one answered the phone. The girl at the desk was rude and I will not be back to the Red Bank Road location ever. I then called the Newburgh location. They answered the phone, were polite and made me an appointment for a shampoo , blowdry.

Made my appointment on line and showed up to it and was told she gave my appointment away. And recommended me coming back in 2 days. Even after I showed her my confirmation email. Total BS

Went in to get my hair cut. Kim did not know what a #2 fade was, and was asking me how to do it after she buzzed the sides with a #2 guard. I have never had to shave my head after a hair cut, now I will have to. Unfortunate that I had to pay the full price to come home and shave my head.

Wal-Mart on redbank, rude CSR no one was getting a hair cut when I walked in and was told there was a 20-30 min wait then got back on her phone. I walked out and went to fiesta salon and had a 6* experience

Worst ever I went to get Pink tips in my daughters hair only to have them wash out 3 days later so took her back and instead of them putting the pink tips back in no they put in a lavender color that washed out again 3 days later same with me had Kim put a perm in my hair that she had to ask another work on how to do a piggy back perm that made my hair feel like hay after she was done to only have it wash out 3 days later then she acted like she did not want to mess with me and kept calling in on the days she was suppose to try and help fix my hair . Worst ever will never go back there

So one of the younger girls... I dont know her name but she has red hair. Completely ruined half of my hair last night. SWORE she would be in EARLY to fix HER mistake... Then said the latest she gets here is at 9 and its 9:15 and she still isnt here. Smart style you will be hearing from me today. Your stylists suck and their customer service skills are trash.
