Finally found a place that would actually take their time and do my hair right

One time I went there to get my bangs done and it was good put the other two times it seems like I got it done by people who do not know how to cut hair or are new at the job. I feel like they made it look like the old Justin bieber’s hair cut, and that’s not what I wanted

Terrible place. I went in later in the day and told the lady that I wanted shorter hair on sides and to leave the length on top just a small trim would do. She took the razor and just started going to town on my hair. She just cut It all and kept going. She took off huge chucks at a time. Now that its all over I look like a totally different person and my hair takes forever to grow back. It looks like a terrible buzz cut of some sort. It looks as though she started to cut my hair and then just messed up and decided to cut it more and more. I hate the way I look with this new cut and it was NOT what I asked for at all. I wouldnt recommend this place to a single soul. Not unless you want your hair looking like you cut it with a pair of old scissors. The lady then had the nerve to ask for a tip. My hair is now super short and I have a big forehead with no hair to try and cover it up. Even my family thinks it looks bad. Im a high school student and I refuse to go to school today and tomorrow because I dont want anyone to see how horrendous I look. Even my girlfriend told me to stay home because it looks bad. I will not be going back there again. That was a terrible experience and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Got a great cut. Stylist was impressionable and was the one Id seen prior. Great cut, great job, great price.

I went to the salon around 5:30 pm and asked for a hilight touch up with adding some red hilights as well. My hair tuned out burgundy on top and brown on the bottom with dots on the side of my hair line on each side of my head around my ears was totally missed with any hilighting and I even pointed that out several times to the girl that did my hair when I left the salon after closing time so 3.5 hours I was almost in tears the manger answered the phone after I left she knew it looked terrible so she asked me to come back the next day. I went in and sat for 7 hours and came out looking like an Easter egg my hair was yellow and pink. She asked me to come back another day there was no way total time invested was 10.5 hours and a bad color. I called and just requested a refund for the 3rd time. I also was sold product and told it was free and on the receipt it was rang up as their promo bogo 50% off so I definitely wanted that refunded. When I went in to get the refund the manager shoved the duites of refunding my product on another girl and told me she had to talk to the district manager about the refund for the color I spent well over 100 bucks!!! So the girl did a refund for the product I never asked for and it charged my card another 76 dollars because the refund wasnt done properly so as of today 4 to 5 days later I am still waiting to be refuned over 220 bucks total. Service and people are nice but as a salon do not go here for a simple Hi light. I have to go get my hair fixed at another salon and have had to go around in public for a week looking like this !!! Easter egg good thing Spring is upon us overall bad experience unfortunately.

When you move to a new place finding a good salon is tricky, this place was actually my 1st place I went to when I moved here and needed a haircut, boy was I glad I did because they do an excellent job. I go there for my regular trims and for highlights as well, only place I go in town

Could not get in for a haircut even with an appointment with Seirra my stylist. She didnt even apologize. Really disappointed with how I was turned away.
