Jerry has always been good with our taxes. This year I am retiring and have had numerous questions for Jerry, some of them did not have a quick answer but took some time and work on Jerrys part. Each time I asked how much I owed for this extra work Jerry would say Its part of the service. He saved me thousands of dollars going in to retirement and didnt charge me a dime.

I took my husband’s taxes and my own tax information there almost 2 months ago, everything seemed to be fine. They had told me the taxes would be put together in about 2-3 weeks or so. That wasn’t an issue since we had plenty of time.So, as if today. Tax day. They never attempted to file my taxes. I got no phone calls, no messages about any issues. Nothing. I had to take my tax information to another professional last-minute. I wouldn’t recommend this place. After my experience with the other CPA, I realized just how little questions he had for me during our initial consultation. I originally went to them because I feel like a big dummy and didn’t want to file my first self-employment taxes incorrectly; and I’ve heard good things about the place.I’m now better prepared for next year thanks to the woman that helped me last minute. Very disappointed that I never got anything from Jerry Jones, not even a message saying they didn’t feel as if I had brought enough information.
