This year was my first year going to someone new at H&R Block- so I was a little nervous. She eased my mind immediately. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 😡If you want your taxes done accurately and guaranteed like they say Do Not Go Here. This year 2018 my husband and I went to get our taxes done and was told that our state refund was gonna be 1575 and it turned out to be 412 ( a difference of 1100). It took me two days before I got a phone call back from H and R block admitting it was their error mixing up numbers but when my husband ask to get some of the fee back for preparing our state taxes they refused, so you can GUARANTEE we will never step foot into any H and R block ever......
