Our family has gone here for over 25 years. They are all always knowledgeable and we couldnt imagine going anywhere else. We once had a problem and I called and it was taken care of within hours. Love all of them.

My family has been going to Sextons for years! I’ve never known the staff to be anything but pleasant and courteous! They go above and beyond to ensure the return is done correctly. I can’t imagine a lady who refers to her clients as sweetly and baby doll would ever throw a phone at someone!

I Love Saxton tax service

The owner is rude. My husband and I had our taxes done here in 2019 and the daughter was very pleasant so we said we would be back in 2020. This time we had the owner file for us and she was not very nice. Her interaction with us was rude and rushed. She had an attitude because my husbands employer failed to provide him with a correct W2 (something we can’t help and were not aware of) instead of taking the time to educate us and tell us exactly what we needed the W2 to say she put our papers to the side and said ‘we are done here come back when you have the correct info’ and her tone was not pleasant. When I came back she had an attitude because a document was on my phone and not printed (I don’t have a printer at home) and said to me ‘so you didn’t print it?’ she then tossed my phone across her desk. We will not be back 2021. Everyone else in the office is pleasant.

I’ve been going to Nikki to have my taxes done for the last 21 years every year I have proper paperwork to give her if I don’t she politely tells me what I need and asked me to go get it when I come back she brings me right in. I’ve never had an issue out of her or her company they have all been great, and treat us like family! I’ll go to her until she decides to give it up.

They have done a wonderful job for us for years, including getting us out of paying the fine for no health insurance years ago. Very friendly people, easy to have conversations with

I love this tax place they are friendly and nice they have been like this since i started going to them in 2005 best tax service..

We did our taxes there in Feb 9th. The first week of March we found out from the state and IRS that our taxes hadnt been filed yet!! We called sextons they said theyve sent them out and they did nothing wrong but would check into Next day I called the IRS they received my tax forms that morning!!! Now its the end of April no tax returns yet called IRS and state sextons put in the wrong home address for us now we have to jump through hoops to get our address fixed to get our refunds!! Even though our W-2s have our correct address and our drivers license yet sextons got our address wrong even though they had both items in thier possession!!! The tax preparers there tend to start talking to each other about other subjects and lose focus!!! Then if you complain they say they did nothing wrong always someone elses fault!! Beware!!!

Nikki, the owner staunch unbendable, like them till the staff secretary, met and tried to berate me in parking lot, after I told a staff employee I would no longer use them, as they wouldnt sit with you, to do my taxes, but met me at door without face masks...

Would give a 0 star if possible . Office is hot,and dirty. Staff is rude and condescending. I was 2nd in line. To be served. And was pushed back to 5th. What should have been a 1 hour meeting ended up being well over 2 hours. When I questioned them about the unfair treatment they were dismissive.They really dont care
