Betsy is wonderful! She remembered me from last year and made sure I was well taken care of! She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She very clearly knows what she’s doing when it comes to your taxes and goes out of her way to make sure you’re getting the best deal. Highly recommend Betsy and this location!

AMAZING!!!!!! If I had to sum this Jackson Hewitt location up in one word that would be it!! I have the absolute BEST tax preparer Mrs Betsy C!! But honestly the entire staff here is absolutely AWESOME!!! From the receptionist to the preparers Everyone has top notch customer service, very Respectful personality’s, and gives out a upbeat and positive energy!!! All these things make for a wonderful environment for both clients and employees!! Best decision I made was to start using Jackson Hewitt in 2018 and look forward to being with them for many years to come!!!

Angelica Russel did my return this year and she was very polite and explained everything throughly , making my first time visiting Jackson Hewitt one of the best . I will definitely refer my friends and family to her and be back next year. I had a wonderful experience.

So the year before I was approved for the early refund advance. This year I get an email telling me to find out if I pre-qualify again. I did for up $300 and it said I was a VIP and they were moving me to the front of the line...So I go in with my paystub yesterday 13/14/2020. Soon as I leave I get a text saying Im denied. I made almost the exact same amount of money as the year before. Looking over the paperwork... Jackson Hewitt charged me $328 in fees ( last year I was only charged $79 ) out of my total $908. And for what!? To get denied... I COULD HAVE DONE THEM MYSELF...FOR FREE!! Make sure you pay attention to all the details or theyll take half your refund as well...shame on you Jackson Hewitt.

Betsy ur the best thinks u for all ur time and help I think everyone should go to oh they help get u the berth and it like family helping u its. Very welcoming and professional help best clean place that makes it fun and reassuring u get all thats u desver .we been going for 12 years and always feel they do there best and no problem in anything so again think u Betsy for everything

Over priced. Not worth it use turbo tax or h and r blocks free only stuff all Jackson Hewitt is doing is reading the computer screen to you you can do it your self

Absolutely wonderful. Debbie Johnson was excellent. I drove an hour for appointment because my local area was booked solid. I will be driving another hour just so I can have Mrs Johnson continue to do my taxes.

If I could give this 0 stars, I am certain that I would. The WORST customer service experience I think I have had to-date. I had informed that staff there that this was my first time filing taxes by myself (I am 22 years old), and did not learn ANYTHING while I was there. Absolutely nothing was explained to me and I barely talked with the preparer throughout the entire process. This office consisted of two women- one of which was smirk and rude, and the other was slightly approachable. The preparer I had worked with was dressed as if she had just gotten out of bed, and the professionalism in the office was slim to none. I left my tax appointment that day crying and to be honest, very upset, because I felt as if I was being yelled at for not knowing how to do taxes rather than being helped and informed. I have had my taxes done through Jackson Hewitt in previous years, but I will NEVER return to this location. The staff made me feel stupid and helpless.

I want to Jackson Hewitt tax service that was located in Princeton Indiana inside Walmart I met Jennifer daunt And Christina. They were the best. What I love most about the to Ladies I had thousands of questions And they had answers for me making me feel so much better then I did when I got there. Jackson Hewitt I can honestly say Kristina and Jennifer Are 2 peas and a pot I see nothing but teamwork And I mean good teamwork I would never ever split those 2 up they done miracles for me And I greatly appreciate it and I told them I will be back from this year on. I promise you that. I dont know about your other employees but I know those 2 are greatly appreciated And they know what 3 are doing and I just Met them. They made me feel totally comfortable and they done everything to make my day of betterday When I left those 2 ladies I had a 1000 pounds of pressure lifted off of me thank you girls Ill see you next year.

My husband & I walked in 3/10/18 and the lady that was in the office was just out right rude. When we walked to the office the door was locked, I’m guessing she was on lunch or break. I didn’t get her name, but she wasn’t very approachable at all. Not one smile. I know that tax preparers charge per form and such, but she seemed to be happy that we had a lot of them and it was going to cost us around $600 to file. She had a smug smirk on her face. And she was going back and forth with our W2’s and insurance documents, forgot to add some stuff and then said we owed $1500, we have never had to owe anything so we were beside ourself. She thought it would be funny to ask if we were 60 & older or blind & deaf. I didn’t find it amusing at all! I am 30 and look no where near 60. She wants to keep our documents there for her to look over, I wasn’t sure why because she had looked over them like twice and she was still confused, I didn’t feel confident with her at all. We would never try to fraud the government or anything like that, but I expect my taxes to be done correctly and professionally. Needless to say we just wanted to leave, I was just getting frustrated. We went back to H&R Block and they took care of us.
