I had a Borla cat back exhaust put on. They did a good job. I wasnt thrilled with Borla delaying shipment of product. If I need anything else modded on my 370z I will call them.

Very professional and knowledgeable repair shop. They were able to fix this noise in the front end of my car, were two other repair shops could not detect and fix. Hargett Automotive were able to actually send me a picture of my problem I had a cracked upper control arm. I dealt with this noise for a year...

I had a custom dyno tune done on my truck after some mods i did unfortunately I wasn’t able to be there during the tune but they keep me informed of what was happening and gave me a video of the tune I am happy with the results of that, also a few months later I was having trouble with a o2 sensor and a speedo recalibratetion they took care of it quickly, very nice , thanks for the service.

I can see why they have a nice facility. Never have paid $7,50 a pound for nitrous nor ever charged a service fee and tax on top of that . Over $80 for a 10 lbs bottle ... wont be back at those prices shouldve atleast put the bottle back in ...

Took my truck to HAP for an alignment. Was informed my truck needed ball joints. After that was taken care of, i took my truck in, got an alignment and tires installed. Truck drives great and i was happy with the cost! They even offered to get me an Uber to pick up my truck!! I would recommend HAP in the future.

I was from out of state traveling with a travel trailer staying in a campground when my troubles began. I spoke with the service manager and he brought in a technician early the next day to diagnose and fix my problem and I was out the door back on the road within an hour. The service manager was very reassuring that they would take care of me, which I was greatfull for since I was from out of town and did not know the local resources.

This is the most professional ran automotive repair place I have ever used. They even do inspections and send you pictures of what they find. They tell you a price before they fix anything and let you decide. They saved me a lot of money when another repair shop told me my air-conditioning condenser was bad. It was only the fill valve. It was a $50 fix instead of $2000

Went to Hargett Automotive after recieving a quote to replace the clutch for my 2013 R/T Dodge Challenger. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and very responsive. They did great work and alerted me to rear bearing issues. They were extremely fair on their price. I will continue taking my vehicle there for all performance related issues/ upgrades!

Bryan helped me set up a pre purchase inspection and did a fantastic, and thorough job well worth the money. He even sent me probably a dozen pictures of every concern about the car as well as a detailed inspection report. He also took substantial time to speak with me over the phone and answer other questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for more and was very impressed!!

The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Got my car fixed and running great again, for the most part. They respond to phone calls and texts in a timely manner. Car was returned very clean. Garage is very clean.Reasons for 3 star review. I had my 2005 C6 Corvette in there multiple times. The length of time to diagnose and fix my problems was more than I would have liked. I felt that my car was in their garage more than it was in mine for the most part. The first time I took it to them my HUD and clock on my GPS screen was working just fine. After I got it back neither of them worked at all. I Iet them know and they insisted it was nothing they did, but I know I did nothing to either of them and both were working before I picked it up. They did nothing to try to fix the problem and if I wanted them to look into it further they were going to charge me for it. It didnt affect performance and still drove just fine so I decided to let it be. After having so many problems with it (the other problems were not their fault) I decided to trade it in because I was tired of continuing to pay to get things fixed. Now I own a Lexus RC 350 that I would like to do some performance upgrades to. When I called to ask for some estimates of different options of upgrade packages they told me they didnt have either the software and/or the equipment to work on Lexus. I mean come on, they are supposed to be the Go to guys in town for performance upgrades on your car. They cant work on Lexus and that is not an uncommon car brand by any stretch of the imagination.

2013 Nissan MuranoIssue: No Air ConditioningPROS: Same day service. We dropped it off in the morning. Sat down went over the process. After an hour or so we got a complete inspection report via text. Mechanic called to discuss the compressor was bad because the clutch froze on it. Explained extra parts needed when replacing the compressor. Received a text for the itemized charges. We sent a text back with the go ahead. Received a text that it was done at the end of the day. We got there when they were locking the doors and they were very nice to started up the computer to check us out and get our car. Surprised to hear that the parts and the labor have a warranty. That was unexpected and can only be offered if there is quality behind the work. Friendly. Competent. Knowledgeable. Did I mention nice?CONS: Its America. We are capitalists. Every Con should start with price. The total bill was $1200 for a new A/C system. Could it have been cheaper? Yeah. Is it an issue? No. Its a lot. But I bet they would have to cut corners or not do the complete inspection etc. You get what you pay for and the peace of mind that this car is fixed and road ready is satisfactory. Quality work, quality price. Thats fair.

I had a headlight that I needed changed in my car. While having it fixed, they noticed other problems and asked if I wanted them fixed. I did. It all went pretty fast, their waiting room was very comfy, and the pricing seemed entirely fair.

My experience, unlike many others with this company, was terrible. I took my car in with the complaint that it would stall after getting warmed up. After weeks of working on it and almost 3000 dollars invested into it, we get a car back that ran as bad, if not worse, than when we sent it in. The work that was supposed to have been done on it was either bad, or hadnt been done at all. They were supposed to change the oil, spark plugs, wires, distributor, and computer. They didnt change the oil, they replaced only half of the spark plugs, the distributor that was put on was bad, and the computer they put on was bad. This was a great example of a disservice I could give for a performance automotive shop. This may have been an outlier when it comes to service quality, but either way, I would never recommend them to anyone.
