The most pointless people in the world. I bought my car through them a few years ago. My car goes to them every single time I get a factory recall. I called them today to let them know of something that happened to my car due to a factory recall and they say itll be a month before they can get me in. I tried to explain that with the factory recall they did just last month, my hood lever had broken, I cant get into my hood. They said I could bring in my car and leave it until they can get to it, but itll be $150 an hour and it might be 5 days before they can help me.Their customer service sucks, I wont be coming back.

Purchased a vehicle sight unseen, took the GMs word that the truck was in great shape, which was a blatant lie. Tried to reach out since the truck barely even made it off the transport truck and is costing $7,000 to repair. The GM will not make any of this right, tried calling the owner and they have no interest in even calling back. BEWARE if you are buying from out of state, do your due diligence and get a 3rd party inspection so you dont get lied to like I did.

Sales people and technicians have little knowledge of the vehicles they sell. I had problems with my car in less then a month of buying it. I took it in to get worked on and they broke into my car doing damage to it, instead of properly using the key fob. They didn’t fix the issue I was having with my car starting and they didn’t even own up to their failure or damaging my vehicle. On top of that they failed to mail me my title work with 90 days. They made me regret buying a car from them every step of the way. Save yourself time and money, avoid their incompetence!

Professional service staff and they do good work. We take our fleet vehicle here and they never try to oversell. Work is always completed on time.
