The customer service is unmatched. We had our roof and gutters cleaned and there was confusion on our part about the process, we emailed them and got a call from the owner himself, who took the time to patiently explain everything (including his qualifications, which I appreciated). He didnt let us get off the phone until we were satisfied and understood everything completely. All of the good reviews you see about this companys customer service can be taken seriously.

I have to tell you I have been in Eugene now for two years and trying to find good workman is impossible. These two guys showed up on time, took a very short lunch and came back and got right back to work. They did not mess around, they were professional and very polite. In my opinion I would give them 15 out of 5 stars if I could. I was so pleased with the work they did, the clean up and just the whole overall experience. This is your Dream Team ACE! We found a great company!!! Boy were we impressed! They sent a team of 2 to do our 2 story house windows! The team leader was very thorough to check and recheck to make sure the windows were beautiful! The owner came in the morning to make sure the team had all they needed. No squeegee or wiping of the exterior windows. They have a water filter and water power brush that left no spots! I was amazed. Each team was so respectful and hard working! We struggled to find a good window company and power washing...we landed on a treasure!!

The team did an excellent job of cleaning roofs and were able to clean years of resin off of the metal roof of the double car garage. It looks like new! Very likeable and hardworking young men. Super pleased.

Weve used Ace Home Services since we moved into our home 5 years ago. They inspect and clean our roof and gutters every year and treat our roof when needed. Aside from the work being professional, timely, and fair in price they stand by their work. I wasnt as satisfied with the last job and contacted them. Within an hour the owner was on-site to inspect the work done. He agreed it was not up to their normal standard and had a crew on-site that same day to redo the entire job. Above and beyond! They performed moss treatment under my solar panels by soaking from the top edge of the roof. The spray was non-corrosive to the metal supports. They took the time to do a thorough job for a reasonable cost. I will definitely have them continue to protect my roof each year.

The entire process of getting an estimate from Andy, scheduling an appointment with Marlo, and then having Brandon come to the house to restore our roof was easy and went amazingly well. Our roof had not been cleaned in 12 years and had moss clumps the size of softballs growing on it. Our second story, north facing gutter also had started to sprout weeds that we could see from the backyard. Brandon actually arrived early on our scheduled day and did a spectacular job restoring the roof, cleaning the gutter and one very dirty skylight. Brandon also applied a treatment to stop new moss growth and finished by cleaning up the moss clumps that had made it to the ground. We were very happy with the results and well worth the cost of getting it done. Ace Roof Care is definitely who we will contact for future roof care needs. I absolutely love these guys! Andy and his team are amazing. I asked Andy to come and clean my roof because I thought it needed to be done. He could have done it and charged me for it, but he is so professional and ethical that he told me it didnt need to be done yet. He gave me some guidance on timeline for roof cleaning and what to watch for in case it does need to be done sooner. I became a customer for life that day.I just hired them to come spray wash my house and clean my windows. Again, Andy gave me advice regarding some rotting fascia boards and had suggestions on how they could help me inexpensively repair it until a time I could combine it with another project and save money. They are always very quick to respond and are very professional in their method of communication. Got estimate from Colby for roof cleaning and moss treatment plus cleaning inside, outside of windows, screens and interior tracks which we accepted. Kadon O showed up on time and immediately proceeded to clean the roof and apply treatment. Then proceeded to do the exterior of all our windows and screens before coming inside (removed his shoes) and did the interior of the windows and tracks. Did a fantastic job on everything he did, plus was very personable and professional. Did nice cleanup and left the outside intact, Will call them to do the service again in two years when roof needs it.

Ace Roof Care is awesome. Andy, the owner, came out and gave us a bid that was right in the sweet spot. It was a very busy time of the year for him but he was concerned that a gutter that was overflowing by the front door might be causing problems and he said hed have somebody out the next day to do that section. The following morning all of his crews were committed so he came back and did it himself. Wow, thats customer service! All appointments and scheduling were made and kept with precision with frequent reminders. Today Tyler (the foreman) and Colby came out and did a very thorough job.
