When I arranged to have my carpets cleaned, I thought they would be using hand-operated carpet cleaners. I didnt realize how wrong I was...They have serious equipment which was much more than I expected for home cleaning! They pulled up in a truck and which contained a massive, industrial carpet cleaning system with hundreds of feet of hose, etc.The crew was professional and really informative. They used corner guards to protect the walls and placed blocks under the wooden table legs to avoid damage and stains from the wood. And I learned a lot from them about stain treatment (and more importantly - how to remove stains!). They have different types of treatments depending on what caused the stains.My carpets look and feel so much better now! And everything smells great. We have kids, pets and I dont want to imagine was in the carpet - but it looks like new carpet now!I appreciate the great service and informative team and would recommend them to my neighbors and friends!

Hepa-Graff has done a great job in cleaning a our home and rentals. They show up on time and do great job. They have a true passion for the art of cleaning.

My fiance went into anaphylactic shock and it turns out hes allergic to dust and grass, which is plentiful around here... so we had Hepagraff come out and deep clean our carpets so that wouldnt happen again. The carpet cleaning techs were amazing and professional - they got us in quick, even during COVID, and they were so kind and caring and asked about whether it would be safe for them to use the chemicals they typically use for cleaning to make sure it wouldnt trigger another attack. I really appreciate the empathy and compassion and extra consideration they gave to us! Ill use Hepagraff for all my cleaning needs.

A true example of revolving door employment. Employees are underpaid and undervalued, with poor management practices coupled with uncomfortable work environments. Some individuals I have personally known who were also formerly employed by Hepa-Graff seem to have the same general story/experience. Some had been let go for either unapparent or paltry reasons; and some being let go by the company through having hours gradually and severely cut; in some cases ending with an Aflac letter saying You are no longer employed through Hepa-Graff, (the insurance company Hepa-Graff once collaborated with, or may still use for on-the-job injuries), never ONCE contacted by management on any level; and never been given any type of explanation of any kind about having their employment suddenly terminated. Services are only notable due to the low-ball pricing compared to competitors, (which 90% of the employees will surely compensate for with their low wages). Very few employees will ever see benefits/wages equal to their level of work. Reported through first hand experience through employment as well as hired services.

I had a sick 8 year old throw up all over her bedroom carpet. I cleaned it up right away but it left a spot and a smell... I called Hepa-Graff at 4 PM and they were done cleaning my carpets by 5:30 PM. Talk about fast service! Ill definitely use them again, highly recommend.

Hepa Graff was able to get me on their schedule with short notice to get my home cleaned. I was very happy with not just the amazing job they did, but the wonderful customer experience I received. Having them come in and clean was well worth the cost!! I highly recommend using them

Worked there for two years and was treated in a condescending manner while my supervisor couldnt speak English. I also know they bid low and work doesnt ever get completed nor is it as tedious as advertised.

Great response! Had a few spots in our hallway at the clinic and made a call asked about getting them out. Next thing I knew someone was at the door. A few minutes later the stains were gone and the best part was they did it with out any big noisy equipment.

Great job cleaning my couch. This is the 2nd time Ive used Harpa-Graff. The first time was for carpets. Im thrilled with the employees professionalism, friendliness, attention to detail and I felt totally safe leaving the house while they did the job. Ill definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

The hepa Graff employees just drove away from my home after cleaning my carpets.When I originally called to schedule appt, the employee was quick to answer my call and was able to answer all my questions. I used a coupon in Hometown Savvy ($109 for 3 rooms and a hallway) to get my carpets cleaned after more than 6 months from a previous carpet clean.The two employees arrived 10 minutes early, which was so refreshing! They introduced themselves, were very polite and asked to see the house to see how to proceed with room cleaning. They took about 5-10 mins to set up equipment and prep rooms. They finished in about 35 minutes. They said it made the process easier since I had moved everything off the carpets prior to them arriving.At the end, he explained to me about carpet care habits and how to improve my carpet quality on my own. Paid via credit card and got an electronic and paper receipt.Impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and attentiveness. Would definitely recommend this company, especially at such a good deal with my coupon!

Bought my dream house that included heavy shag carpeting.The carpet was sticky with what can only be surmised to have been soap residue from a rented carpet shampoo machine. Sort of like walking across a velcro hook strip.Hepa Graff carpet crew came in and made the carpet soft and pleasant to be on. I did not see what they cleaned out of the carpet and I am pretty certain that I did not want to.Thank you Chris Simons and Patrick Handy

I worked for the A**holes at Heppa Graff. I quickly found out that the Hiring manager Mark Simons was gunning for me 4 months after I was hired. It took him almost a year before he finally had something to be able to fire me and he had to forge my signature to do it. Basically the company hires criminals if you dont have a felony or if your not a mexican he will come at you. I busted my A** for that company and got the short end of the stick because every time I tried to talk to someone about Mark he was always there. He never showed up unless he was under the gun by Wally. Mark likes to bar hop while on shift famous bars that I know he went to and allowed employees such as Christine Oliver, The O Bar over by Chase Village, The Shark over in Thurston, Prime Time off Mohawk, and Taylors in Eugene. These are all places he went to that I know for 100% while he was supposed to be checking on all us employees and giving us supplies. He showed up to chase one day and told me he would give me a hundred dollars if I told Teresa that I wanted to bang her daughters head against the headboard. He brought his housekeeper with him all the time until he kicked him out of his house. His name was Joe and if things didnt patch up I am sure you can find him on the streets somewhere and get the story of what Mark Simons really is. Alice will cover up for his mistakes to protect Wally. Instead of firing Mark she destroyed the document with my forged signature I have 3 witnesses to her denying that there ever was a second right up. My soul purpose of this is to let people know they will be f***ed if they work for this company. Mark told us to call if there was any problems then 8 days of problems he told us to stop calling. All of this will be denied by the company and mark himself but it is all true they cant hide the truth and if you are trying to see if this company is doing something wrong with its employees then do a undercover sting dont let them know otherwise it will look like everything is running like it is supposed to. Employees get to slack off because the time it takes to clean the buildings never took 8 hours they usually took 4-6 hours of time and everyone would do what they want watch tv or sleep. Some went to the bar. And Christine Oliver took pills out of the doctor cabinets when the boss wasnt there I was fired before I could say anything. All in all this is an in depth look at the inside of the heppa graff company I give them the worst rating possible for a business and I firmly believe that this company needs to be brought down. Or that Mark Simons needs to be in the unemployment line or in JAIL for fraud identity theft and breaking labor laws. This review gets negative infinity stars even though it says 1/5.

Chris, Mark and their team went above and beyond to help me with my terrible puppy carpets! They took extra care and time to save my 6 month old floors, right before my appraisal. Their care and concern made the world of difference!! Thank you!
