We were delighted with the services of Cutting Edge Window Cleaning. Jose and Ryan came out (after the owner, Jason Brown, provided a reasonable estimate) and did an outstanding job. Not only did they make our, long neglected windows sparkle, they cleaned the tracks and screens and even went the extra mile to blow the debris off of the porch all the way down the front drive. Also, and not a minor issue for us, they were wonderful and kind to our two nosy dogs. We highly recommend this business and will book them twice yearly from here on out. This service is great! Our roof is way, way up there and this team politely came in, on time, as professionals to clean the gutters (which had years of accumulation in them). They worked thoroughly, were concerned for the cars in the parking lot, cleaned up the ground when they were finished and really improved the function of the gutters--protecting our building from damaging water leaks this winter. The young man talked me into it being something that they didn’t need re-clean, I signed off 100% satisfied, so it is what it is. They still show areas of not cleaned.Overall they did great

I actually hired a different company first to clean our windows on a new construction home in south eugene and it was terrible. Cutting edge came in and saved the day. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Slightly worried a bird is going to crash in to one of our windows now because of how spotless they are. Take it from me, look no further. Cutting Edge was cleaning windows next door and I asked Brendan if he would attach the cap for the chimney at my house because I didn’t have a long ladder. They were very helpful, friendly and I so appreciated their help.

I was driving through a residential neighborhood when I saw one of their vans speeding through a stop sign. I slammed my breaks and they came about 2 feet away from hitting me and t-boning my car. The drivers proceeded to drive away until I flagged them down and confronted them. They said nothing to me. So I tried calling the offices to complain, and got no response. Called 5-6 times.

We have been using Cutting Edge for several years to treat our tile roof here in Eugene. This year three households had our gutters and roofs cleaned, moss scraped and powder treated on one day.. Roofs look great. Everything was cleaned. The value and professionalism are there.

I was looking for a carpet cleaner to come out ASAP, which was a failure to plan on my part . I requested a quote and was contacted within an hour. We set the appt and the day of he was very prompt, early even . He got right to work, explaining what he was doing as he went and made me feel at ease. Our carpet had quite a few pet stains and now theyre gone. The carpet looks as new again as a 15 year old carpet can look and the house smells fresh . The price he quoted me is the price I paid. There were no hidden charges which I admire . Honesty and integrity go a long way. I would recommend Jason and this company to my friends and family and well probably be using them again next year.

I asked Cutting Edge to clean the gutters on my home (two story), apply moss control, power wash the house and power wash the driveway, steps and sidewalk.Remarkably, the two-man team was done in four hours. The house looked like it had a fresh coat of paint. Cement work was great. Cleaned up. Personable workers.I will use them again.

My visit from the team from Cutting Edge Windows was exactly what I hoped for, in fact I am actually surprised because I am a perfectionist.My windows are gleaming!My roof and gutters are pristine!My patio even got a good clearing off, which is not easy seeing as how I am dwarfed by an enormous old Doug Fir looming over my townhouse from a neighbors yard. It sheds something every day of the year. But Cutting Edge has stemmed the tide of debris cluttering my roof, gutters, and patio.

We just used them to pressure wash our homes vinyl siding and clean our windows, and the whole experience was great. From the quote to the work itself, and follow-up after that, theyve provided excellent service. They stand behind their work and well certainly use them the next time we need help sprucing up our home.

These guys are working on Mothers Day (Sunday) at 8 a.m. running two large gasoline pressure washers at the neighboring apartment property. Theyve disturbed the Sunday morning of at least 30 people on a special day early in the morning.Very inconsiderate of others. This is an ametuerish way to conduct business. They should operate in a professional manner under normal working hours
