I walked around for half hour 45 minutes looking for employees waving at the camera jumping up and down couldnt get anybodys attention to help me use the kiosk. I was actually to the point where I was going to start stacking their ladders up and tried climbing to the top of a three-story ladder whatever thing because I know that would have gotten their attention. Absolutely garbage customer service Ill never go back.

The kiosk couldnt be more simple to use! My key took like 3 minutes to be cut. It took me longer to choose which key I wanted lol

I thought it was very bad because they charge very expensive for a single key, they should set the price and you decide if you take it out or thank you
