Dr. Erickson, Trista, Jenny, the whole crew are fabulous! I have pretty bad dental damage and the personal touch the entire team gives from check in to checkout is very caring. From cleanings to flings to crowns, and a comprehensive plan (without pressure) the processes are painless and I have wonderful results. Would give 6 stars if I could!

First off, the ladies at the front desk remembered me when I walked in (by name!) even though I hadnt been there in over a year and changed my hair. All of the staff there are so so kind and make the experience anxiety free and they dont make you feel self-concious or embarrassed no matter the condition of your teeth. Theyre also very helpful with advice and willing to help; I got a referral to an oral surgeon and the ladies at the front desk offered to help me find another office if that one didnt accept my insurance. They all seem to truly care and the vibes are great 👍🏻 Ive only been to the office two or three times, but I definitely plan to stick with them for a long time 🙌🏻🧡

If you are looking for a new dentist this is the one. He is so nice and cares about patients. He helped me after six months of misery with my former, fired! dentist who ignored a disease in my mouth that could have killed me. He sent me to the correct specialist right away. I brought my entire family over. The staff is nice. The office is quiet.

I can never give a dentistry office a full five stars because, you know, dentists. But each time I go in I love working with the hygienists, who are incredibly sweet and accommodating of my anxiety. I feel incredibly comfortable knowing that the hygienists are so nice and gentle. The office is adhering to COVID guidelines, which I know not all businesses are doing. I was seen promptly and they allowed my partner to come in and sit with me during my visit. Ive seen a lot of dentists, and Im definitely happy with this office.

Except for the fact I had to have a tooth extracted. The staff were wonderful. Jenny was my primary contact during the entire visit. She was amazing. Never once was there any shaming or negative comments. I plan to continue the plan she explained to get my teeth back into shape after years of neglect. Outstanding staff, Trista and Dr. Eckstrom got my 9 year old son in early this morning as we became alarmed over what we thought was a tooth that needed extraction. They got us in the very next morning due to out concerns. After x-rays revealed it wasnt an abscess but an adult tooth coming in, they did the right thing by giving us options and were honest with us saying they could remove the tooth if we wished but it wasnt necessary. Even though I was ready to pay cash for the entire procedure. Theyve earned our trust and our whole familys business from here on out. Thank you folks!!

It is worth noting that the prices are comparable or better than the large chain practices where you receive none of the personable attention. They were amazing! I was having major tooth-aches, and they recognized the urgency and did everything they could to get me seen right away. After a few x-rays, they wanted to get me to a surgeon for treatment and were able to find me someone who could help me the next day. They went above and beyond to care for me, and it was fantastic feeling like I mattered, even though I had never been there before.

They are FANTASTIC! My first appointment was an emergency visit and I ended up needing a root canal, they squeezed me in and fixed me up, that same day. They have crazy cool technology and super great & friendly staff. They we are very nice and even when I took a little longer to get numb, they didn’t act frustrated or try to rush it. Dr Eckstrom saw me the same day i called for an extraction. Several other dentists in area would not even talk to me.Wonderful, supportive and friendly staff. This time they recommended I have a doctor check out a suspicious place on my lip, which I did the same day. My primary care physician was very complementary of Dr. Eckstrom for being so thorough.

Dr Eckstrom and his staff are great! They are so professional, kind and have a modern, state of the art office. I had never seen pictures of my own xrays before, but they put them up on a tv screen while you’re there. I wish I’d found them years ago! Dr Eckstrom is on his game, and noticed things my previous dentist had to have seen but never mentioned. Shawn said he couldn’t in good faith just let them go, which instilled in me even more confidence in his abilities to take good care of me and my smile. I’ve never been a fan of getting my teeth cleaned as, due to teeth sensitivity, it’s usually a white knuckle painful experience. But Janel is so sweet and considerate, she makes what is normally a very stressful experience for me tolerable- Which is huge in my book. Also, its just a little thing, but their office doesn’t have that dentist office smell! Everything about this place is very refreshing compared to my previous dentist. I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic Dentist! Ive been getting regular checkups/cleanings as well as some fillings/crowns since around 2003 with Dr Eckstrom . I always feel very satisfied and confident about the care and work I receive, Dr. Eckstrom while having a good sense of humor and being very personable brings his professional A-game to the table for every procedure, he spends as much time as it takes for the best possible outcome. The staff are also very personable and run the office with great efficiency. Theres hardly ever a wait in the waiting room which is great. I would highly recommend!

I was an emergency patient who had a tooth that broke in half and the very first chance they had to include me in their schedule they did. They were very nice and gave me plenty of options and throughout this Covid-19 deal they cared about my safety.

I have went to the same dentist office for the last 22 years and recently switched to NorthWest Eugene family, and am beyond happy with my decision! They are very thorough and get you in quick, as they are very flexible, not to mention personable. They do quality work, as they are up-to-date on the most current practices for the best longitudinal results. And as if that wasnt all you were looking for, they also are very affordable and willing to work with you. I am never switching back to my old dentist! I will be a long time patient here after only 2 visits with them!

Hands down the BEST experience ever at a dentist office. Every single person I encountered treated me very well. They were all very informative and to the point. I went in for a molar extraction. Having had a lot of bad experiences at dentist offices I was to say the least terrified. Everything from having the mouth shots to getting it pulled was easy and almost painless. Even with out dental insurance I will be definitely coming back for a cleaning and to get other work done. The hygienist I have is very cooperative with my needs. I have autism and she goes out of her way to make sure Im comfortable in my chair, with a weighted vest and sunglasses to block the light. Shes also very patient with me and careful with her tools.

I am a HUGE baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I let them know about bad previous experienced with other dentist and I have to say it was the most enjoyable dental experience Ive ever had. I can honestly say it was very pleasant. Dr. Shawn is extremely friendly and just as gentle. He told me everything they were going to do before they did it so I knew what has happening and his assistants were more than comforting. I didnt feel a thing and was in and out with a new filling replacement in about 15 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice to absolutely everyone.

This is an excellent practice. Their hygienist is efficient but also patient and thorough, and she and Dr. Eckstrom always take the time to explain self-care techniques and the pros and cons of any treatment option. Everyone is friendly too! Highly recommended.
