Great staff who will make you feel comfortable and welcome. Had an emergency abscess on a tooth that no one else in town was able to perform on in a reasonable time frame. They originally had a packed schedule but when Dr. Del Valle heard of my issue their team promptly called me back for an evaluation and scheduled me later in the day to fix my tooth problem I’d been procrastinating on far too long. Would 10/10 recommend this team to any of my family or friends.

Loyalty is earned not given. Terrible tooth ache that lasted for the weekend and I cant take it anymore. No emergency appointments anywhere and this Dr went above and beyond to give relief to my pain. Now, after a couple of years from that dreadful weekend, Im a happy camper and my teeth look and feel much better.

Dr. Del Valle and staff were patient and kind with my 2 year old. They even sang itsy bitsy spider while they checked her mouth. It was her first appointment, and all of it was new to her. She was upset, but they continued to be patient.Office staff let her feed the fish and keep her busy while I got an X-ray done.I needed a deep cleaning during a separate appointment, and the staff was very kind again. My hygienist was consistently checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable.The atmosphere is very chill and calm. Really cool fish as well as good coffee options.I’m glad I made the switch to this office!

My appointments were fine. My problem with them is the office staff. They do not tell you that you will be charged for rescheduling appointments or missing appointments. When I rescheduled an appointment I was not told about their policy at that time. Also I missed an appointment with them I was not told about their policy at that time. I just received a bill much later. Theyre not very honest and up front. I told them I would not be going back and for some reason they still felt the need to mail a letter saying they cant help me anymore and where to send my dental records. Apparently they really need to get the last word in so they feel like they didnt get dumped lol. Like someone trying to fire you after youve already quit.

Absolutely the best family dentist we have ever known! Mercedes and her staff are quick, caring, compassionate and highly skilled. My wife, my son and myself have been going to her practice for years. I would and do recommend her for all family and general dentistry needs. In my opinion, there is none better! When I had broken off a tooth I called Dr. DEL Valles office. They were the only practice that would see me almost immediately (next day). upon arriving I was greeted by some very friendly and professional ladies who got me quickly set up for the procedure while following all health and safety protocols to a Tee. They made me feel very welcome and safe. During my first visit I noticed something very different about the way they operated within their establishment. They were so very down to earth and acted as you or any of us would act at home or with our families, as if you were just another member present for the action. I didnt receive the sterile professional treatment I think we all have experienced at some point during a dental visit, I simply observed and took part in the jokes, the fussing, and the daily stories of eachothers lives and the craziness of the world all while taking care of my dental needs. It was almost like I was getting dental work done in my living room by a member of my own family. When we were all done I was beyond amazed with how well Dr Del Valle had made my temporary tooth, how quickly it was completed, and with how UN-dental the whole experience had been. I walked away more confident and actually eager to get back for the final (perminant) tooth to be installed. They scheduled me to come back within a week and got me right back in to finalize the procedure. When I walked back in for that next appt. I felt like I had been going there my whole life. We got the work done, laughed and told stories once again, set up easy payment arrangement to make things affordable and even set a schedule for future dental work. This dental practice is not your normal experience. They are never in a hurry to shew you along, never critical of your dental situation, and never afraid to just be themselves no matter who you are. I would recommend them to anyone without a doubt and I will be going to them exclusively for as long as they can tolerate me. When you need dental work and would like a real person to person experience, free of the anxiety and stress typically associated with going to the dentist GO HERE!! If I could give it 10 stars I would and that’s not exaggerating at all. I was in today and spent a good three hours getting my teeth fixed from all the years of chewing. Leading up to this appointment I was excited but also apprehensive as well. I had my front 6 teeth fixed that were pretty bad and black at the base of the roots. I literally spent the past 5 years trying to avoid smiling. Well since I’ve left this appointment I haven’t stopped smiling and looking at my teeth in the mirror and smiling at myself! They look absolutely amazing!!! I’m forever grateful for this amazing staff at giving me a new lease on life. Dr Del Valle was amazing with her creative work to re build my teeth and Nicole was amazing in cleaning up my teeth weeks before. Never, have I ever felt so comfortable in a dentist office and I look forward to my return visit. They’re Amazing and might I say funny as well. The staff made my stay there a pleasure. Definitely a moment I will never forget and I regret not giving them hugs before I left because what they did literally meant the world to me. Thank you to you and your staff for being so gentle with me. I was told my gums would hurt for a few days but I’m honestly experiencing very little pain at all. I would definitely recommend this place to others people.

Dr. Del Valle is super nice and funny, and does great work. You can tell that she really cares about her patients, and will not try to charge more than she believes they need. The wait isnt long either, so I was able to get appointments within 2 weeks. She has saved my teeth, and I cant thank her and her staff enough!

I had an extremely painful gum/toothache during the holiday, didnt want to bother her, but wasnt sure what I could do.I called and texted her a message, within minutes she called me back. She asked me what was going on and advised me to meet her at her office. I have never had such personal caring as she did. After treatment and antibiotic, I was on my way. Dr. Mercedes and her office are so kind and professional! I take my 5 yr old twins to get their dental work done here, and I am always comforted knowing Dr. Mercedes is doing the work! Dr. Mercedes is a good person, but when I went in there was some definite attitude problems with the office staff. I have encountered guilt techniques to schedule appointments, and a general lack of understanding people working with a budget, but still being in need of dental care. I did not appreciate being asked to make a great review a few moments after my root canal. There I sat, in the dental chair, mouth still numb, typing a review to bolster numbers. Good business strategy, I suppose.Heres the good, though: Dr. Mercedes and her dental assistants take good care of you. They are kind. Once you get pass the front office, youll be fine. Just go in expecting to hear about money, figuring out which way is best to get the most money out of you or your insurance. If you go in expecting what youre getting, youre going to have a perfectly pleasant visit.

Ive had a great experience with Del Valle and her staff, including her office staff. I started with over a dozen cavities and in need of multiple root canals. A few months later, Im not ashamed to smile and life is good.Ive had a ton of work done all across my mouth, everything from fillings to extractions to basic cleanings. Everything has been great and the staff has been very friendly and easy to work with. (Im not sure what the deal is with these other reviews.)They are very transparent about what they are doing and what you will pay. If you are worried about the cost, then you should ask them before hand. Most of my procedures were prefaced with an printed estimate and its almost always been accurate.I have had a few serious problems which Ive been referred to an endodontist and oral surgeon for. Both of these referrals by Del Valle have been excellent and very professional. Shes definitely got a good network in place to get you all fixed up, whatever your problem is.

Dr. Del Valle has been my dentist for several years now and I wouldnt trade her for anything. Not only is she exceptional at what she does, she is personable, funny, and genuinely caring. I love how she geeks out on dentistry. She is passionate and knowledgeable about the latest and greatest techniques and equipment. She regularly attends continued training and she can mill a crown in-house - while you wait. No need to get a temporary one and wait a week or more.Dr. Del Valle has a talent for accurately diagnosing cracked teeth, something I am all too familiar with. She has sent me to the endodontist more than once before a needed root canal could turn to even worse. The endodontist agrees that she has an expert eye and has been impressed by her uber-early diagnosis. She is proactive and has an incredible eye for spotting potential problems before they become serious.The office is not what I would consider a traditional dental office setting. She and her team enjoy what they do, have fun, and work together really well. I feel very comfortable here among this vibrant dental team/family. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and enjoyable to be around. This is the very best dental experience I have ever had. Dr Del Valle is one of the most caring dentist I ever met. I have seen her for a long long time and she is taking care of all my family. We have no complains. From the second I stepped into the office for the first time back in 2003, I felt a home. Dr Mercedes is so patient, caring, and understanding, and you can tell Dr Del Valle truly cares about hes patients. They even got me in for an emergency root canal because I was in so much pain, and Dr Del Valle and Juan, among other staff members, stayed late into the evening to ensure I was properly treated. Then the next morning Dr Del Valle called me personally to make sure I was feeling better. I recommend this practice to anyone who seeks excellent dental care in a warm, caring environment.

You all know that going to the dentist can be scary, intimidating and costly. Dr. Del Valle is truly amazing. She takes care of my whole family. I have seen her for root canals, extractions, bridgework and cleanings. I love that she sings to me, calms my anxiety, and discusses every step of the procedures. All of my children like her and her staff. She also takes her time to show me what my insurance would pay and my part. I cannot praise enough how this dentist and her staff for the amount of professionalism and personal care they give me and my family. I actually like going to the dentist now.

I just recently went back to Dr Del Valle after having not seen her for a few years and the moment I walked through the door she recognized me and welcomed me back. I went back to her after having a horrible experience from a previous dentist, who had stated I was going to need 1200 worth of deep cleaning treatment, Dr Del Valle re-checked the areas they stated were terrible, and informed me I did not at all need that much work done. They are also the easiest to get into an appointment with without waiting months on end. Ill never go to another dentist.

Mercedes did excellent work on replacing my sealant of my old ones that I had before in my teeth. Now I can smile with confidence! :)

My entire family has gone here for some time, and we all enjoy the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. There are many aspects of her office that are very impressive, but her attention to your needs are by far the greatest asset. Ive read through several negative reviews on here and it seems that most of them are due to an office staff member who no longer works there. She listened to the people saying there was a problem, and was not afraid to take action to resolve it.I am terrified of dentists, and still get anxiety when going in - even for a cleaning. Once I am in the office, however, the anxiety goes away and I am able to get my teeth taken care of quickly and effectively. She knows her stuff, and isnt afraid to take on a difficult or challenging task.

I love Dr. del Valle and her team. The are competent, friendly, and caring professionals. As a person who has had some bad dental experiences, I do not dread going to her office.

I am not sure where these people are getting the problems they are mentioning. Ive been going here for a little while and have not seen the problems mentioned.-Prices have always been fair to me. In fact I think most of them are set and agreed upon by my insurance company Metlife.-Quality of work is always there. When there is a problem they are quick to address it to my satisfaction-While they are bi-lingual I have always found them easy to understand-My billing statements have always been in English-They do recommend third party products but they have never asked me to give them any money for the products. In fact they give recommendations for them as well as coupons to purchase elsewhere. I was initially hesitant about this as they do push the Sonicare toothbrush. After I decided to go out and buy it I can see why they suggest it, it really is what is cracked up to be and they are correct for suggesting it.-They have always been up front about what my dental problems are and provide their diagnosis on how to correct everything. I have had questions about the plan which they have always answered with what I see as honesty. They also have never given me a problem when I got the information I wanted from them and then requested an alteration to the treatment plan. They give me the pros and cons of the change and then we move forward.I have been pleased with everything I have received from this dentist so far. I work for one of the larger employers in the area and there are a number of my colleagues that use this dentist. She came recommended by my colleagues and after visiting her I can see it was with good reason.

I came to this wonderful dentist after a dental nightmare at another place this dentist is amazing!! Friendly and honest and works with you not againts you!! She saved a tooth that I was told couldnt be saved!! I love this dentist and and her staff she had a assistant named becky that was also soo kind!! Im still so emotional and thankful!! I was really impressed, I called about an emergency appt. and she saw me on her day off, she and her staff took and extra two hours to take care of me and treat some of my pain. Not only that be they were kind and understanding and genuinely there to help.

I came in open and expecting the Eugene hospitality but Ive only received attitude and poor service. Ive tried making it work and finishing up what I need there, but I just cant sum up the energy to deal with underqualified people with attitudes. Will NOT be following up, Id rather keep my cavity.

Dr. Del valle was really awesome ,she did a really good job

First of all I have never had to recover from a cleaning! When I told the dentist she laughed and said that the hygentist was the best! No worries. Then had a cavity filled and scheduled to have a small one filled on other side.When I came back she was going to start with novicaine on same side as before!! I had to stop her and tell her that that was done the last time. She rechecked the chart and did what she was supposed to.ALL THE WHILE LAUGHING AND SINGING!I went in the next 6 months and AGAIN had 2 days to recover from a CLEANING! During that cleaning I believe my previous filling was chipped. When telling Mercedes she looked and said it was fine.I could feel it with my tongue...but I figured since the Dr ooked at it it must be fine.Guess what? Next time I went in the filling had a cavity underneath.Naturally I had to pay for a larger amount of composite material $500 !I hadnt put it together until afterwards and she had not documented any of my concerns so, if its not documented,it didnt happen ( not her words, my Drs).I should have stopped there.however its a pain to find another Dentist and I really thought it might just be me.Dr. Del Valle is fun, however I learned that she was having fun at my expense. A great expense!She sings and buzzes around. Multitasks, orders lunch and has fun, which makes her very distracted,incomplete in her work. She doesnt listen to your issues with the intention to help you.Instead, shes seeing how much she can get from your insurance. Whether you need it or not.I think that might be why she acts so happy. It really fools people into a false sense of its all good type feeling, and since shes supposed to be the Dr who knows more than you youre lulled into a false sense of security.BEWAREI finally went to another Dentist and found that the work that had been done was not ok, and there were issues with a tooth that FAR outweighed any issue that had been brought up by Dr. Del Valle.I had to get a root canal on the filling that was initially a small cavity, and a cap on the other filling that she did twice ( that I truly believe the hygentist chipped).

Its been years since ive been to a dentist and expected to be chewed out lol but was made at super ease I had 2 fillings and one tooth repaired and a cleaning all in one day and when I had the fillings done there was no pain at all ive never been to a dentist before and walked away with out any painthe staff was caring and made me feel like I mattered and thats important to me and everything was well explained to me before it was done I cant say enough good things about you guys thank you so much for making my smile worth smiling again..your friend and patient forever.. jack
