I had might teeth cleaned for the first time by Haley, the dental hygienist. It was the most thorough and professional cleaning I have ever had.(I am 73)I have one deep pocket in my gums and she anesthetized that area before cleaning deep next to the bone to preserve the tooth. I also had a stain just above an exposed gum line, and she removed the discoloration.She did all this with the friendliest demeanor of any hygienist I have ever had.The level of professionalism and care at Crisdental is simply exceptional.

The first visit has been awesome. Professionally done. A detail run down of the billing, explaining the cost, the portion covered by the insurance and my out of pocket.I am glad i have chosen Crisdental.

Ill be getting my dental work done by someplace that actually supports basic science and not some anti-vax nutballs like CrisDental.Edit - based on the reply below, I think its safe to say CrisDental has unvaxed people on staff providing dental care. Thats exactly my point. Based on guidance from the CDC, thats unsafe. Im interested only in medical care from vaccinated healthcare providers, to include dental care.

Dr. Bratland is a wonderful dentist. He along with his compassionate & kind staff are very professional & provide excellent care. I have severe anxiety with dental procedures, but they put me at ease immediately. I had a surgical extraction of a back molar that was difficult to remove, yet the doctor worked efficiently & had the tooth extracted (with breaking the root) within a half an hour. I highly recommend this clinic and will continue to go back to their office for future care.

Im a new patient, very pleased with my first 2 visits. Very thorough exam by dentist and hygienist, complete xrays, cleaning, fluoride, discussion and follow up plan, definitely at a reasonable price, a professional, experienced practice, very clean, bright exam rooms. I have gone to two dental cleanings in a row that were not pleasant experiences. Today felt very rushed and I was out of there in 20 minutes which is the fastest experience I’ve ever had. Everyone in the office seemed to want to get out of there early for the day, and as a result the scraping on my teeth was very painful and I felt very overwhelmed. Might be reconsidering my dentist.

Lindsay did a great job administering the novocain, barely felt a thing . She did a great job making me comfortable during the cleaning process.

I was impressed with everyone I met: the receptionist, X-ray tech, hygienist and the Dr. They are professional, friendly, humorous, relaxing, and take the time to explain everything theyre doing and whats going on with my teeth. Im so happy I chose them after my doctor retired. Bonus: Dr. Bratland gives you his personal cell number in case you have an emergency. Who else does that?

I had been avoiding taking care of a loose tooth and woke up in pain and knew I couldn’t avoid it any longer. Luckily, it’s easy to make an appointment. I just sent a text! Everyone is so nice here and the office is very clean and comfortable. I got my tooth pulled and was on my way in about an hour. I’ll be back sooner than later. I think my life long fear of dental work is starting to go away. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times have been great considering the circumstances. Five stars!

I was suddenly experiencing sensitivity on my tooth so I went in to see Dr Bratland at Crisdental. He told me I needed a crown immediately..like, yesterday. I was his last patient of the day, and he wanted to schedule me in the next day at 8 am. He knew I didnt have insurance that would cover it, and that i was a low income single mom. He told me I could apply for Care Credit to pay for the very spendy procedure. I went home and thought about and decided I couldnt afford it. I called at 730 the next morning to cancel.the appt. His receptionist was extremely rude and tried to talk me out of canceling when i told her since it was a very back tooth that nobody could see anyway that I just would get it pulled. She told me that it would be a shame to lose a tooth because I was such a pretty girl and to come on in for the crown procedure. She also reprimanded me for canceling with such short notice 😳 even though the appt was barely scheduled 9 hours earlier.. I smelled something really fishy going on and told her no, im canceling. I went to Willamette Family dental and had a regular filling put in and its been holding FINE for 4 years! I think Crisdental was trying to swindle me. Dont trust them.

Very fast made me feel extremely comfortable and everyone was nice, the place is also really clean. Dr Bratland was good one of the better experience I have had with a dentists especially as a new patient.

Went in, they did one image said they have to sent me somwere else. Took my info said Id be contacted. Well they never contacted me and so I went some place else. Few weeks later I got a bill for $210 for the 15 min I was there. What a company to charge $210 for 15 min and then not follow up. Especially in a time like this when people are struggling for work and $.Not a for the people company for sure.

She took her time and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Bratland and his team are so kind, gentle and supportive in the way they deliver care. They explain things clearly in a way that is easy to understand, and I never feel like they are trying to up sell me any dental care I dont really need. I went through several dentists after my adult life long dentist retired about ten years ago, and was not happy with any of them. I finally found the dentist I hope to have until he retires too, at Crisdental.

I have never met a doctor who cares as much for his patients as Dr Bratland. He spends quality time explaining procedures and options with patients. He’s conservative, yet thorough, in his treatment planning, and works hard to run a practice that ensures his patients are comfortable and happy.

Ive always had anxiety during my dental appointments, however I was made to feel very comfortable during my visit to crisdental. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful in helping me understand exactly what I needed which helped to calm my nerves. My wait time was very short compared to my visits to my old office and the relaxed atmosphere helped my anxiety immensely.

I have been a patient a Crisdental for about 4 years! I have loved my experience with them in the past but in my opinion things have gone down hill with the front desk. I have tried to get an appointment schedule via phone and email since the beginning of September and they have failed. They don’t answer the phone. If you leave a voicemail they don’t call back and if you email them they say someone will call you still hasn’t happened and I have had to start looking for a new dentist which is a real pain. It seems like there is problem on the front desk.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to in my 33 years of life! I have been terrified of going to the dentist to point of needing to be medicated to hold still, and calm down. And I have a daughter who has a needle phobia and has never let anyone come withing reaching distance of her with a needle without being held down by a minimum of six adults. This dentist office is the only place I have not needed to hold my daughter down and I have not needed to be medicated, due to the fact they focus so much on the comfort of their patients. The first time I met Dr. Bratland he showed me more compassion, caring , and understanding that anyone in a medical field ever has. He gave me so much confidence that he is actually in this profession because he cares, not for monetary gain. My ex husband ruined my teeth and I never smiled. One visit with Dr. Bratland and I have a beautiful smile. Even going so far as to say even if my insurance wouldnt pay for it, he would make sure it happened. And Dr. Kaur, is so kind and patient and gentle, she gave my daughter three shots total in the times we have seen her and every time she was patient while my daughter calmed down, she made sure she numbed her completely and went slow as to ensure no discomfort. These people are not only professional, but truly and caring. All around as soon as you walk in the door even you deal with, is inviting, patient and kind. I love the people in this office.

As a dental professional myself I am particular about my dental care, and I could not have felt more welcomed at Crisdental. The staff in the front and back office are fantastic at creating a warm environment that put me at ease. During my exam and treatment, I was treated with care - with the hygienist and assistant frequently checking in to make sure I was doing okay.The dentist Dr Bratland is friendly and professional. I appreciate his attention to detail and trust his eye with cosmetic procedures. Additionally, it is the only general dentist office where I have been offered silver diamine fluoride as a treatment option on my “incipient” cavities/high risk areas. I really appreciate the minimally invasive option when it is possible. It says a lot (of good things) about this dentist’s treatment philosophy.

I own CrisDental. Ive never written a review for my own business. Of the eight dental offices I own this is by far my favorite office. My favorite dentist and favorite staff. Not only is the staff caring and ethical, but their expertise is second to none. If you go there and have any issues, leave me a note and I will call you. This will be your favorite dentist. Dont believe there rating!! They have employees rating it for them so they look better. Horrible experience. Receptionist is rude! She rolled her eyes and scoffed while on the phone with a client in front of me! Why would that ever make me want to come back? She treated me horrible, and she said I didnt have insurance when it clearly says I do on my bill and during my visit we went through it thoroughly. She made rude face expressions during the entire transaction. The doctor was strange, he was wearing jeans and while his fingers were in my mouth he told me about his life. He told me I had to make another appointment for them to do anything. He acted as unprofessional as the receptionist. I didnt feel comfortable during the entire visit and Ill never be back. They also urged me plenty of times to make another appointment with a lot of pressure. Makes me feel like Im not the first to only be there once and not be back.

I havent been into this office because they claim they are not open Mondays, and this does not work with my schedule. I have a dental emergency, and after being tossed around between different phone lines for hours, crisdental told me basically there is nothing they can do because they arent open. Which is fine, I accept that, and I am switching clinics. As a medical office I feel they should be more available to their patients. Also I dont appreciate the attitude I received from Dr. Daly.

My brother, Dr. Michael Bratland, is the owner of all Crisdental locations and is the main dentist at this location. This clinic has a great location, next to Oakway Mall and Trader Joes. The best part of this clinic is the preventative dentistry options that are available, especially for children. The clinic uses numerous tools that can stop cavities and create a protective barrier around teeth. In some cases, it can alleviate the need for patients to be put under anesthesia. My three children have all been to this location and have received the preventative treatments....... so far so good. No new cavities!
