Professionally done.Fast repair on my broken screen.I have to say though that the color is half gone off my screen now. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Kind of ruins the experience of looking at photos on my phone now since it looks like a Polaroid from the 1970’s.They said that’s normal now that IPhone doesn’t make screens for older iPhones now. I have to say it’s a bit disappointing. They would have known for years that that is an ongoing glitch since that’s their business. They should have told me in advance.

Less than a year on from my phone getting the battery replaced, and I had to buy a new battery, because the replacement (which ended up being worse at holding a charge) swelled up and caused the back to come off the phone. They did a fine job replacing the screen of the phone, but the battery was very poor quality. I would not recommend going to them, when there are other places in town that will use better quality, safer replacement products.

Excellent! I almost fell for the get a new cellphone ploy. Mine just stopped charging!! These gentlemen fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. I would Highly recommend them

Called and said my phone was shattered, including LCD, they said well have to order the parts and it will take a week. when i drop off the phone a week later he says oh the back is cracked and we cant fix it without removing the back and that they would have to order that now. That should have been addressed on the first phone call. He knew the back had to be perfect for him to fix the front, what are the chances the phone is shattered but the back is perfect?

Batteries Plus changed my phone battery in an hour, which left me the perfect amount of time to shop! Fantastic for screen replacement! Was able to schedule an appointment online and received a $10 discount. They even offer a 50% discount on your phone battery if you need a new one at the same time. Dropped my phone off to them 1 hour before appointment and they had it ready for me 1 hour after (total 2 hours). Saved me a drive to Portland and about $30 price dif from Apple store. Screen looks brand new! Very happy with the quality of service!!

I am eternally grateful to the staff working today. After damaging my phone I was sure I lost all of my photos and contact list. They had it fixed within hours and I am able to write up this review on it right now. I will shout 5 stars from a mountain top.

I scheduled my appointment online which saved us $10 and also made it very quick.They replaced the battery in my wifes I phone while she waited.They also have a whole bunch of cool stuff to buy while your waiting.

I brought my phone in to be repaired. Service was excellent. Phone was ready in the exact time I was told. Very happy with the repair.

I just have no idea of how to tell if you did anything or whether my iPhone needed a new battery or not. Can you tell me? And was the battery you installed made for this phone or was it off the shelf anonymous brand? I know nothing.

I appreciate the flexibility to schedule an appointment online (although I dont think it was necessary). The repair was processed and ready at the scheduled time. The Technician however messed up my screen cover when he was looking for a crack in the glass, so now it has a bad corner.
