I dropped my phone and cracked my screen the other day. I called CPR amd got all the info I needed. I dropped my phone off with them and approx 2 hours later I had it back fixed. The guys here provide great service, theyre fast, and theyre extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for any tech repair!

CPR Cell Phone Repair was great. Had a terrible battery in my Google XL and had them replace it, which is not easy. Unfortunately the screen broke in the process, which happens quite often and they replaced that also and provided me with a loaner phone as it was going to take a little longer than expected. Great customer service and communication thought out the process.

I had my iPhone 12 Pro Max replaced at this store, the price is more than fair and I’m so glad they give such a great warranty for fixing it as well! I am very happy with the service and will for sure tell others that this is the best place to get your phone repaired!

Came in to get iPhone XR fixed broken screen. Got quote to fix phone for 400. Got phone repaired. Month later glass on screen is risen constantly making a clicking sound. Never dropped the phone once. Take it back in since it’s warranted for life. Claudia caramelli takes phone for 4 hours claims she fixed it replaced the screen. Not even walking out the screen was still clicking and popped out. She claimed to replace screen but was the same one before. As soon as I questioned why it took 4 hours when the guy before completely rebuilt it in 2 hours and why it wasn’t repaid. Blames it on product they support and says bring it back tomorrow.I never recommend this place.

Got our 2012 iMac running significantly faster and better at a very reasonable price! All of our data was transferred over to the new drive flawlessly, and the new RAM has quadrupled the speed of our computer.This is the ONLY place our company takes our many devices! Would give them 10 stars if we could!

Had a battery change out done on an iPhone 8. My battery condition was showing 85% and needed service. Mark explained possible problems with that indication but was not pushy to do the work. I had him replace the battery for my own piece of mind. Made an appointment, told 1 hour to do the work. Came back in an hour, work done. Great experience!

I dropped my brand new phone and cracked the bottom of the screen. After looking on line CPR came highly recommended. All the reviews I read were outstanding so I called and got a quote and to see how long it would take to get my phone fixed. They said to come on in the next day and for a really decent price and same day service my phone is as good as new. They were super friendly and professional. I recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience here the workers are very nice and genuine, the price is a little steep for what you get. I had a broken iPhone 11 and needed the screen fixed and they did it in a hour but for $188.00 I wouldn’t recommend because my screen has white spots throughout it. I didn’t pay for that. Just sucks because I was super happy had a great interaction with these guys and then I look at my phone when I get home and notice the white spots and my phone screen wasn’t in all the way...... I wanna take it back but if there’s nothing they can do for me id rather not drive there just to get upset...... the quality is just not there....

This place is awesome! I always thought that once my phone got dropped from my motorcycle, that was it. The end and a new phone with a large price tag. The people at CPR showed me a better way. A reconditioned phone that was an upgrade to my old one at about $100 less than repairing the old one. They also figured out a way to transfer all the data from my old phone and get rid of ALL the Verizon software on the new phone, all at no charge.Got a broke phone, go to CPR. I completely killed my phone last night and the screen stopped working and was shattered. I filed a claim with my insurance the next morning. It was instantly approved and I took my phone into CPR. The phone was fixed within 2 hours. No hassle. And the employee was super nice and helpful. Showed me a case and screen protector that fit my needs. He definitely knows what hes doing and talking about. 10/10 great place. My phone is better than new.

The last time I had the screen replaced on my phone I used a different company and immediately noticed the picture quality just wasnt the same. This time i went with CPR and realized that on the previous repair done by another company they did not use original samsung parts they were some cheaper knockoff brand. I am very happy with the quality of work done by CPR they used the original Samsung replacement screen and my picture is perfect. The customer service was excellent I highly recommend this place to anyone needing phone repair.

Service was great however The last replacement screen I got for my iPhone xs max was around 90 dollars and took Literally 15 minutes to replace. I went for the cheaper $200+ option and the quality is lacking. The screen doesn’t dim all the way down. Maybe shop around before dropping so much on a screen.

I came in with a failing battery and camera in my iPhone 6splus and not only did they fix the problems, they did it in under 3 hours! I rely on my phone for business transactions and these folks were great at doing the repair and contacting me as soon as it was ready via email. My phone is working properly, holding the charge and the camera now auto-focuses! I highly recommend CPR! Great folks!

These guys definitely know their stuff. They pulled off a miracle repair on my Switch that other places wouldnt even attempt. However, the communication was abysmal, to the point of them lying to me about the status of my console. The initial delay was understandable, the tech got sick. But then starting on Thursday of last week, I was told I would be able to pick it up on Friday. Come Friday, I am told I will get it on Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I am given a 1000% promise that I will get it on Sunday. Here we are, on Monday and I just received my console back. I understand business and being understaffed, but the blatant promise breaking was offensive. I wasnt even offered so much as an apology for the inconvenience of all of this, just fed excuses every time I would ask for an update.Edit: Britt reached out to me personally and set my mind at ease a little bit. He genuinely cares about the business and him reaching out made a huge difference in my entire experience.

Everyone working there listened to my issue, acknowledged it and then proceeded to give and try possible solutions.

Brought apple phone. damaged charger port. But it was actually plug piece broken off in the port. The Tech just plucked out with tweezers. No charge. Saved a lot.Also it has been a go to shop for the family. For a few years.

Took my MB Air in because my kid thought it would float on water (broken screen, water damage, totally dead). Corbin, the tech, went to work and got it in like-new condition (seriously - the thing is CLEAN inside and out and works flawlessly). It took longer than usual because of parts availability, but they did call and give updates. So, even though I had to wait a while to get it back, I am extremely, extremely pleased with the outcome. The cost wasn’t that high at all (considering the screen replacement) - I was actually shocked. No nickel-and-diming, no run-around, just good solid work. Would definitely go back and will definitely recommend.

My boyfriends phone was stuck in a boot loop after a forced carrier update. Sadly they couldnt save the data, but they fixed the phone like new and only charged us $10. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable as well. We will definitely be back for any future cell phone repairs.

Excellent service! I cracked the screen of my phone early in 2020. Called around to several places in Oregon, but no one had the replacement part. CPR cell phone repair said they would call if the part came back in stock. In the meantime, I left Oregon for fall term and arranged with another store locally to order the part, but they never got back to me. Skip ahead five months and CPR cell phone called me to say the part was back in stock. They ordered the part and held it for me until I came back to Oregon for winter break. The repair took a little over an hour and my phone looks good as new. I am so appreciative of their customer service and the quality of the repair.

This is the place to go to get your phone repaired. I went in to get a cracked screen repair and it was way cheaper than I thought it would be. They did it in less than an hour while I waited in my car and came back in. They validate your parking as well. They also noticed I had an old battery that needed to be changed and had an extra battery on hand that was in good condition from another phone. They gave it to me and installed it at no additional cost. Also I had an issue with my camera lens after I had my screen fixed and I went in the next day and they fixed the lens within 15 minutes for free. They respond fast if you call them and you can walk in and get anything done. They are very friendly and helpful.

Even though console gaming controllers are not something they typically repair, Sam performed the repairs needed at a fraction of the cost Microsoft was going to charge. Everyone I spoke with at CPR was friendly, welcoming, and gracious for my business. I couldnt be happier with the services performed, time the repairs took, and the price of said services. I will definitely come back to CPR for any of my electronics repair needs!

A simple fix (ancient iPhone needed original battery replaced) but such a relief to have it diagnosed and taken care of (the problem wasnt obvious to me - the phone refused to be turned off while also claiming it had no charge).

Spending 36 years with the most customer service oriented business on the planet I can say that this company CPR is right up there with the top of the line companies for customer service these people know their stuff They are fast and efficient and very professional and to top it off they love Love their Pizza murdered with pepperoni!!!! My phone was giving me crazy issues come to find out it was just a battery 49 bucks I’m back on the road with a phone that I’ve had for six years and t’s like new again!!

Had trouble with microphone after they replaced the charging port and they worked on it for several hours charge free because of the warranty and worked on it to get it finished professionally. Would recommend and go back.

I had a piece of my charging cable break off inside my iPhone. They fixes it immediately for me and didn’t charge me.

The screen on my Microsoft Surface started to warp and detach from the device. It also had areas that looked orange and were not showing what was to be displayed. I took it to CPR and specifically asked for a replacement screen. Their tech determined that the screen was actually fine and just needed to be reattached. The orange areas were only due to the warping. So when they could have replaced the screen and charged me for the new part, they honestly told me the existing screen was fine and saved me the cost of that part. I very much appreciate their integrity and I fully recommend them. They are very courteous as well.

Great customer service. Rather pricey, but they seem to be the only place in town that fixes video game consoles. I do recommend them.

CPR - provide review of cost to repair and pre- notification if there was possibility of additional costs prior to opening the phone for repairs. They gave a two hour window for the repairs to be completed and were done within the time set. Other than very poor parking options they were great to work with.

Really wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! They helped me so much when I was trying to figure out what the best decision was for repairing my iPhone versus getting a new phone and they offered me unbiased and experienced advice (repeatedly -- I called for advice more than once). They even helped me upload all of my pictures onto a third device so I wouldnt lose all my photos. Will definitely be coming back here again if I ever need help with a phone. THANK YOU ALL!

Never been so satisfied or impressed by a phone repair business before! In and out within 15 minutes. They have a great $10 deal if you get the screen protector warranty! The employees are courteous and amiable, and products are more fair than you’d even expect. I paid $20 for my screen protector (and application of it) AND a pop socket (as well as the placement of that!)
