My battery was reasonably priced and was installed quickly. But when I tried to go back a second time, the location had changed. I dont know where they are now, as they did not leave a sign with their new address at their old location, nor did they tell me they had moved when I called.

I bought a phone here and after a day of use I realized it was broken. When I took it back in they offered to fix it free of charge because of the inconvenience. Now I have a 100% working phone and I didnt pay much attention to all for it. Thank you for your help! 10/10 would (and have) recommend this place to anyone looking for a new device without breaking the bank!

I came in to find a new phone after my old screen was shattered yesterday. They backed up all my information and got me set up on a new one and they were very pleasant throughout the process. There was a hiccup with the new phone, but they were great about it and got it figured out really quick for me. In the end I came out with a nearly brand-new iPhone 8 and still spent less than I was expecting. The prices are fair and the service is excellent.

They helped me find a phone after i had lost it the night before. They were awesome and friendly. I highly recommend. They also gave me a free screen protector and a new charger. Great experience!!

This place was great! I got an s8+ from them a few weeks ago for a very reasonable price and the phone is in nearly new condition! Minor scratches on the frame and where by the charging port, but the screen was perfect and battery health is still at 90% of a new battery.My only complaint was that the generic charging cable they included is total junk and died on me just the other day.(less then 1 months use.)

I originally gave it a 1 star because of my first interaction with one of the employees. I tried it again because the store owner was very friendly and responsive. The second time I talked to a kid named Tyler and he was awesome. Helpful, smart and extremely kind. Cool place.P.S. The owner truly cares about his store and customers. That is always appreciated in my book. It makes the foundation of a successful business.

Owner was extremely helpful, I sell all my phones here and they give an above reasonable price for them. Walked in thinking my phone was a goner and he simply cleaned the charger port and it is now as good as new! Seriously a life saver!

I have come here too many times to count for broken screens and phones. This is my go to place! The workers are always friendly and prices are good. I get all my accessories here too and I especially love their tempered glass screens and they put it on for no extra charge! Love this little shop!!

Called ahead and talked to them, very friendly and helpful in helping me find a compatible phone for Republic Wireless, which is always a hassle. I went in and they remembered me calling and brought me straight to the phone and got me sent on my way with a 10% discount. Will be coming back!

Best place to go for getting your phone fixed and/or used phones. Taylor is awesome! Im not gonna say how many times Ive dropped my phone and cracked the screen but these guys are always there ready to help, fast and efficient....and costs less than the other places. They know what theyre doing for sure.

Well they actually suck. Went to trade my 800 dollar tablet in and they wanted to give me 15 dollars for it 😒 but yet I got 25 dollars for a phone that was about 15 dollars! I don’t recommend this place for anyone especially if you don’t want to get screwed over. Don’t even know how this place continues buisness , but whatever I’m not going back in there anymore. I made this account to make a review.Now I wouldnt necessarily mark a 1 star just because of a little poor service. Maybe 3 stars, that seems reasonable. Im pretty understanding when it comes to prices and selling values. I understand that there has to be some sort of profit. That doesnt mean you need to pull low offers out of who knows where? You say you have pride in yourselves in being fair and honest, but refuse to recognize your almost exorbitant prices compared to the buying offers.Your process of fixing phones and returning them is shoddy at best, I had to call a couple times to get an answer, and it was during operating hours. Granted, I got a call back pretty soon afterwards, and they informed me my phones screen had not been repaired, even though they offer supposedly speedy service.My screen also broke like a cruddy test tube from biology.A friend of mine told me she sold her phone there for $100. She later saw the same phone in the store for a markup that would make everyone and their mother cry.Not to mention, Im really hoping to get a snarky response from the owner. Those are the pièce de résistance of trying to confirm my opinions of this place. Customer service is important, and if your first reaction to reading reviews like the ones provided is to sarcasm all over yourself, then you shouldnt be the one replying.Now, in conclusion...dont go here. It is WELL worth the hassle of selling it online to either a private buyer or an online buyer and having to wait DAYS for your cash.

Awesome service and super speedy! Had my phone back in 30 minutes. The screen was fully shattered and would have cost $200 to replace with my insurance. Only cost me $100 to replace screen, fix a bend in the phone, and he even threw in a screen protector for free! I am very impressed and would totally recommend them!

Not much to say other than they wanted to give me $60 for my Samsung Galaxy S7. Which Im sure they would sell for 4x that. Youre better off selling your phone to a pawn shop.

We bought a used iphone for my daughter from the West 11th location, and within a few days, it had some issues- but Eli was happy to help us out, and exchange the old phone for another one that works great. Used phones can have issues that pop up, and taking a purchase back really tests the professionalism and honesty of a businesss policy in my opinion- do they mean what they say when they guarantee the phone? I feel very positive about this experience, and about the way in which I was treated as a customer. Well go there when we need phones in the future, for sure.

I went in to get my screen replaced on my iphone 7, and when i got it back the screen wasnt OEM quality like they promised.. the home button no longer works, and they had no explanation on why. My screen is EXTREMELY sensitive i can sneeze on it and it breaks. They tried to offer a protective screen for the top, and with that applied the screen didnt function correctly AT ALL. Recently i dropped a pencil on my screen on accident and it shattered it.. WOULD not recommend.

I walked in today for my very first time.. I was completely ignored and when i was finally approched by someone I was given both a bad attitude and a bad offer on my phone. It seems as if the workers have absolutly no idea what it is they are doing or how to do propper research on cell phone values. either way I would not recommend going here. I say this store will be out of buisness in the matter of months.

This is the problem with the youth today, the customer service was below subpar. I went in with a few questions about my phone & the two guys behind the counter couldnt even stop shoving chicken fingers in their faces or even stand up to the counter to be even partially professional. Yeah they answered the questions, but come on, really! ? I wont be back or recommend anyone to go there.

Bought a phone for $150 and I got less then 6 months out of it. I went back in the store and they could not fix it at all. They would not even give me a discount on anther phone. All they tried to do was charge me full price for another phone. All I would end up with is another crappy phone that broke in a few months. It ends up just being cheaper to go to a store and by a new one at full price vs. constantly buy used cheap ones.
