I made an appointment for Sunday. I was told to come at 9am and that the job would take 2 hours. I wake up early and drive 30 minutes to the destination. Upon arrival I was asked if I was going to leave the car, I told the person I was going to wait. He tells me that if I cant leave the car they cant do the job. I tell him the information given to me when the appointment was made and he shrugs off. The place lacks customer service and commitment to ones work. Good luck!
