D&E alignment is one of the best locations for wheel alignment that I have been to in this entire area. They have a friendly staff thats very down to earth and brutally honest with you. The prices are very very competitive and the work they do is on par or better than a lot of similar mechanic shops. It is absolutely worth your time and money to meet with them!

Paul and his crew are as good as they come for you suspension and alignment needs. Brought in my Focus ST to install some coil-overs and they did a really great job as usual. My family owned a Porsche, Audi and Mercedes certified body shop and we exclusively used D&E because of their proficiency, honesty and quality of work.

Paul, Ron and staff are great. Nice to have found a place where you dont get the run around. Just the truth. Work is always done fast, and they honestly want to do a good job, and not destroy you with stretched out labor costs. You cannot beat a shop that will literally show you the problems on your car, and let you see exactly how they fix it.

Paul runs one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. He’s honest, very reasonably priced, has a great sense of humor and is an all around good guy. It’s a family business - his dad works the desk and D and E are the initials of his kids names.He does much more than alignments - pretty much anything.The other mechanic - Ben - is an ace as well. Both are genuinely interested in getting your problem solved vs. trying to extract the most cash from your wallet or brush you off.I can’t say enough nice things about this shop! I’ll be a customer for as long as I’m in San Diego!

Paul is a charismatic funny guy, seems to really like what he’s doing. told me the job i needed done was an hour of labor and they not only did the job but also did more than what i had asked and did not charge more! Alignment feels great on an 04 bmw 330i. Would definitely recommend!

Paul is an artist when it comes to alignments and geometry correction! Brought in a lifted Jeep after having broken the front track bar mount and having it replaced with a stronger aftermarket one, which caused some geometry issues and led to it being virtually unsafe to drive, even though another shop determined it was normal for a lifted Jeep. Prior to the mount breakage, I had put over 20k miles on it and knew the new characteristics were NOT normal. Paul quickly identified and thoroughly explained the issue, then sent me off to purchase the parts myself through my vendor of choice, without charging me a dime for the time they spent diagnosing the issue. A week later I returned with all the parts in hand and they went to work. The installation went smoothly and the quality of their work was top notch. When it came time to test drive the vehicle, he felt it was still not 100% and asked to keep it to investigate. I agreed and Ron kept me updated on the progress. At one point I test drove it and it was so much improved from before that I convinced myself it was acceptable, but Paul demonstrated some subtle nuances and we agreed hed attempt to sort them out. For him, it was clearly a matter of pride and professionalism...most shops would have just wrote it off as normal for a highly modified vehicle and considered it good enough. In the end, after spending numerous hours and going over the suspension multiple times, often making the smallest of corrections to confirm how they impacted the drivabilty, he was absolutely right and identified and corrected all issues.His pricing was extremely fair and they clearly had many more hours into it, but the issues they investigated to root cause and insight they learned will undoubtedly pay off on future vehicles.Also, each time I went in, there were additional Jeeps in the shop, from stock to custom, so they clearly have the experience and are familiar with all generations of Jeeps and typical cars as well.I highly recommend D&E Alignment!!!

Super impressed! I brought in my lifted Jeep Wrangler for what I thought would be a simple toe adjustment. However, they identified and corrected a few minor issues yet held the original estimated price. As Paul worked on my Jeep, he educated me about a number of important things to know and the work he performed. Paul is very familiar with Jeep alignment issues. Ron is great to talk to as well (Pauls dad). Ill be recommending their shop to others. The floor was clean and everyone I met was really courteous. Easy street access and parking in the rear. I love it when I find an honest and knowledgeable shop like this. Thanks D&E!

I purchased a part and took my truck to another shop in town first, AMT diesel, to have it installed after having health issues I just couldn’t do it myself. Once the part was installed the job lasted about 90ish days before it started to leak pretty badly. I called Wendell and asked if he could look at it and he told me they only offer a 90 days warranty on work. I ended up having D&E alignment redo the job AMT was supposed to do. When D&E removed the part to fix the leak they sent photos of where the previous shop had never cleaned the mating surfaces, the hose was kinked, and the o-ring was damaged! Talk about not caring about the customers property! I called AMT and he didn’t have much to say besides I would have to bring it in. Yeah, no thanks I won’t waste my time. D&E did a great job keeping me informed and documenting what they found and fixed. They went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of and they are very fairly priced! Paul and Ben make a great team and know much more than just alignments. Thank you guys again!

Great experience super friendly and professional fixed my alignment it was pulling to the right but I messed up by going American Tire Depot in Oceanside a week prior before I came here, D&E told me that didn’t tight my bolts for my top control arms.D&E highly recommended

These folks treated me very well. I was referred by a fellow business owner and I did get a break on the price. But the point was that they didnt have to do that. They went out of their way to meet my goals by using aftermarket instead of OEM parts to keep the price down (300k mile car that needed a control arm and ball joint). I recommend this place - the alignment and parts replacement was quality work.

So far the alignment is great considering that it was done yesterday, its took a little too long even with an appointment but its the cheapest deal in town price wise and the mechanics were really cool, even hooked me up with a deal when they had to do a little more work done than originally quoted

Really good guys that know their stuff. I had to replace tires on my car and decided to do struts and shocks at the same time since an alignment was in order. Camber and toe were a little off on the front and my car has no camber adjustment so Paul scooted the whole subframe over to balance the sides. He also adjusted toe which is pretty standard stuff. Went in there thinking I needed a four wheel alignment but they only charged me for a front alignment because the rear was in spec. Unlike other shops Ive been to they wont simply look and see if the adjustments are in spec, theyll make sure the sides match and set them to preferred numbers. Your car will still pull and handle poorly with measurements that are in spec if the sides dont match. These guys understand that and make adjustments accordingly. Glad I came here, and theyve got a repeat customer now.
