Ive never loved going to the dentist but Dr. Bainer and his staff were excellent at making sure I was comfortable and explained what they were doing step by step. Great results and they definitely became my familys dentist after our first visit.

Staff and doctor are very friendly and honest. Doctor Bainer educated me about my teeth and showed me exactly what he was talking about so that I could make informed decisions about any further treatment I desired. They have the ability to do in house crowns and fillings, so no temporaries are required. All done same day, which is super important for me. I did a lot of research before going to this office and am fully confident that I found a gem.

Dr. Bainer and his assistant John are a terrific team. Not only are they careful and gentle, they have a great camaraderie that puts me at ease. Ive been having multiple appointments to remove old amalgam fillings and to redo old work as well as lots of new work. My new crowns are imperceptible and he has created root fillings for my receded gums.Ive been to a lot of dentists and Dr. Bainer and John are head and shoulders above the others. As always a positive experience, my regular dental hygiene appointment was a breeze. Very thorough, and I always add the laser treatment to prevent bacteria growth at the gumline. It’s inexpensive and keeps my gums in healthy condition between visits. Love and highly recommend Dr. Bainer and his friendly staff!

I have extreme out of control sensitivity and really really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, but I needed a lot of work done, so I finally decided to go. Long story short, Dr. Bainer and Bailey numbed me so much and were so gentle that at one point I FELL ASLEEP. They also stayed an extra hour of their own time to finish (I was getting several fillings done at once to get it over with). When I first went in for a consultation, he did an oral cancer screening and walked me through a proposed treatment plan with pictures. At the end, the receptionist walked me through what the charges would be, and she was very helpful. Everybody in the office has such a friendly and smiley personality. Next time I need to go back, I wont dread it as much. Also, their office is really pretty, it has a fish tank on the wall.

What can you say about a trip to the dentist? If it wasn’t terrible, that’s good enough! Well done!

This was my first visit to The Smile Gallery. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. My hygienist, Maggie, was wonderful. She explained all that she was doing: X-rays, pictures and cleaning. Then Dr. BAINER came in and looked over the X-rays and pictures with me. He pointed out problems and prioritized them as far as severity and need to have treatment. By the time I reached the front desk my treatment plan was ready and waiting for me. I asked if they accepted payments for the higher priced treatments and the lady said they could do 2 months. Overall my experience was very positive!

Dr Bainer is one of the finest dentists I’ve met. Though my work as a travel nurse takes me across the country I have kept him as my primary dentist for both his expertise and trustworthiness. He earns the highest of recommendations.

I appreciated the thorough exams that I had with Dr. David Bainer, and how well everything explained to me. I never felt pressured to have unnecessary procedure. I had 4 dental crowns procedure done. With very high tech office of Dr. Bainer, in one visit, it took 45 minutes to have two of my crowns done, and I felt like I was in really good hands the entire time. Sara squeezed me in for Monday. John and Dr. Bainer looked at my crown, fixed it and said all fixed! within a matter of 15 minutes! I visited The Smile Gallery for the first time in March 2021. I was looking for a new dentist, needed a check up due to a broken tooth and a cleaning. I must say, I was very impressed with the doctors getting me in right away. I also liked how the dentist and staff greeted me at my time of arrival. How they also let me know how much time to set aside before my arrival for my first visit. I liked how I received a confirmation before hand as a reminder and a address as well. The place was really cute and fancy inside. It felt very welcoming along with all the staff who took plenty of time with me during my visit . I liked that they also had a beverage area and the place was neat and clean. Dr David Bainer, John and my Hygienist were all very nice and very careful while doing their dental Exam and cleaning. It didn’t hurt at all. John offered me a warm blanket which was very nice incase I was cold. They had some really nice newer equipment as well. The doctors took the time to explain what they discovered during my check up. Gave me options and answered all questions. Even asked if i needed to use the rest room before leaving. The front desk people were also very welcoming and took the time to get me quotes and reschedule me for my next apt soon for some crown work. I even felt safe during covid there and everyone seem nice and happy. This is what we need during these hard times. I even referred my husband there and my mother. Thanks again for a great visit. Everyone I was seen by was super courteous and nice. I was very nervous walking is as most everyone is going to the dentist, but the nerves went away fast. Dr. Biener is super sweet and takes the time to go over everything with you without being rushed. John and Leah were super cool. Leah takes the time to make sure you are good and she is super gentle. Honestly. I hate going to the dentist. This is the first place I have found that I trust and I don’t leave feeling bad or in pain. I have had several emergencies come up, and they have gotten me in ASAP, they take exceptional care of all eight of my children, and have been very flexible and patient when we have canceled appointments with Covid numbers in community spiking.

My experience was superb, as always with this team. First, during the pandemic, Ive been very reluctant to visit a dentist. But Dr. Bainers team handled all apects of protection thoroughly and professionally -- from the waiting room to the clinical area, cleaning surfaces and air. I was impressed. Second, the hygienist, Leah, was excellent. She was thorough, thoughtful, and inspired confidence with every move. I recommend the clinic and its staff highly.

I just want to say, after a horrible experience at Bright Now! off Auto Parkway in Escondido, I was recommended to go to Dr. Bainer.Despite the fact he is not inside of my insurance network, it was more than worth going to him for the honest opinion, and amazing staff he has on board.It was worth it enough that I have decided to use him as my provider.Good things are just worth paying for.

Dr. Bainer and staff are great. I have never had a Dentist be so detailed and careful to get the best possible outcome. Dr Bainer gives you a play by play of what he is doing and why. Another unique thing about Dr Bainer he is careful with your soft tissue (gums) while he is working. My pain level was zero even after the nova cane wore off. Best dentist experience ever. I avoided the dentist office for the last 10 years because I could not find an honest and competent dentist, I finally have a dentist in Dr. Bainer that i can trust,Procedures: 3 filling and adjustment to spacing to eliminate food trap.

I had the teeth whitening process with Bailey. It was a seamless procedure and she was super helpful. Very personable and knowledgeable about all the steps and took great care to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entirety of the procedure. I was also very happy with the results of the whitening itself. I would certainly recommend this to anybody who is interested.

At my first visit, staff were very efficient and responsive. I was very impressed with the state of the art examination equipment. And was advised of needed dental work to be done via visual pictures. Replacement of crowns scheduled for February 2020.This week I called the office with pain that had developed from another tooth, and asked if they could fit me into schedule ASAP. I couldn’t believe it. They took me within 30 minutes that day and relieved my problem tooth!!I also like that things are explained thoroughly and with sensitivity.I just moved to California from Ohio, and without a doubt, am in good hands now.

The minute you walk in the door you know you are going to be well taken care of! The office is emasculate! My hygiene visit was great. I see Erin and she is warm and friendly and very thorough! I admit I was overdue for my visit so had some build up, but she has a great touch, so discomfort at all. Dr. Bainer is also very welcoming and through! I recently had a periodontal deep cleaning (first half) in 4 years (2nd half will be in another week). My previous dentist did all four quadrants in one visit, and it took about 1 hours 15 minutes. This time the dental technician took 1 hour 30 minutes to do the left side of my mouth, and was extremely thorough, taking as much time as needed for each tooth, and making it easy for me to feel comfortable the whole time. She also administered the anesthetic shots, and was extremely competent. I dread shots, and was very relieved by the entire experience. I recommend this dental office to anyone -- my husband has had several procedures here now, including 2 crowns (made in the office while you wait). We both recommend this office to anyone -- Dr. Bainer and his staff are all terrific. 10 stars!

Just had a great easy cleaning, and the veneers on my front teeth from about 6 months ago, I cant believe how they are a indistinguishable part of my teeth. Should have done it years ago. I have had extensive, fairly serious dental problems throughout my life, and as a result,I have a horrible, almost out of control, fear of dentists. Dr. Bainer and everyone in his office do everything in their power to make sure that you feel comfortable and cared for. Honestly, the best dental services I have ever received. The hygienists are great and always laughing and having fun while at work. Their dental cleanings are as good as deep cleanings I have received anywhere else, leaving me with cleaner teeth and less worry between cleanings. Dr. Bainer really cares about his patients care and comfort including taking the time to review all of my familys dental needs clearly so we could make the best decisions for our health. In my childhood I had a bad experience with a dentist which left me with a strong dislike for having to go there. Having to find a new dentist is even a larger problem as I need time to build up trust in the person. (We went to our previous dentist for over 37 years; until he retired.). Last year I moved from Escondido to Spring Valley. I have elected to have Dr. Bainer continue to be my dentist, as long as I am able to make the 80 mile round trip between my home and Escondido.
