I have REALLY sensitive teeth and gums and was terrified to get my teeth cleaned after the dental hygeniest Id been going to for 20 years retired. But, today Amber worked on my teeth at the office and it was PERFECT!! She did a great job and I didnt experience any pain or discomfort. Two thumbs up for Amber!

I went in to see Dr. Zach McMaster last week for some dental work & was so pleased by my experience. From start to finish, my appointment was comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Zach was very warm, thorough, and made me feel at ease.

I had to cancel this appointment in April when our housing facility went on lock down due to Covid 19. When they notified me last month that they had reopened the office, I wasnt anxious to reschedule, but I trusted that Dr. McMaster wouldnt put me at risk. When I arrived, I was the only patient in the waiting room. They whisked me right into a clean room and I never saw another patient while I was there. The visit went well. Everything was explained to me as they worked on me. Im relieved to have the job done and wont be concerned about scheduling future visits.

My entire family has been coming to McMaster Dental for 18 years, since we moved to Escondido. Weve always received fabulous care here - the doctors and staff are professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The office is always clean and has up to date equipment. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone, and I have definitely done so over the years.

I could never understand why people hated going to the dentist. I never had issues with it, even as a kid. Then I got older and heard about other dentists. I started going to this practice when it was owned by Dr. McMasters father-in-law and later it got transferred to him. Both men are so gentle with their touch and do such a good job. You wont regret coming here.

Dr. McMaster has been my dentist for over five years. He and his staff are professional, thorough and friendly. Dr. McMaster explains clearly what needs to be done and if there are choices in ways to it, he explains each and leaves the choice up to the patient. Also, if a procedure can be delayed he tells you so.

Best dental experience of my life, I have been walking around the last ten years with multiple broken teeth and enduring excruciating infections a couple times a year, all because of what other low budget dentist have been telling me. Three dentist have told me they couldnt numb my teeth enough and that I would have to go to an oral surgeon, money is always an issue, and we all know how that goes. At the end of one of my loosing battles with yet another infection, my mom and wife couldnt stand to see me in so much pain, and both insisted I go see my moms dentist. Ahhhhhhhh! I swear the sky parted and I could see heaven. Walked expecting a referral to a oral surgeon, but left there four teeth less, no pain was treated like I had been going there for years. I finally after 47 years have a dentist that I will from this day forward call My dentist. Its funny cause the extractions didnt hurt, but when it was all over and I was sitting in the chair still, I got real emotional all of a sudden, I tried wiping the tears away as fast as they came. My entire family, including my elderly parents and young adult children, are patients of Dr. McMaster. We do not live close to the office, but after trying several local dentists, whom we were very disappointed with (shoddy work that had to be redone, and not available when needed during off hours), we decided the drive to Dr. McMasters office was well worth it. His work is perfect. And twice I have had emergencies outside of his normal hours, and he took care of me--he came to his office (off hours) to do quite a bit of first aid and repair work from an accident--his dedication was remarkable. My accident was on a Friday evening--Im certain that any one of the previous dentists I had would not have responded until Monday morning--too late in my case. Believing that Dr. McMaster actually cared about me on a Friday evening meant a lot.

Dr. McMaster is amazing. Ive got to his practice for 25+ years, and only trust Dr. McMaster because he continues to be honest and always very gentle which is important to me since I have very sensitive teeth. Today I took my 11-year old daughter in for the first time (finally graduating her from a childrens dentist) because she had to get 3 teeth pulled. Dr. McMaster was amazing and immediately made her feel comfortable and calmly talked her through the entire process. She came out of the office, face numb, but indicated she didnt feel a thing and that it was easy. This says a lot for a nervous 11-year old who has never had anything major done to her mouth. So happy that my entire family is now going to Dr. McMasters practice.
