Who ever says that they enjoy going to the Dentist? I DO!! Dr Chan is a professional, fantastic dentist who is gentle and so thorough in explaining whatever the procedure may be. I never feel like I am family when I walk in and see Hazel! Everyone at the office is kind, funny and make you feel at ease getting your teeth cleaned or when having anything at all done during your visit. I hope people read this review because Dr Chan is hands down the best dentist ive been to in my 42 years of having dental work done. Thank you Dr Chan!

Had my first visit with Dr. Andrew Chan today. Just wanted to give a shout out because the office is exceptional. Hazel, the front desk, is super friendly and very helpful. Dr. Chan is very thorough and explains what you need in easy language and he doesnt judge! (I hadnt been to a dentist in years and he was very nice and professional.) I look forward to having a long relationship with this establishment!

Everyone in office was amazing! From the initial contact with Hazel and all throughout the visit. Dr. Linda Chan definitely has great bedside manner she made me feel comfortable and kept me informed every step of the way. Definitely a great choice!

I have been a client all through my teaching years and now going on MEDICARE over 15 years . Hazel who is the wonderful person that greets you at the front desk looked over my Paperwork and gave me the Pros and cons regarding dental coverage. In my case, I would save 100s if I paid out-of-pocket for routine cleaning & Xrays. I am staying with Dr. Andrew & wife Hazel.

Dr.Chan and his Team are Amazing! They are professional and do quality dental work. They are kind and personable. When you walk in the first person you see is Hazel she is welcoming and very nice. I knew right away this would be our family’s new Dentist. 5 stars isn’t nearly enough but that is all that is available! Thank you Dr. Chan and Team!

So amazed at this dentist! Dr. Chan and Hazel are so kind, they fitted me in today to have a really nasty tooth of mine extracted. As bad as my tooth was i was scared but Hazel really calmed my nerves and actually made me laugh which was so nice! Dr. Chan is very calm and gentle and i cant believe he got that tooth out and no pain came to me! God bless! Such a wonderful dentist and such wonderful and genuine people Hazel and Dr. Chan are. They really care and i appreciate them so much. As someone who was so terrified of dentists , this experience has made me happy to say I am not scared anymore! Very professional and no wait time or being on hold on phone calls . They attended to my husbands need right away and explained all so well. Definitely coming back and making Dr Chan our new dentist .Another plus for us is they are kid Friendly. 💓💓

I recently had to have a tooth extracted and was referred to Dr. Chan for the procedure. He explained the procedure to me and he took his time to make sure I was comfortable before and during the extraction. I feel he is very honest and explained what restorative treatment I could have done in the future without the high pressure sales tactics so many dentistare doing today. Dr Chan introduced me to how dentist is supposed to do work on your teeth. I stopped going to the dentist for 2-3 years because i hated my last experience with my dentist. But this is not the case with Dr. Chan. everything to me was perfect. I had a regular cleaning which doesnt bother me that much but then i was scheduled for deep cleaning...I was scared when i came in, but after finishing my left side first i was amazed and happy how i did not feel pain. The whole process was perfect for me...it was really really good and i highly recommend him if you need something done with your teeth.

I have been going to Dr. Chan for about 10 years now. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. I recommend him to all of our family and friends because he is just that great! Hes gentle and gets the job done! My mom fell asleep during a root canal.(that just goes to show) I dont trust anyone else with my pearly whites! 😁

Dr. Chan is excellent! He has been our dentist for many years. I trust him and feel very safe in his care. His fee schedule is very reasonable for the superior quality of workmanship.

The team here rocks. When we have had to get work done you hardly even feel the needle and I am terrified of those things which makes it really nice. The staff is super friendly too. I find myself looking forward to our visits which I admit is seriously odd.. What I find odd is the picture of the place. Thats not the office so dont judge it by that. Its actually a nice office.

Aftering having not so good dentist experiences in my past, I was fearful of dentists. My aunt recommended me to her dentist Dr. Chan, who she said was very good and friendly. When I went to his office, immediately I got a comforting home feeling. Hayzel and Dr. Chan were very friendly and welcoming. They were truly caring and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel more comfortable. I was soo relieved to get a tooth extracted with barely any pain and no damage to nearby teeth! Dr. Chan & Staff are always friendly, accommodating, caring and efficient. I have been a patient for some years now and feel that the dentistry is excellent with very state of the art techniques and education.

So Im not exactly a big fan of Dentists! I hate being given shots (biggest complaint=Big Baby LOL) Anyway, my phobias are a long list, so I wont get into them. All that being said, Dr. Chan is very kind and sweet, and will do anything to make you comfortable. He even stopped on several occasions when he noticed I was getting uncomfortable, he allowed me a few minutes to get my composure together, and then we continued. Hayzel the Office Manager (and the Dr.s wife) made me feel so at ease. They are simply in one word WONDERFUL! They really strive to make their patients feel like family, and thats exactly how I feel when Im there. To be fair, I had plenty of time to observe the Dr. and his wife, since I do work for them. And while I was watching them interact with their patients, I observed genuine care for those that they see. If you want a Dentist, who will give you all of this, you owe it to yourself to come and meet with Dr. Chan. You wont be disappointed!!

I already reviewed Dr. Andrew Chans business, C & C Smiles Solutions, so I will repeat it here!I first came to C & C Smiles Solutions knowing I had a ton of work ahead of me. I was extremely nervous as all my past dental experiences had been terribly painful and traumatizing. Dr. Andrew Chan and Dr. Linda Chan were incredibly friendly and professional! They, along with Hayzel at the front desk, provided me with a care schedule that was considerate of my health AND budget. They did everything they could to make me comfortable, healthy, and happy! They worked around my crazy schedule with late afternoon and Saturday appointments. Not only have I gotten over my fear of the dentist, I absolutely look forward to my appointments so I can chat with Hayzel and catch up with the doctors about all their goings on. They took my ruined teeth and gave me a new healthy smile. I would recommend them to anyone!
