I went to location for a Covid test. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. They didnt have a long line so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. What was really nice is I didnt have to get out of my car.. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. I caught a cold and wanted to be tested just to be sure.

I personally have been treated very well every time Ive gone in for an appointment. Very friendly staff and always feel good about getting service. Before the pandemic, it would get really busy and still the staff remained very calm and always friendly. No complaints here.

My doctor, Patricia Rose, was so amazing but she seems to have relocated and I cant find her now. So sad. Doctor Jean Miller is my new doctor and shes pretty good too. Ive only seen her once but shes good at making you feel comfortable.

POSSIBLY POSITIVE FOR COVID TEST & TURNED AWAY FOR NOT BEING ESTABLISHED WITH A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR THERE!!! FAMILY MEMBER HAS BEEN SICK FOR A FEW DAYS WITH RECENT EXPOSURE TO COVID + FAMILY MEMBER OUTSIDE THE HOME. CALLED TO GET SEEN FOR COVID TEST AND TOLD NEED TO BE ESTABLISHED FIRST. FIRST OFF THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF DELAYING CARE , NEGLIGENCE. STAFF UNHELPFUL AND UNCARING. CLINIC SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR FINED. My Husband injured his leg and we rushed in for an urgent walk-in visit this evening. The staff was very pleasant and even though they didnt have any openings both the nurse and doctor on site came out to the waiting room to look at the injury. We were given excellent advice and were squeezed into an open slot tomorrow morning. I cannot praise this office enough, they were quick to respond, kind and efficient.

This neighborhood clinic gave me the information that I needed and the help that I needed to get to see a doctor asap. The office staff were polite and so incredibly helpful and kind. I was given an appointment right away to see someone to help me with my insurance issues and came in before then for a walk in and the Male nurse and female doctor I had seen were kind caring and helpful to say the least. They took the time to answer my questions and talk to me about my situation and health concerns. The wait time was less then 40 minutes and I was in and out of the doctors office in less then 2 hours. Thank you for your help and for such good service you guys are great.

I have been going here for about 5 years now. Ive had nothing but great care. The doctor I have is Caroline Negron and she is super. She really cares about her patients and spends the time needed every time. She by far the best doctor I have ever had. The nurses are great too, especially Anabelle, Wen (hope I spelled it right), and Liz. I would highly recommend this Neighborhood Healthcare for sure. Now they even have a clinic in the evenings, I think they are open until like 9pm for people who work. I would give it 5 stars but it does take a while to get an appointment, usually 2 weeks if your lucky, more like a month. Other than that its been top notch medical services the entire time I have been going. Thank you -

We dont think there is a better physician than our primary one , Dr Patricia Rose. We found her through our previous Insurance almost 20 years ago at Sharp Rees Stealy. she Is the most amazing person always going beyond expectation. she always took the time to listen to our concerns. She would always remember our past history without us having to remind her. In 2017 we got really upset, she told us that she was leaving Sharp but fortunately we were able to transfer to Neighborhood Healthcare and have her again as our primary physician.

I figured Id give this place a shot because of previous reviews I had read. BIG MISTAKE! The front desk ladies are very nice and talk to you in a very friendly manner. Now, the nurses that call you in are not. Once you get called in theyour take you to a room to take your weight etc and ask you a few questions but its the way they ask almost like a feeling that youre getting in trouble. I felt very intimidated. Then they make you wait AGAIN until a room is ready. Why call me in in the first place if a room isnt ready? Its ridiculous. The staff needs some serious teaching on patient care. They need to make you feel welcomed not intimidate you. Ive been in twice and both experiences were terrible.

To be honest if I can give it a 0 I would. Called in to see when I could go in they didnt mention a lunch hour I had to ask. Then they gave me the wrong time anyways. Long wait, people arriving after me were being seen before me. The nurse that took me back was awkward as hell. Then the whatever provider that talked to me after was rude. Wouldnt go back there!!!

I honestly can give this a lower star but my dr is great. However every single time there is a ridiculous wait. I understand things happen but not every time u have an appt booked out over a month in advance. Its really not right to take up someones time like that. Over an hour wait just to go back to a room and wait again for another 30 to 45 min. If u cant see patients on time then whats the point of making appt if u never get in when your scheduled. Very frustrating

Everytime I go here the staff is very helpful, and sometimes there can be a wait if they are backed up. But if you make a appointment I have never had a issue before. Also going in for Urgent care, maybe I just went on a night that was less crowded, but I had no problem, and the nurses and staff were always kind.

Just want to Thank Julie RN at urgent care you are a sweet heart we need more RNs like you in the medical field. She treated my son really nice from the begging to end of visit ..

Literally the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. So, basically, I had MRSA and Dr. Bravo took it upon himself to send a culture swab for testing and proceeded to drop off the face of the earth and not revisit or write up my test results for a week. Ya know, as if I couldn’t die from the infection. Then the poor ladies who have to be affiliated with this lazy excuse of a doctor had to spend hours explaining to me the reason why Neighborhood Healthcare was such a subpar medical center. Nurse Wen was absolutely atrocious and unprofessional as well, she should be embarrassed and ashamed of how she conducted herself while pretending to give me my test results that she clearly didn’t have when she said she did. Nurse Wen, when somebody asks you why you’re not doing your job, you most definitely should not make your incompetence the patients problem. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a healthcare center that doesn’t actually give proper healthcare then you’ve found the right place!

Wait times to be seen and phone answered are way too long. Expect at least two hours for a quick visit. Staff is friendly and its clean.

My baby boy have to wait almost 4 1/2 hrs to see the Dr..CRAZY.. and for your information THIS IS A WALK in clinic n they dont take appointments so its suppose who comes first get serve right...but No No. The ppl inside decided who go first. IF this is Emergency room we completely understand once again this is just a clinic. The front desk lady admit that they let other ppl ahead me even though I came first than them..Crazy..The other lady that sit next to me she said shes been waithing for 1HOUR and i said to her..oh well we (me with my 3yo baby) already here 4HOUR...and guess who inside first: the other lady and NOT my baby. CRAZY..we will NOT going back There....BAD Services..Horrible...

I suffer from PCOS and a few other conditions that cause me to gain weight. I went in for my annual exam (pap) and the nurse practitioner told me that I would feel more comfortable with someone closer to my own size. She then told me that my regular doctor was like me and wpuld be able to see my side of thing better than someone smaller in size. She didnt listen to my concerns regarding my birth control and belittled every comment and question I made.The ladies in the front are very sweet, but please be mindful behind that closed door. I feel violated and extremely disturbed by what occurred. Find another place to get your care. That is an experience I dont wish on anyone.

They do take appointments! I didnt see anything wrong with it . Everyone was nice and professional.

Im over making appointments to come I. An sit for 1 1/2 hrs over the time I was told. To be told they are running behind, but people coming after me an goi g right back.

I was curious to why they have a low rating but it’s because they have horrible times for appointments and bad customer service. I need to be seen ASAP and the next appointment is 1/25. This health care facility is worthless. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS CLINIC!
