I have been a customer here since 2012, and just in the past few years did the owners change.I ha e to say that over 9 years this place has given me great customer service. The staff is great and friendly.You can have a lot done here. The prices are better than the UPS store.You can get your passport photo done, notary, mail off through every carrier, get copies, do a fax and all while having a drink from there refrigerator.If you or your business needs a mailbox come to this postal annex and tell them Jeremy from Box 445 sent you.

This Postal Annex has the most polite brothers that own it and treat their customers so kindly and helpful. They are like the people from my old hometown. They welcome everyone with smiles and attentiveness. Everyone should be giving them their business if you like special service.

You say you do packing and shipping but you dont have tape?! Is this a franchise, if so time to change ownership. Always problems with this location.

Came in half an hour before closing for fingerprints and the lady working there said she couldn’t do it because she was already behind on the mail? Ok…

I needed to assist my elderly mother with notarized documents and the timely mailing of these documents. This Postal Annex+ met all of our needs. Both employees were professional and helpful. The notary, Inder, was especially kind and patient with my mom...given that her particular notary needs were a bit unusual. This family-run franchise was accommodating and followed all COVID safety guidelines. We recommend this business and will most definitely return.

The Postal Annex at 970 West Valley Parkway in Escondido has a great professional team. I always get my things done the right way. They arereliable and create an atmosphere of good vibrations. During Covid19 thank God they were always open. i like the fact that prices are reasonable compared to others..My older sister and my niece got all their Passport pictures and applications accomplished with precision.They have Live Scan and Notary services mobile and onsite. I have had my Mailbox there for years. . .

Staff here doesn’t even ask you what type of shipping you want. They automatically charge express. Never again will I go here. Avoid. Such a rip off.

Me and my Lady stopped by here for some copies for her college class. When time to pay was $4.00 for 6 black & white copies. Never again highway robbery they should be ashamed. The UPS Store charges 16 Cents where I work for black & white copies. Also the Indian Gentleman had the Audacity to say computer time when questioned about the price, all we did was send an email to be printed we didnt even touch or use their computer. Avoid this place Horrible Customer Service

Great service! I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Each time I have shipped from here the service has been outstanding. The staff is polite, attentive, and makes sure that I get what I need. There have been several times that I have had complex shipping orders (multiple locations, various countries) and they take the time to make sure that they get it right. They are also very conscientious that I get the choice of shipping rate that meets my budget. The store is clean, quiet, and the people who work here are wonderful. I live in Valley Center so have a choice of going to other locations to ship my packages. However, I drive out of my way to come here because they have always treated me right. I highly recommend this Postal Annex.

BEST POSTAL ANNEX NEAR!!! The staff is professional, super friendly and, they make everything very convenient for customers!!!.I have a virtual mailbox and i love it!!! They scan and send all my mail to my iPostal1 ap ...and i only go to pick up important mail, everything else they will shredd it, after i click on my ap to be shredd it. I cant say enough of this great service!!!!!!! LOVING THIS STORE!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The employées are great and friendly, but dont go here for a livescan. I got my livescan done here last november, and then i got another livescan done here this may, and both times, i had to wait 30 minutes due to technical difficultés because these people have substandard computers.

Bad business model, I paid deposit of $10 for security box, I never got the money back although I returned the key and closed my acc
