Ive recently used Cal Postal to fax something and to drop off a FedEx package. Both times they were super friendly/helpful. Unfortunately when I did a search for fax and FedEx services Cal Postal doesnt come up.

I need receipts for the Fedex packages I drop off per my employer. She refuses to do it and makes you wait, even with NO customers there until she Feels like doing it. Today I had two FedEx envelopes that kept coming open and asked her to tape it and she said, Set it in the bin, and I will do it later. I replied, I cant leave it open there as it contains sensitive customer information and she replied, If you want it done now, then I can sell you some tape and you can tape it. After I had waited in line behind a 3rd customer in line for 10 minutes while she catered to some man. I was so sick of her being rude to me that I left and told everyone in line how mean she is and to not use her. She has always been rude to women. So, I went to Postal Annex on Woodland Pkwy & Mission who go out of their way to help their customers. They were happy to tape my packages and happy to give me receipts. Then I told everyone in line at Postal Annex there to stay away from Cal-Postal.EVERYONE I MEET I WILL TELL TO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO HER POCKET BOOK. She doesnt deserve to be in business and has NO gratitude towards her customers.

They are really nice and they are never upset, and come to work with a smile everyday. I give them my regards!

Started coming here when the local Postal Annex lost their contract with the post office. :( I have been here several times and their service is quick, friendly and helpful. It is better than going to a real post office. I can also drop off my UPS packages here. As of today...it is great!

Great service! They were so helpful getting my packages boxed and finding the least expensive way to ship.

Helped me pack and ship a TON of Christmas gifts...it was a lot of work! Will definitely be back.

We recently used these services and spent a large amount of money for shipping. The owner incorrectly sent our packages, mixing up the addresses. When confronted with the original paperwork, he denied all of it, and now our packages are across the country from where they were intended to be. Im so disappointed with this customer service.

Worst service every time we go there. The gentleman that works the counter is rude does not enjoy his job at all. No longer will take USPS packages. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Over $13.00 to ship little box standard no upgrades USPS. Do yourself the favor and take it to USPS, UPS, or FedEx yourself you will be glad you did.

Called to see if they have a notary she said yes. So I went down there a little later to be told the notary was not there today. Why not explain that on the phone?
