My daughter had an appointment at 130. They told her at first she would have to wait an hour. We said she couldnt wait an hour. Then they came back and said they could she her in 30 minutes. We said that this was unacceptable and told them this was poor service. They didnt seem to care. Bad experience. Disappointed!!!

Took my 98 year old mother-in-law for a cut and set. Hans did a great job, and was very patient and professional. He did a great job.

Nothing but the best experience here! Ive been using the services provided from this salon for a while now and each time Ive always had a different stylist (mostly due to me being terrible at booking in advanced, Im always a walk-in). The two stylist that stand out the most are Christina and I believe my most recent stylist was Marcella? Im so sorry Im terrible at at names haha. They know how to hire some amazing and talented people!!!

Absolutely the WORST experience I have had at a salon. The staff had no clue we had an appointment and when they finally figured it out, they (with attitude) told us to return in one hour. They refused to acknowledge their error. I would never trust these people with my hair. They never once said they were sorry.

Great experience! I made an appointment and asked for whatever stylist would be available. They are open late on Thursday & Friday, so I was able to book starting at 5.Hans was very sweet and fun to talk to. He did excellent work and got rid of the brass from my previous at home hair touch up. I got a partial highlight and the color is beautiful and easy to manage. Plus, the cost was very affordable. Less than $100 that included toning and blow dry. Awesome place!

Ive been here twice so far and both times came out extremely satisfied! I moved on this side of town a few months ago so I was looking for a new hair salon and I finally found it! This is the one. Jessika H is an amazing stylist! She knew exactly what I wanted even when I had trouble describing it. This is the best my hair has looked in a long time. She asked many questions to make sure I would be satisfied with my hair color and cut. She took her time and made it look incredible and explained everything she did along the way. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and talkataive, its clean and a very professional and fun environment.

Lack of experience. If you’re unfamiliar with how to do a style or if you feel unsure or if you make a mistake. Please stop and ask for help. Also please ask what services they would like before charging $50. I wanted a trim. No need for a shampoo and I would of declined had I known how expensive. She chopped the whole side of my head crooked and left me with an awkward cut I would have to go shorter or deal and let it grow out. I’m very unhappy with today’s services.

It was a phenomenal experience. Everything was on point; from the moment I got there until the last minute. The staff was courteous and very friendly. Affordable, efficient, and very effective for changing ones hairstyle. There is no better salon in Escondido hands down.

I needed a haircut right away, as I was going to a function at the last minute. My regular girl was on vacation and I decided to try this place. I got a lovely cut and style and it was perfect for the occasion. Staff is very nice and I like the ambiance. Will come back when my regular girl goes out of town again!

Horrible. I wanted a specific haircut and the first time the girl cut it not even close to what I wanted.. she dyed my hair but didnt even match the color to what I want plus she didnt even bleach The Roots before she colored it all she did was put the color on top of my hair so had to go back the next day She cut my hair a little bit better but my hair was orange now I have dark roots and its only been two weeks I would not recommend this place to anyone.. $110.00 down the DRAIN

Hans my Stylist was Great! I called numerous times to get an appointment and no one answers the phone. If you leave your phone number you wont get called back either. You have to physically go in to get an appointment.

One of the girls did amazingly and gave me the most perfect layers Ive had in years. I look forward to getting my hair cut by her again. Especially for graduation.

Elvida made my special day perfect from my daughters flower girl hairstyle to my bridal up-do and make up. She actually takes time to make sure that everything is precise and made sure you come out of her salon looking glamorous! I would recommend this to anyone.
