Been going here for over 5 years now, they are really laid back and great people to converse with. They make the haircut go by fast with conversations and movies that they put up to watch. Mid days get busy so mornings and afternoons are your best bet to get a haircut quick. Prices for efficiency on the haircut are amazing compared to other locations

Very efficient, friendly and give great haircuts. They are not rude, the bad reviews are mostly people who do not like to wait and get upset over wait times. I like the appointment system. They take walk-ins too, but making an appointment is always the go-to for me. There is a fee for the appointment, but definitely worth it!I haven’t had a better haircut anywhere else compared to here.

By far the worst place you will ever go. Not clean, unprofessional and rude, not on time opens at 10 but they get there when ever they want 11 or later. The owner is very rude and doesn’t care for their customers terrible customer service. I really don’t now how they have business I guess people just let others push them around.I strongly suggest to look for another place.

Great little place! They take a long time because they do a good job and yes its always packed, but its because of their good prices and their quality hair cuts my husband has been coming here for years if your willing to wait they will not let you down. And no the owner is not rude just serious and professional about his job.

Update for 2020. Ive been going here for over 5 years now. They got some new barbers and charge a bit more than before but its so worth it. I always thought they should charge more. And they do now. I like that they have a appointment system wish it was better this cause right now you have to drive there pay then come back. Be better if we paid online somehow. But good job guys keep it up.

First time going to the barber shop I was very happy with the customer service.! Barber who cut my hair was Alex very professional and took his time to cut my hair how I wanted it.Go early if you don’t want to wait because it’s can be a wait.They even over me soda and water!

I have been coming to Los Panchos for 4 years. Josh has been cutting my hair on point since I moved to Escondido. My fade is always on point, my line up always looks fresh and the price for the quality of hair cut you get is amazing. Sometimes the wait might seem long but the hair cut is always worth it. Ive come in on Joshs day off and Gios work is lit as well.

TERRIBLE place, they work insufficiently. The wait is around an hour. They don’t treat everyone the same. They need to watch their language around kids. These men don’t have any respect for women. Unacceptable terrible place to get a cut. 3.3 is not worth it, go some else that has a 4-star ranking. Please stay away from these people; they need to go back to school and work on their hospitality. DIFFERENT PRICES FOR VARIOUS PEOPLE.

Very rude the owners son was giving me an attitude and telling me not to show him how to do his job and I was just asking for a simple fade haircut he doesnt know what hes doing and hes very cocky I wish I can give this place a zero but I cant dont recommend and dont bring your kids around theyre cussing all the time and really suck at haircuts you asked for one thing and they do a whole different other thing.

I got a really nice haircut for a wedding, everyone loved it. They are great, go get your neck cleaned.

If you need a hair cut, do not make this place your first choice. Make your last resort, staff here are not at all fully cognizant basic on hairstyling for all types of hair. You ask for one thing you are likely to get something else, and then you will be charged ridiculously high price for something you are not satisfied with.Wouldnt recommend this place and will not be returning in the future.

Bad service bad attitude and also racist the sons owner is stuck up and over charges for haircut you didnt ask or want. They contradict themselves in the times of opening and closingThey charge different prices every time. Slow workers rude and shows lack of people skills.

This people suck the manager is rude and fights with costumers hes always mad. If you dont want to work then why are you there !! And when i went to get my haircut i waited there for more than 1 hour one of the guys took about 30 minutes to finish a little kids side and the other guy went to wash the bathroom. Seriously this is the worst place ive been too bad service the employees with bad attitude.

Unprofessional. They say they close at 8pm and I went-in at 7pm and they said they were closed and not taking anymore customers . To top it off it wasn’t even packed and they couldn’t look me in the eyes and tell with respect . Not a good experience

My experience is not very bad so they dedicate themselves to cutting their hair if they do it in a bad mood😏 today I took my son to have his hair cut and he told me that if he did not let it he would lower it and would not cut it anymore🙄that sadness that a young man like this has such a bad character with children because he better not put a sign saying that his childrens hair is not cut so as not to have such a bad experience ..I WOULD RECOMMEND IT IF THAT YOUNG WOMAN WASNT THERE, HES THE MANAGER, I ALWAYS SUPPOSE OF BAD HUMOR😏

Employees charge double after 7:00 pm even though the client arrives 6:30 pm half an hour before the owner of the panchos barber shop

I have cut my hair with the three that are and the three cut super well they take their time in the cut of the person who is attending the work they do it super well and clean thats why the 5 stars.As feedback I would say that they must be on time and hire more staff.! To grow professionally.
