I have resided at Cross Creek Apartments for two years and absolutely love this place! Landscape is lush and well manicured. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and laundry facilities that are modern and always kept secure. Our apartment is spacious and up to date. Kathy Fox the manager has treated us like family and the maintenance here is prompt. As commuters, we love the easy freeway access. There is nothing comparable in this price range, way to go cross creek.

After reading the reviews I’m furious to know that I’m not the only one that was charged 6000.00 dollars over “Repairs and Cleaning”. I left that apartment spotless no stains in carpet no holes in the walls or scratches nothing at all was left dirty or damaged. Renters please beware Kathy Fox sent me and my husband to collections for 6000.00 dollars each making it a total of 12000.00 dollars. I have no complaints whatsoever about the apartments they are very nice and calm there are no roaches or bugs I would highly recommend them if it wasn’t for Katy Fox scamming people for thousands of dollars because they want to move out. Please beware of her she will be nice to you just to get you to sign the lease then after you sign she shows her true color and trust me this women is very evil and ruthless.

If I could rate this no stars I would first off Kathy is the main issue with this facility beyond poor management to start things off when I first lived here 5 years back Kathy had my car towed out of my own parking space due to maintenance That never occurred in my actual parking spot ! Now we fast forward to Friday July 5th 2019 came home at almost midnight and someone had parked in my spot so you’re supposed to call the after hours line when I did Kathy called me back and this is what I get I tell her my issue and then says well if it’s not a reserved parking space I can’t do anything about it till the morning I was like you can tow my own car out of my spot but you can’t tow someone who’s not supposed to be there at that point she hung up on me that B**** and so we fast forward to today I kindly asked her why she had hung up on me and she said I was rude well when you get home at midnight for 13 hour day at work and have to hunt someone down to park because there’s no parking yea a person might come off that way but I wasn’t rude to her it’s not like she parked there I was trying to get her help when she decided it was easier to hang up on me and go back to doing what ever it is she’s does she asked me to leave the office she called security and I thought she was gonna call the cops and I was like don’t you work here isn’t your job to help residents out ??? She just stared at me looking stupid like she normally does and says I don’t have to answer you..... don’t rent here until management has changed

Appliances Are old , Air conditioner does not keep up , Theres lack of parking space at night . To resolve that management started charging for uncovered parking $30. That does not resolve the problem. Just aggravate itIts like buying a car and at the last minute Rims and tires are extra in fine print.

Ive lived here a little under a year now, and the place has been great. Management is very friendly. If I ever need repairs, someone on the crew comes over right away or when I am away which is absolutely great. The property is well kept and I feel fortunate to have found such a clean place. There is central AC by the way, unlike most places in town. Earlier this year, my job had asked me to relocate, so I asked the management what I would need to do as far as the apartment, and there were no scams. They were forward about the charges and there was nothing out of the ordinary. However, I ended up staying in the apartment, and turning down the relocating position and the services here at Cross creek remained just as great. Ill post pics soon.

Everthing was rather good over the year my wife and I lived there. Didnt really have issues until move out time came. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and didnt use the 2nd bedroom at all. We dont have kids or pets. We didnt have much stuff because we knew we would be moving again soon anyways. Well we were just informed that they are keeping our $500 security and we owe $656 on top of that because it was $925 to repaint the entire place which is BS because the walls were still perfectly fine and we were told during the pre inspection that the walls and carpets were good. The the carpet shampoo and cleaning fee that you can never avoid when renting apartments.

Scam!!Always remodeling the Apartments what they need to do is Remodel Kathy Fox and Robin.Kathy and Robin are B*****! My husband once forgot his lunch on the patio and she gave a warning and told us we would get kicked out! All because of a tupperware left outside! She gave a 3 day notice to pay or quit on the 30th! I also had a patio rug out side and told me to put it away! WThell?! Called us days before rent was due called us!! called us at work!no joke she would leave notes EVERYDAY! and 3 day notice to clean my patio. lol Plus ended up owing $4,000 ??Karma. For Scamming Residents..

Do not rent here the managing system is terrible especially Kathy Fox!!!! she will be nice for you to rent here and then if you move out she will rip you off.She does not care about us. Very rude once you want to move out!!!

Absolutely awful. These people will charge you over 6,000.00 for repairs When you move out and sends to collections immediately. The maintenance guy is a total joke and completely useless to talk to none the less fix anything. If you move here you will be scammed. DONT DO IT

Kathy Fox(manager)-cross creek apartment,el norte parkway,escondido,CA is very hypocratic, uneducated, and far below leveled quality person. she discriminates a resident with her stupide securuty(John) and her old assistant grandma. I cant believe how she still stay at the property and the owner of the apartment must not be wise person. I feel very pity the current and previous victimized resident under such low qualified woman. Please do not lease the apartment if she still staying, you may be very regret and realize her atrocious behavior.
