Would highly recommend company. Had a very sick dog. Called another company who made a horrible mess. Your company arrived a week later and were miracle workers!

This company needs to keep a better eye on its employees. Employees are allowed to be in relationships and they will hire just about anybody, they say they do background checks and whatnot but I’m not too sure. Employees are not trained well and have free range of businesses where confidential paperwork is kept.

Cleaned the carpets in our home. They did a good job for a fair price. They were courteous and efficient.

We recently had our carpets shampooed by Bonded Services and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Two crew members had the entire house done in less then two hours and got stains out that have been there for years. The guys were very polite and helpful with all my questions. Unresponsive & Poor WorkmanshipI had water coming in the finished portion of my basement. Bonded Services came out and provided an estimate. The price was several thousand dollars, which was understandable for the amount of work needed, but the actual cost came in quite higher than the estimate. It took them several months to perform the work and it was difficult to keep them on task. After a year, we are experiencing the same problems. I have been trying to contact them for several months and they will not return my inquiries. Unfortunate but its why I am posting this review.

They showed up and didnt have spot remover for a stan the room smelt and they didnt come back. I will never use them again horrible job and bad business practice.

On time, friendly, did a quality job! Ill be asking for Jason and Warrens crew back again. Thank you guys!

We have used Bonded Services for over 20 years! They have always gone above and beyond. Great service, great staff.

Avoid doing business with this company! I called in and scheduled a service call. I then called back to ask a couple simple questions about the billing and to request to have some additional rooms in my house cleaned and the girl at front desk was extremely rude. She was annoyed that I called back in and did not want to deal with me or help me in any way. I immediately cancelled my order for service. Having someone as unprofessional as her dealing with customers is a big mistake. If you are looking for carpet cleaning there are plenty of better options.

This company gets shotty equipment, doesnt care about students at the school, letting a dangerous person, with a gun on school property. Drives to smoke weed, bulling and harrasment is overlooked. Favoritism and lies is part of a daily routine, at the job. Harassment is used to chase employees out, or to try to get them fired. The turn over is understandable, after exsperancing all of this myself. The school I went to, grow up at, is now cleaned by at least one of some of the worst people I ever came across. I should have got a PFA against her...There are a couple good employees, that clean and try to do a good job, and have values and work ethic. Management on the other hand is sad, anytime one person tries to come up with a solution, they are over ruled by a higher position that in the end doesnt fix a problem. They avoid bettering themselves or hearing others out. Unfortunately once again I am glad, I do not have a child in any of these schools, contracted by Bonded. They do NOT care about what really matters. Parents and teachers, staff and students need to know these facts. Keys are handed out, employees decide their own hrs, even if they do not have a second job as a schedule challenge, and without always clearing the boss. One person will be gone over a hr and come back and clock out at 4:30, as if she was there working all along. She brags she sleeps and acts like She has the boss in her pocket. She spreads nasty discusting rumors, and acts like She is in charge. She and her buddies lock people out, and rip Bonded off. I talked to the owners son, and he never really cared, and let this Bully stay... I do not know what she has on him, but in the end, Commodore Perry, has the unfair end of the deal, with their staff and students exposed to this unprofessional company. On your checks, they never put your wages. Who does that? Ive never exsperanced that before!! They wont fix the crappy time clock system... You have to call and call to get you 90 day raise, if at all... Communication and teamwork is a joke, unless you and a couple others do it on your own. They play favorites, and give some, way more work then others... I wanted to quit so many times, others too... Glad I have another company to work for. Bonded needs to take notes from them..., if they dont want to go under...
