I love working for this company! I have been there 2 1/2 years and it is one of the best jobs I have had. Yes you do start out at $8 an hr but if you put in the effort you get raises and they give you perks for going above and beyond.

Would not recommend. I know someone who works for the company, and they have described the work that they put into this company. If you enjoy $8/hr then this is the place for you, or if you want to hire a company that employs for $8/hr, just know that you get what you pay for.
