I recommended this company to my elderly father after utilizing them. They cancelled the first appointment and rescheduled. They were to arrive today at 1:00. My Dad never heard from them yesterday anticipating a confirmation of the appointment for today. They never called. Dad called them yesterday leaving a message confirming the appointment for today.No call! No show! No excuse! Extremely unprofessional business practices. They don’t deserve the one star! Do yourself a favor, choose another company!

SCAMMER! look at the related 1 star reviews before using this service. Everything seemed good, although he was an hour late for the appointment. He cleaned the 3 rooms in my new apartment. He estimated 3 hours until dry...what a joke, it took 12 hours! 2 days later when it was completely dry, I vaccumed the rooms and got FULL BUCKETS OF DIRT AND FUZZ! ! clearly the carpets had NOT BEEN CLEANED PROPERLY! I called Eric (its a one man business) and I was extremely kind, and calmly explained that the carpets were still filled with dirt. He agreed to do the job again and told me he would be there at 9am Tuesday. I got up earlier than usual and MOVED EVERYTHING only for Eric to NEVER SHOW UP! I have a bad back so it was a huge hassle to move all my furniture twice. I tried calling and left polite messages asking when he could come. HE BLOCKED MY NUMBER! I called 2 of his competitors who told me they were getting complaints about him all the time!! Now Im out $100 including the generous $17 tip I gave before I realized he had scammed me. Just goes to show, you should ALWAYS CHECK THE 1 STAR REVIEWS before hiring someone. UNBELIEVABLE!

Erik cleaned my carpets today and did an exceptional job, they look like new! I have 2 drooling dogs, a husband who is a contractor and a preteen with lots of friends that come in and out, I thought my only option was to buy new carpet. We had the carpets in a rental unit cleaned after tenants with several dogs moved out. Drum aster was able to get the smell out, latex paint, and yes worth of grime, dirt, and animal urine out. The look almost brand new and smell amazing.

Erik was very professional, yet easy to talk with. He was able to get slime and goo out of my sons rooms, and lighten red stains to barely noticable pale pink. The floors dried very quickly, and looked amazing when done. No funny smells or stale smells from drying. He worked around my kids and pets, without complaining they were in the way. Thank you Erik.

Dry Master was not only super flexible with my hectic schedule he had great communication through out. He showed up a few minutes early, was diligent to the task at hand but was also considerate of the short window and patient with the pop in guest and not so patient puppy. Do not use him! We have contacted the State Police after trying for 3 weeks to get a refund for charges he put on our credit card!Dont get me wrong, the carpet cleaning part of this was great! Its the business end we are not happy about. Yes, a refund was issued in the form of a check only after state police got involved. We shouldnt have to chase someone for money that is ours. Now we are being threatened with a lawsuit and stop payment on the check if we dont remove this comment!

Do not use drymaster of erie county!!! After getting carpets cleaned, months later our card was charged twice with over 600 in charges!!!! We tried getting the money back, was threaten with harassment. Part of the money was refunded, still waiting on the rest. They are now threatening us with slander and court. I dont want this to happen to anyone else!!!!
