Scam. Don’t go here. They prey on people who do not know any better.I recently was in the market for a new phone. I did my research before I left my house that day. I looked at the monthly cost of the phone I wanted on the official Verizon website. I decided to visit this retailer to purchase this phone.To my surprise, the $25 per month payment advertised on the Verizon site was $31 at this location. I questioned the man as to why this was the case. He told me he had no idea and that offers change all the time (it had been 30 minutes!). Serious alarm bells started ringing. At this point he started becoming hostile after I became hesitant to buy the phone.I ended up going to the official Verizon store and purchased this phone for the advertised price of $25 per month. They told me that it was $31 at the other retailer because that $6 extra was “their cut”.Be a smart consumer. Save yourself hundreds of dollars. Don’t but from this dishonest and predatory retailer. Yikes.

I walked into the mall with the intent of visiting Verizon in order to purchase a new phone for my husband an daughter. I ended up with 4 brand new phones for a fantastic deal....cheaper than what I would have paid for the 2 older phones I had planned on purchasing. They did their best to give me the best deal possible. They also helped me with an issue once I realized my daughters phone was cracked and wasnt going to be reimbursed in full.James and Deangelo provided me with top notch customer service and I will now only return to that Verizon location to handle any of my wireless needs!!! THANKS AGAIN!

Thank you so much to Dominic and DeAngelo for making my stop at the kiosk nothing but good! They provided excellent customer service and really helped me upgrade my phone while getting the best deal. They were nothing but patient as the mall’s bad internet made the job more difficult for them. The mall needs to upgrade their internet (which is completely not their fault). All in all I’m really happy I stopped where I did and would definitely recommend either of them.

Great service! Stopped by at the advice of my sister-in-law to see about changing our Verizon plan. Answered all our questions and all the staff were quite personable. Deangelo helped us out and would not hesitate to go back again for anything wireless.

Its a shame that the owners screw their staff members out of their last comission/ hourly pay checks for resigning. The owners are only out for themselves, they dont care if their employees and their families are taken care of. This place is a joke, do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store.
