We have been consistently impressed with the product, service and support from Velocity Network. They not only have the most reliable business fiber connection in Erie, but the local sales and support is beyond awesome. Like, a local tech on the phone on the *2nd ring* kind of awesome. It always amazes me the difference in the quality of customer service we receive when dealing with Velocity vs other service providers. For example, one evening well after business hours we were performing some maintenance and had our Velocity Voice connection disconnected (on purpose) for about 1 hour. Within 30 minutes, I got a call on my cell phone from a local Velocity technician who *knew my name*, just checking in to make sure everything was ok. Do you think Verizon or Spectrum is going to do that? Not a chance.

Weve been loyal customers for over 20 years. Great prices, awesome technical assistance, and we are very happy with the email and website hosting we get from Velocity.

They dont offer their services to the majority of Erie. If you want their service YOU have to go out and get people in your area to sign up. Do they give your a perk or a discount for doing what should be their work? Nope.

Top notch response time and very accommodating. We had a phone line question as to wether our lines are VOip or analog for a security system. Unlike the security company that wanted to charge me to unplug and plug in two phone lines, they offered their immediate assistance for anything that needed done on their end. I must add that this was on Thursday and I couldn’t be reached till Monday. They kept the case open and called me within 1 minute of me emailing them my cell number. Problem fixed.Thank you for caring velocity

The phone service is in need of some major help. I cant call forward, and i keep hearing excuses from Julie, I can redial unless I dial 1-then the area code. One time she told me that on there end it was just a check box that they clicked on and that I should be fine.Its been 2.5 weeks still nothing.

I will try and keep this brief, however there is so much to cover. My company recently upgraded 2 PCs in a critical department. As with any migration, there were some growing pains that were expertly navigated by field technicians Jeff Heisler & Holden. Throughout the process of dealing with antiquated third party firmware and hardware, Mr. Heisler was forced to make no less than half a dozen calls to one of our software providers. These calls were met with varying degrees of know how and/or competency on the software providers end of the line. Jeff was able to keep his cool and get us operational. There were a couple calls to that software company that I would not have been able to handle, thank god Jeff was. I hope that this review makes it to Mr. Adam Wagner and Mr. Brad Wiertell as these gentlemen, Jeff & Holden, are an absolute asset to Velocity and their compensation should reflect that. Thank you guys for everything!

I currently use velocity internet and phone service for my business. The internet is great however the phone service goes out frequently. Velocity usually gets it fixed within a couple of hours, however I am in a food service business and when the phones go out we cant take any orders. So if the phones are out for 2 hours thats two hours worth of orders we dont get.

Probably one of the worst companies to deal with in Erie, Pa for IT Services. The VP of Sales Chad is an absolute slime ball. You will be over charged and under served.You feel like they are always trying to hard sell you on something; then charge you 2-3 times the local going rate.We dealt with them for some server purchases and IT services a few years back.Chad is a sweet talker but is looking for nothing but to get your money and get out the door.Unorganized and unprofessional for such small town business.After some research later, this company is mentioned in them CAN SPAM Act and numerous lawsuits. Avoid.You just cant trust these guys to do the right thing at all.
