Had a great buying experience. Cory was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about models and trim packages. Finance department went above and beyond to secure the best loan conditions possible.

As auto dealerships go, clean and comfortable waiting area, wash vehicle at end of visit. Kind of baffled about $12.00 charge to install a new cabin air filter. If I had kept the old one, they removed to show me was dirty, it would have been re-installed as part of the Toyota Care service at no charge.

Initially buying my car was very pleasant, however after the fact not so much. When I brought my car in 2 days later for the autobutler protective coating that I paid extra for the dealership chipped the paint on the front hood and then ignored my call, message & email regarding it. When I called 3.5 months after purchasing the car to try to tow it in because it wouldnt start the service departments reply was when do you want to bring it in for your oil change then? LOL you can buy your car from here but certainly dont bother trying to get anything extra or service

Stopped by Toyota of Erie on Saturday to test drive a few different vehicles for my next lease. They were pretty busy, but they did a great job of helping me out quickly and getting me in a couple vehicles to test drive. Kevin Joslin was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He walked me through my lease prices, got me in a few vehicles so I could make the right informed decision, and was happy to help me in any way that he could. The entire Toyota of Erie team, Kevin Joslin especially made my boyfriend and I feel very comfortable during our visit. A lot of dealerships want to push you into a decision and get you into a car quickly and out the door without fully paying attention to your needs as a customer and I am happy to say that I did not feel that way when we were there. It was such a great experience. I just came home from getting a 5K mile maintenance on my 21’ Prius. My customer service rep was Brett, I can’t be more satisfied with the service the man has provided to me. He truly does care for the importance of their customers’ vehicles, he had come up to me while I was waiting and told me that it is best to also get a 10k oil change since the mileage is 8k, close to 10. I definitely would recommend Brett from Superior Toyota for your maintenance needs, he is definitely the type of guy you would want looking out for your car. 100% satisfaction.

I am so pleased with Toyota of Eries service on my 2012 hybrid camry. I needed an expensive repair to the car and Mark worked with me to diagnose the problem, cancel and reschedule the appointment several times while I decided what to do in a friendly manner, and stick to their word on the agreed upon price. No other shop could do this repair as it was involved a high voltage hybrid battery. Mark was willing to work with me to get a cheaper part, but it wasnt feasible in this case. Their whole team is friendly and first rate. Obviously you pay more at the dealer than some other places, but the quality and professionalism are excellent. Even the salesman I talked to Cory was terrific in considering options when I considered alternatives.

I was absolutely blown away with my experience with Toyota of Erie! After totaling my car I was completely stressed out at the thought of buying a new car.My brother Jimmy works in the body shop and set aside a handful of cars he knew Id like.I fell in love with the Rav 4 and Casey took over. Casey was a great salesman and walked me through the car until I was fully comfortable.The night I bought my car there was a strange noise in the brake, and the garage got me in right away and took amazing care of me.Overall I am very impressed with the staff at Toyota and would recommend them.

Horrible experience. There was a chip in windshield and they refused to replace it despite it being around the camera and a safety issue. They sent me my title in the mail with paperwork, but all the paperwork was someone else’s information and paperwork. Because of this, my check for the taxes on the car I purchased was not sent to me, but the first page of the packet they sent me said it was in there. I called to ask why there was no check in my packet, and I was told it was because my car was a lease. I had to inform them that it was not a lease, and they looked into it and realized that I bought the car. This makes me wonder where my paperwork with my information was sent, considering I got somebody else’s information on their leased vehicle. When I did get the check, I went to the title office to get the title work done only to find out that they didn’t charge me the right sales tax for my state, so I had to pay another 400 dollars I didn’t expect to pay out of pocket. Despite all this, I will give credit where it is due, and say that my sales person, Jeremy, was very helpful and kind. But my overall experience was one bad thing after the next, and I couldn’t catch a break from this dealer. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

After a couple visits to Toyota and going back and forth a little bit on the price of a used Toyota RAV4, my husband and I were ready to purchase the car. We went in on the day before Thanksgiving (with our 2 week old because we didn’t have a babysitter), intending to leave with the car and take it on our travels for the holiday. After 1.5 hours of some paperwork and discussions, we then found out that the dealer didn’t even have the title for the car. It was supposedly at one of the other dealers that Toyota of Erie is connected to. Because they didn’t have the title, we could not get the car that day, and so that 1.5 hours of our time was wasted. We told our car salesman, Brad, to keep us updated on the status of the title. It has now been 10 days and we have still not heard anything from him about this car. Considering that we had been to the dealer 3 times in order to look at and work on a deal for this car, and that we were getting ready to spend over $20,000 on it, it was extremely frustrating that the paperwork wasn’t in order for us to complete our purchase and that nobody has followed up with us. Even though we like Toyotas, we are now no longer considering a Toyota for our new car because of this negative experience.

I went in to have my tpms checked. It took them almost 2 hours to check each sensor. They came back and told me one needed replaced, totaling about $400 including the check, $120 just for the check. I headed to Dunn tire and it took them less than 10 minutes to check each sensor and they told me the one needed recalibrated, but not replaced. Dunn fixed it free of charge. First and last time at Toyota of Erie. 0/5.

Very slow service. Made an appt online for a quick oil change. Got there at 10am for my verified 10:15 appt. it took over 2 1/2 hours. No use having an appt as they will get to it when they get to it.

Have had nothing but good experiences here. Bought my car from Casey Doolittle, and I always have it serviced by Mike McConnell. Both guys are super personable, and good at their jobs. Highly recommend!

Great warranty service on my 2017 Tacoma. Didnt quibble over desired warranty fixes like some dealerships Ive been to. Staff was friendly, professional, and personable. Additionally, Im full-time RVing right now and the service manager was kind enough to let me stay overnight in my small travel trailer in his back parking lot so that I could make my appointment early the next morning. Will definitely go back.

The experience here has always been great, strongly due to Quinn. He started out as our mechanics and we would always request him to work on our cars, knowing we were in good hands. Now as an assistant service manager, we always request to schedule with his team knowing our problems will well take care of. He truly cares about his customers and their experience at Toyota.

All employees were very courteous and helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for me. I got a great deal on my vehicle. The owner was also very customer-oriented. I appreciate them washing the vehicle I purchased and filling the tank with gas before I drove it off the lot. I also liked that they offer a 24 hour period of time for their customers to use the vehicles and/or have it checked out by a different mechanic. The whole procedure showed that they are very honest and open with their customers.
