The sales & service department @ Hallman Hyundai are great! They do their very best to not keep you waiting & to get the job done fast. My last two cars I had the pleasure of working with Eric J in sales. Hes a really good guy, not pushy, knowledgeable and professional. I had a service done this week and he personally made sure I had a loaner car for the day. They have had my business for 20 years now. And their cars are VERY reliable. I had a vehicle I bought new there for 10 years without ANY issues (just normal wear on tires & brakes).-I cant recommend them highly enough!

I received my car back with more issues than it went in for!And the whole issue with the car in the first place was a factory recall that left me without my car for 5 weeks and Hyundai never even contacted me to tell me that this issue could happen! Granted they fixed it free of charge but gave it back with issues that were not there when I took it!I’ll never get another HyundaiAnd the sad part is I loved my car so much! This was the second time I took the vehicle for service with the same issues with two different diagnostics. I was told the vehicle would be looked at on Monday and called them Tuesday for an update. I was told they had not had a chance to look at it. They called Wednesday to inform me it was completed. I hope they fixed the correct issue this time.4/21 Back in again and had new factory alternator installed. I was told this will fix the ongoing electrical issues!!!!

All the bells and whistles with no bs!!! I bought my car at hyundai and have it serviced there. They have appointments convenient for any schedule and communicate the whole time your vehicle is there.

Customer service stinks. Although Justin is very nice to deal with. Don’t get your car inspected here. They say a couple hours. 6-7 hours later! Had brand new wiper blades on my car, they call and say that my wiper blades won’t pass inspection.... ok?!

I am generally very satisfied with the service at Hallman Hyundai. However, this last visit, not so much. I dropped off my 2017 Tuscon for Inspection and an oil change. I was assured that my vehicle would be returned to me at my place of employment no later than 2pm.At 1:56pm I called the dealership to see where my vehicle was. I was told they were trying to make arrangements to deliver it to me. I paid the bill over the phone and expected my vehicle to be returned to me shortly as the delearship is very close to my place of employment.At 2:19pm I called again. I was told someone was on there way. The driver arrived at 2:26pm. I walked out to greet him and get my keys and receipt.I feel if you are going to offer a service and promise a delivery time that you should stand by that promise.I am also very irritated that whoever drove my vehicle not only changed the radio station, which I had turned the radio off, but when I started my vehicle the volume was 3/4 of the way turned up!Sorry for the poor review, but I feel it is deserved in this situation.

The people and work done were excellent! In and out in 1 hour. My only concern is my car’s oil cap says “5W20” oil and Hallman put 5W30 oil in my Sonata . No big deal but owner’s manual says to use 5W20 oil for best performance and fuel mileage, so I will get another oil change next month to correct it.

My appt was at 7:30 am. they did not finish the job til 4:30 pm. i had rides to pick up my car but by the time they finished I had to call an uber. when I told them they did not offer to pick me up or bring my car it me.once again the work they did to the car was very good

We werent expecting to pick up a new lease on the day we went, but Hallman had the exact car we were looking for. They made the price competitive so we didnt haggle over the cost. Very happy with the result.

Jamie went over and above his job, in helping and determining that my job was a warranty job, and following the job through to the finish. Jamie stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Took my car in for an oil change and because it is louder than normal when starting (sucking more air and whistle) and the exhaust is stronger and louder than normal also. Told me they couldnt find anything wrong with it and didnt even do the correct oil change.

Got a 2020 Hyundai Elantra, best car I have ever driven! The staff here is truly amazing very honest and will give you the best deal they can. They give the best advice and find the best car for your budget and personal wants. I would recommend that every single person comes here to get a brand new Hyundai over any other dealership! Personell are friendly but would have been a better experience if my car could have available more quickly. Servicing was fast but wait time for sanitizing vehicleseemed excessive.

This is my second vehicle from hallmans and I had no complaints with my first car or my service, it was always great but with my second car with them the service is less then stellar ! I had a 7:30am appointment for my state inspection, the vehicle was returned to me at 3:30pm! Get in to drive it home I was told it had been sanitized it was clear it had not been .... and my tire pressure light was on and flashing for all 4 tires ! Needless to say i am not happy with hallmans right now !

Very good experience!! The people there were friendly and professional. My car was completed in much less time than expected. I noticed other customers had very good experience also. I work at a car dealership and Ive been Customer Relations Mgr at a couple, so I know what its like to have a good experience.

This place is so nice. You all better think about a Hyundai Sonata. I love this car and it drives so smoothe and it literally feels like your floating, the car is very roomy as well!! You cant beat this car, Im sorry. Thats just my opinion though. You should think about it. They have amazing deals and incentives off on those 2019 Sonatas but I dont know how long though, so go check them out. Between the Camry and the Sonata, the Sonata is better in my opinion. I can only imagine what there other cars are like. This was definitely a good buy.

I have always been treated very well by all the employees at Hallman Hyundai. Justin in the service department has gone over and above to make sure my car was scheduled for repair in concern for my safety. All of my experiences have been great wether it be just a simple oil change to a larger repair. I can’t thank them enough for the customer service they have provided me.

Very quick and pretty reasonable labor charge. Found a couple things along with the initial problem which needed repairing. Part prices for that were steep but I can’t fault them for that.

Fast friendly service!

Justin and Jim saved the day big time! I was driving home to Boston from Chicago and my check engine light came on and I lost power on 90. I limped it the 5 miles to Hallman Hyundai to hope they had time to get me in with no appointment. Thankfully Justin was able to squeeze me in right away and Jim one of the most knowledgeable master techs Ive spoken with fixed up my vehicle and had me driving back east bound with 2 hours. I am from Pittsburgh and was about to head home when my front passenger brake was smoking. I called the nearest Hyandia and explained my situation and I spoke with Tina who said we can fit you in if you are able to come now. Our apartment is only 4 miles away and we were on our way. Within 20-30 mins Tina returned and said it was the front caliber that needed replaced and they were in process of getting the part. We were so relieved and grateful that they were able to not only fit my car in to their busy schedule but to fix it also. Tina was wonderful and very understanding of our issue. Definitely will return!!
