Both my experiences with T & M have been top notch. They do not cut corners when servicing your vehicle. Very honest and dont beat around the bush about what your car needs. Ive had them do my brakes and replace a ball joint and both services were 100% done right.

Very good people, who clearly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. This is my first time using them, but it definitely wont be the last.The ABS pump on my Toyota RAV4 crapped out, and they were able to get my car in, get the part, and get it fixed all within a span of a couple of days. What I feared would be an extremely costly repair ended up being not all that bad $$$-wise.Mark, the mechanic, always took the time to talk things over with me regarding the car, and even followed up with me after business hours to keep me updated on the status of the repair, and to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. My 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage had squealing brake problems for 2 years. Last year, I got my car inspected at Monro with focus on fixing this issue. I got charged well over $700, the brake problem wasnt fixed, and when I called Monro about it persisting, they just told me they did their part and to take care of it myself.This year my wife recommended T&M to me for inspection because they gave her good prices + they have a cute dog hanging out in the front. They charged me around $450, my brakes havent made a noise since, AND they have a cute dog hanging out in the front.Just go here.

After being told by Toyota that my truck needed nearly $3000 worth of work I called T&M. Instead of just charging me less to get my business they actually quickly found that my service should be under warranty and sent me where I needed to go for proper service. My car needed repairs on the power steering pump as well as an oil change, tires rotated, and inspection. They also checked out my alignment for free since I noticed it was drifting to the right. Fixed everything within a day and at an extremely reasonable rate! Will definitely be bringing my car back here when it needs more repairs!

Mark and Tina and the rest of the crew have been taking care of my familys automobiles for decades. They go out of their way to help in emergencies. They teach and explain so customers better understand what their vehicle needs in order to keep it in better shape longer. On several occasions over the years we have experienced issues that could have resulted in a major repair. On these specific occasions, expensive parts were ordered but once they got things taken apart the issues didnt require the expensive parts. Instead of installing these parts and charging an arm and a leg, they completed the repair and charged us for the work that was actually completed. Their honesty in these situations has earned them our loyalty.

I take my vehicles there and have been satisfied for several years now. I feel as though I can trust them to do the right thing. They do have strong opinions about some repair parts/vehicles and at times can come across as grumpy. If I worked on broken cars all day I would probably form some opinions too. None the less, they care about there job and it shows in there work. T&M Automotive is serving a market that wants quality work but does not want to get worked over at the automotive dealers.

This place never provided me written estimates. They orally quoted me one price and then charged me some outrageous price after (simple) work is completed. Youre better off going to a dealership. This place will try to gouge you anyway possible.

Ive been taking my 1998 Camry here for years now and dont feel Ive ever been misled. Mark has always fixed my problems the first time around. He really knows Camrys well.As long as I own a Toyota (forever) Mark will be my mechanic!I have a work associate that has a 1999 Camry who has taken his elsewhere and never seems to get things fixed just right. I have a Scion, made by Toyota. the guy there used to work for Toyota. When I took my car to 3 different places trying to find out what was wrong THIS GUY was the only one who figured it out.

I have gone through many different mechanics in the area, last one being was the straw that broke this camels back. They claimed to fix something, charged me 250$ for it and sent me on my way. Problem came back within two days so I asked around and was referred to T&M, not only did they prove to me that no work was ever done but also that they broke something else and welded it together sloppily in the process. This was about 4 years ago and now we only take our cars to them, they have always been fair and efficient and work around your time. I will not go anywhere else as long as they are around

I had a Honda accord 99, what is was doing it wasnt changing gears when I was driving I took it to a few mechanics they were saying its the transmission some said its the fuel pump not going through right, but a friend recommended me to go to T&m and immediately fixed it drove my car with no problems, now I have another vehicle and I just dropped it off to get repair because I kno they will get it done correctly
