I found this garage after needing emergency service on my front end. Reviews were high and I can understand this now. I was helped graciously over the phone and upon dropping my vehicle off, was met with professionalism, a good sense of humor and all the details I’d need. In a short span of roughly 26 hrs, I was called back with what work my car needed done. Not only this, but they found excellent parts at an even better price.Work was completed swiftly and my Kia was back on the road. Highly recommended to anyone in the area who needs work done. I needed an inspection after another garage waited three weeks to triple its estimate on the necessary repairs they said I needed. Randazzos got me in within a day, and as it they said only one, inexpensive repair was actually necessary. I really appreciate them.

They charged way too much for a tiny microscopic pin hole in exhaust and failed the inspection and wanted to charge 120-150 to cut it off and replace it when I can get a whole new exhaust system for that price never going here again ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND🚫🚫

My college age son is 250 miles from home on a summer internship at the Erie International Airport when the brakes in his 1993 Camry suddenly failed. He is not mechanically inclined and I made the arrangements for him to limp the car to Randazzos using the emergency brake. The folks at Randazzos were able to examine and repair the car within a day. Vito and Carlo were more than happy to discuss and work through the repair with me over the phone and were understanding and accommodating. This was a situation where any repair shop could have taken advantage of my son or the difficult situation he was in. Randazzos deserves accolades for quickly performing the necessary work, at a fair price, and with compassion for the customer. If I lived in Erie, this would be my go to shop.

I wanna give Randazzos a huge shout out for taking such good care of my vechiel, they had to replace a rack and pinion for me and if you know anything about cars then you know thats not a easy job but they got the job done and Im a happy customer, I highly recommend Randazzos auto service!!!

I chose this place because of its high google ratings. When I called for pricing for an oil change I was surprised at how reasonable it was! They also seemed friendly and the location is very convenient for me. I ONLY wanted a synthetic oil change. When i picked up my car a short while later, I was shocked to hear my total. Without my permission, they changed my air filter because it was dirty and charged me $3 for washer fluid. I asked for an oil change and an oil change only, but they sneakily added on extra charges. They did NOT call and ask my permission to do these things and that is not OK! And the washer fluid...seriously? I have a jug at home, I can top that off myself for free. I will not be back nor will I recommended them.

I have taken care my vehicle to Randazzos several times for oil changes and a tire leak. Each time they have been able to get me in and out quickly and the prices are fair. If you have the availability to drop your car off they seem to prefer it.

We have been going here since we moved to Erie almost 7 years ago. Its true they will add things on without asking first. However, when it comes to serious auto maintenance concerns, they can diagnose problems others cant even find. And they will give you their honest opinion. I trust them 110%, really.

When they investigate a perceived problem, they are thorough... sometimes, the problem isnt what it seems or isnt even a real problem. Randazzos will give you a thorough analysis and present you with your options in a way that you can understand, allowing you to make the best decision for your situation. Honestly, when Carlo or any of the other employees are working with me, it feels like Im having a conversation with a sibling... One time, he called me back, after I made a decision, and told me I needed to re-think my strategy and, you know what? He was correct! These guys have my familys loyalty.

Took my car in for an inspection and my tire was about to fall off; they called me up couple hours later told me everything I needed for my inspection to pass and what they needed to work on the back rear passenger tire. Also gave me a time frame of when I could pick up my car. Great work and speedy service also a clean workshop, definitely recommend this garage to anyone who wants honest work.

Im from near Pittsburgh and went on a trip to Erie and had a problem on the way with brakes. I expected to be overcharged and taken advantage of, but they worked me in and had me out within 3 hours, and were more than fair and 100% honest about the work. I told them I suspected a caliper hanging up, but they found it was only the slides. They could have fixed what I thought was wrong and charged me more, but they did only what was necessary. I was given a ride to and from the place we were staying, and cant say enough good things about this shop.

Great customer service. The mechanics took the time to break everything down to dumby terms so that I could understand what was wrong. They also do fantastic work and help save you some money if they can. But if they tell me to go with something a little more expensive its always for a good reason. In short a very trustworthy shop.

Honest, quick service at a reasonable price! My only complaint was when I picked up the car, they had parked it out on the sidewalk (outside the tall fence with barbed wire on it!) and left the keys inside and the doors unlocked. That doesnt seem safe to me, especially in downtown.

I just got my car back after 9 weeks and I still have a list of repairs that I need to do to it. I opted to leave the easier stuff for inspection to my husband because I was afraid I wouldnt have gotten my car back this summer! I wont be going back or recommending them to anyone in the future.

Randazzos is a genuinely helpful garage in the Erie area. Another garage recommended I change my brake pads and turn my rotors. Within a half hour at Randazzos, the mechanic diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with my brakes. They saved me a ton of money and headache. Id go back to them for all future car troubles.

Recently, my wife was leaving out of town for Annapolis and we found a nail embedded in one of the tires. We called Randazzos and they said bring it in. We did that and they had the tire fixed immediately and at a very reasonable cost. This is just one example of many ways in which this family business takes care of its customers.

I Remember Back In 2012 They Help Me Get My Car Inspected And All The Issues Fixed. I Needed My Car For Work And In The Condition It Was A $420. I Called Them Up On I-90 As A Last Resort I Told Them I Was Broke And I Had $155. They Took $120 As They Noticed I Needed Gas And Let Me Make Payments On The Rest. I Would Highly Recommend Them, Now I Live In Pittsburgh And Their Still The Only People I Let Touch My Car!
