I am from out of town and they got me in and fixed up my AC very quickly! Friendly, funny employees, and they even transported me back home once dropping off my car. Clean place with great hospitality. They went above and beyond in order to meet my car needs:) Definitely recommend if you are having car troubles in Erie!

I absolutely love Hallman Chevy for their amazing service team, from the Service Manager, Gene F. Who is always so kind, knowledgeable, personable, and quick to help, to the customer service reps at the desk who are speedy, involved, and very quick to find any additional information out for you, to the mechanics who if they say they will get your cars oil changed that day, by God, they do! The car comes back cleaner and running better than when I took it in, which is better than anywhere else that I have ever taken, which includes Hyundai Dealerships and mechanics when I still had my warranty. I could not wait until my warranty was up so I could go across the street to Hallman Chevy for all of my service! I love it here and will never take my Sonata to anyone else!!! The BEST service I have ever received from any service and maintenance location, Hallman, or not!

Total chaos! You can’t make up your mind what side of the street my service is supposed to be on for one. I brought it in at 7:30am and it never got finished until 5:00pm. Unacceptable! You should have been up front with me on this. I even brought two vehicles because the last time I brought my Tahoe up I waited 1-1/2 hrs to get a loaner. This vehicle has had more recalls than any vehicle I have ever owned. I had my last vehicle, aToyota Sequoia, 3 years and never had a recall on it. The excuses that were given to me that day made me feel like it all was my fault. I will get my servicing on this vehicle elsewhere from now on. Thank you

Bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500HD here a couple months ago they were great to work with. All the little things I asked them to take care of on the truck were completed before I went to pick it up.

We meet with Ray Rood in Sales and discussed our 10 year old trade in. Went for a test drive in the new cherry red Chevy Silverado High Country. Ray walked us through all the new features and improvements over the last 11 model years. The truck is a little longer than our Avalanche. We really like the bucket seats and the ride of this truck. The people behind the counter know your name and your vehicles. The technicians servicing your vehicle are uniformed and certified. We always get top notch service.

I had traveled to Erie from Buffalo with my 2 kids. When I got there I realized I forgot my key FOB in Buffalo. I called this dealer and spoke to Mark in service. He got me towed to the dealership and programmed a new FOB for me so i could get back to Buffalo. He was amazing and it was done very quickly. Very happy with the service.

Horrific, catastrophic, unorganized, and unprofessional. Those are the words I can use to describe my experience today at this dealership. Buyers/leasers beware of who you converse with prior to going to see a vehicle. Have had great experiences with two other vehicles at Hallman prior to today, but the third time certainly was not a charm.

My engine reduced power while driving on I90, heading into Erie, PA. Thank God at that particular time I had very little traffic behind me. I was able to drive the car to Hallman Chevrolet maintaining a speed if 20-25mph - that was interesting to say the least! When I entered the dealership, I was promptly addressed with great customer service. My whole experience was positive.

Tons of options and price ranges on line but once we got there, there were no options, thry didnt seem like they wanted to help us, and the only vehicle in our range hadnt even been inspected and wouldnt be available until Monday. I thought this was a car dealership, apparently they arent in the business of making sales. Will not return, thanks for literally nothing

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first car! My sales person, Marty Fisher, was informational, professional, and quite lenient with my lack of punctuality. The entire process moved smoothly and swiftly because I had made it apparent I was pressed on time. We dealt with looking for car options and prices that worked best for me before I even stepped foot inside the dealership. Her kindness and positive attitude all factored in to making this the best first car experienced I couldve imagined! She answered all of my questions from either her knowledge or found the answer quickly if she didnt know. It was such a simple process all day. Within 2 weeks I had some problems, but under my warranty it was taken in and solved within 1 day! Marty made sure I had a car loaner to drive while they had my car, and she continues to personally check up on my cars performance. I am so grateful to have worked with Marty!

Got rear-ended , was pretty bad. the body shop are miracle workers , its my second time having them do body work for me and at the end you couldnt tell anything was even touched in an accident. they do a wonderful job highly recommended

Terrible! In the first day of having it check engine, esp, and abs lights all came on along with things being zip tied, a rust hole in the gas tank and the wipers only work if they are on full speed! I have only had this car for less than a month and there’s already so many issues.

Dave Hallman Chevrolet really help me out when everything on my car seemed to want to break at the same time. They were so considerate and understanding they really listened to what I had to say and explained everything they were going to do. Their work has left my car running like new. They also have very fair price. And gave me a very nice car to use until they were done with my car.

One of these had a warranty issue and Joe picked up the truck and delivered it back repaired in only two days. The crew at Hellman SAVED OUR BACON today with their thoughtful service and willingness to help! While driving through Erie on our way from Indianapolis to the Finger Lakes our loaded-to-the-max Tahoe all of a sudden had a slipping transmission. Ugh.Not only did Joel & the manager get us in right away, they even called a nearby car rental place to get us a vehicle that could handle all we had with us. They turned what could have been a disaster in to just a minor inconvenience.If you have the opportunity to do business with Hellman, do it!

The mechanics pointed out some work that needed done and Mark called me to inform me so I had them fix it since my car was already in the shop for a recall on oil consumption. The guys in the commercial service are great(especially Greg). Theyve always taken good care of any need I have. The woman in billing however is nasty and needs to take a chill pill. You would think she worked for the IRS. She has made me consider taking my business elsewhere several times, which would cost this place hundreds of thousands of dollars.

So on Friday I visited Hallman Chevy for an oil change. My truck was serviced timely, the dash seemed to be wiped, probably from sanitizer but was cleaned. Then to my surprise, my tires were all aired up to spec. Little things like that will keep me coming back! Thank you!

Great experience. Found the car on the Hallman website, talked to my bank a couple days later. Went to the dealership and met my sales associate. A couple hours later I traded my car in and was driving home in my new car. One service type issue still needs addressed after being looked at once already. It would help if I could drive the mechanic or sales rep and show them.

I called and said that I needed an oil change and need an appointment. I was told to come in and they would take care of me. Now mind you that I called on a Saturday at about 1100 am. They got me in right away and even did my tire rotation!

Its was a good experience good service and quality in workmens ship as well , the only thing that that was shocking to me was what they get pre hr for there service , it was a little much ....other than that it was ok

I dropped vehicle off at 8AM. They never even got to it. Why have people schedule an appointment and not even get to vehicle. It is at garage now and have no idea when it will ever get looked at.

Our salesman will went above and beyond getting the deal made also Holman was willing to come down on price where other dealers were set firm and would not negotiate all in all a very good experience and I would shop there again
