My girlfriends car went in 15 days ago for a bumper and fender that was it. The shop decided to add more parts including tires which isnt what it went in for. Each time one of us called in the would tell us the day it would be done. We would call on that day and they would change it to another day. They lie the service is horrible I would never use this place for car work. I would never send my car here. Worst shop I have ever dealt with they dont know how to treat customer. 100% unsatisfied with this place so is my girlfriend.

I have used this location for 25 years. They complete my oil changes and all of my other maintenance. They inspect any new vehicle I am purchasing (they have saved me from a few junkers in my history). All around a great place. They are NOT the cheapest and they do not pretend to be. They stand behind their work and for a car that should be much more important than price!

Schell Baroth Auto Center is the most reputable establishment I have ever run across. They are the most honest people in the auto repair industry. Others will lie to you about what has to be replaced and charge you for work not done. Its your money and your choice.

I seriously dont know how they have gotten such high reviews. All we have gotten is excuses and the run around as far as when our vehicle will be done. I do not recommend them at all. Maybe for a small job they are good but for a major repair they are very slow. So disappointed.

Have been going there for 22 years now. honest ,reliable, and prompt. i hate spending my hard earned money on car repairs! but it must be done at times. they are no cheaper or expensive than other places, but they are much busier! therefore, better. work done right first time everytime! also an excellent full service body shop and will deal with your insurance company for you. You’re receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly. She would snap if I asked a question and made it seem like she couldn’t get off the phone any faster. She told me to drop my car off on a Thursday but never told us a time. When we dropped the car off she snapped at me and said I was late even though she did not tell me a specific time, then refused to take my car in. She’s the problem with the place.

They mounted my snow tires and I have been going here for inspections repairs for over 15 years! Fair and trustworthy.

Thought I found a fair, competent and reputable auto service station. Just had tires installed today (at Flynns Tires) and was informed that the center caps on my durango had been broken and glued back on. Was also informed that 3 decorative lug nuts had been changed to regular nuts. The aluminum wheels are scratched and gouged As though beaten with a wrench.The only sevice previously done was by Shell and Baroth when they replaced the ball joints and front brakes. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this shop and am very disappointed. What happened that you would treat a valued customer like this ?
