By far one of the best and most honest mechanics you can go to. I use to go to Ken’s years ago when living in Erie, I moved away and came back after 10 years. I needed to have my wiper transmission fixed and car inspected. They did it at an incredibly fair price after Firestone quoted me a ridiculous amount. He also let me know of a few things that are covered under warranty still, allowing me to save money. Ken’s is easily the best place I’ve been to in Erie and several major cities I previously lived in.

Ken is my hero! Kindest person I have met. I was in a real predicament breaking down alone and 3 plus hours from home. He didnt have to help me since he was absolutely booked, but understanding my situation, he dropped everything and got me back on the road. He doesnt need the advertisement, he is busy enough, but if you need some one in the Erie area, this is your man for repairs. I was blessed to have made it to his garage.

Fantastic Service!!!! These guys truly are the best! Very personable, understanding and considerate! They asked me what I thought the problem was and were very polite when they said they will confirm before they buy any parts. Turns out, my vehicle only needed an adjustment. I was preparing for the worst and they made my day with a very minimal charge! I will definitely visit them again and recommend their service to everyone!
