I was skeptical of this Hertz location, as it was called Barrys Paint Shop, but our experience was fantastic. Amid the stress of our car being totaled during the holiday season, being unable to contact our insurance agent to finalize arrangements for a rental, and the other stresses involved with a vehicle accident, the staff at this location made our process so easy and even took it upon themselves to try and contact our elusive insurance agent to help get us in a vehicle right at the very end of their workday.We are so pleased, grateful, and will be return customers (hopefully without a car accident) in the future.

Nice place. Although no one had on masks

I will never rent from them again!! I was charged a $300 fee bcuz they said the car had a pet odor, yet there was never any pets in the car!! One of the worst experiences of my life!! Now I know how they got the name Hertz bcuz it Hurtz your wallet to rent a vehicle from them!

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Julie even saved my husbands cell phone! When we had to extend the rental for an additional week, we got great service and a terrific rate. We will definitely use Hertz again.

The counter person was super busy, but managed to accommodate everyone. The car was sweet, clean, and got great gas mileage. Pickup was easy and so was drop off.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Where do I start? I called to get all the information on what I would need to rent a car. Explained that I was on a time crunch. Once I get there explained that I would need other measures that was NOT explained on the phone. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE. AWFUL FALSE INFORMATION IS GIVEN. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND AGGRIVATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
