Barrys Paint shop repaired my Prius after a deer accident. Dealing with Rachel and Wendell made the whole process easier than i feared it would be.The work is first rate and they stand behind their repairs with a warranty. I definitely recommend them.

T...Everyone in the front office seems to be very friendly and customer focused. I had to reschedule my estimate appointment 2 times and they where very accommodating. I havent seen an estimate yet,my appointment was last Thursday...not sure if thats the normal turn around.Do be careful when you arrive, there are cars parked everywhere around the building making it a challenge to manuver and park..

Barry’s paint shop did an excellent job on my Ford escape after a collision in the snow. The vehicle looks like new and if I didn’t know it was repaired there would be no way to tell! I will definitely use them again in the future if I need auto bodywork, the vehicle came back a bit dustier inside than I expected, but overall it was an awesome experience and they are very professional to work with!

I had the pleasure of working with Barrys Paint Shop after I was involved in a crash with my truck. My insurance company arranged our rental car with them, and we decided to have the truck towed to their shop for repairs. Within two days we were given an estimated date for completion of the repairs. I made weekly visits to the shop. The estimator was very professional during my visit and kept me informed as to the status of the repair. The truck was completed as promised. I am very happy with my choice to patronize this business.

Barrys handled my no fault of mine accident paid for by the other drivers insurance company. Very polite, very thorough on the estimate, and very knowledgeable. Even able to rent the car right there. Convenient. The only issue was not the shops fault, as parts ordered were bad and had to be reordered(GM/Chevy) Time the had my car was doubled but if they hadnt been looking out for my safety, I may not have been here to rate them, as the part that was bad was a front strut. Very professional staff, service and they take pride in their work to do the best job possible. Ive had several repairs done from painting to simply cleaning interior after window was broken leaving glass all over the inside of car. This pic is my 2002 Cadillac and I wouldnt trust anyone to repair my car, except Barrys Paint Shop, the Cadillac of paint shops. Call them first and it will be the only call you will have to make, oh did I mention they work directly with my/your insurance companies saving me/you time and making sure your experience is the best and least stressful for you, I mean who likes dealing with insurance people who dont always have your best interest at heart. Insurance companies strive to save themselves money, where as Barrys Paint Shop strives to do great work and satisfy all of its customers needs and thats very important to me and I would hope to everyone looking to have repairs done on their cars/trucks, so just call Barrys and relax knowing you and your vehicle are in great hands.

Went for an estimate. Every person I came in contact was polite and courteous. I figured Id be there for at least a hour but in and out within 15 minutes. Always great customer service!

We took 2 of our vehicles to Barry’s for paint and ended up needing body work. One of there technicians ran the front end of our truck into a hitch then a couple weeks later Daryl was backing out of the wash bay and a Nissan delivery guy hit the back end of our 2016 Mazda CX3. Neither of those incidents were claimed on insurance, so now we have no help in getting them fixed properly. After a month of finding things unaligned, missing parts and lint or dirt in the paint we decided to bring the vehicles home , open claims and take them somewhere else to be fixed right. All being billed to Barry’s and a loaner car.They say their work is guaranteed, but if they can’t get it right how does the warranty stick? Daryl was in too much of a hurry to get our vehicles off his property to be bothered doing a satisfying job. Daryl being the manager and co-owner.We contacted our insurance company and the better business bureau so I stand assured that they will both be getting fixed right. They also told the insurance company that we were happy with the end product.Before you consider taking your vehicle to Barry’s paint shop, check out others.

This place did great I was on my way to sell my car and a lady hit the back of my 350Z I was so irritated but in less then a week Barrys paint shop had repainted my bumper and quaterpanal and it looked amazing 10/10 will recommend.

Had an unexpected run in with a deer. Car was towed to Barrys Paint Shop on Christmas eve. From the beginning, the staff at Barrys communicated with me on the actions taking place. Provided updates on everything from the Insurance estimators visit to the timing and costs. I am very pleased with the service, the communication and above all the work that was completed on my vehicle. My Nissan Rogue looks brand new, just as it did when I drove it off the lot. I would totally recommend Barrys Paint Shop for any work that you need to have completed.

Had my Jeep there for some minor fender repair/repaint.1. Got the work done, but when i received it... there were sanding swirls and imperfections in the paint. I showed them, and they agreed it needed to be fixed.2. They took the jeep back and called me when it was fixed. I came to pick it up, and it still looked bad. They came out and checked it out and agreed.3. They said they would try again, but would need to reschedule me and they would call me with an appointment. 1.5 weeks later, no call... so i called them. They acted like they didnt even remember me and scheduled me for 2 weeks later.4. Finally got the Jeep back and it finally looked good.5. When i picked up the Jeep, nobody came to look at it with me or explain what happened, nothing. Just gave me the keys and off I went. Not a huge deal... but just felt like poor customer service.All in all, here is my review. Their actual work and craftsmanship, i cannot recommend. It took them 3 tries to get it right. Their customer service, and explanation for the issues were lacking or even non-existent. The shining silver lining - at least they stood behind their poor work and kept trying until they made it right. They even gave me a complementary loaner car each time I brought mine back, which was the right thing to do.The inconvenience of coming back each time for bad work, and the lack of compassion/empathy regarding my hassle would make me not recommend them to anyone. In fact Ive already steered a couple people to other companies. I pay my insurance every month and shell out a deductible with hopes that the process is easier than this if something happens. However, it is nice to know you wont be left with a car until youre 100% satisfied. If you are ok with the chance of going back and forth a few times, then Barrys may be an ok place for you!

Went there for an estimate that took about 20 minutes. Then after State Farm FINALLY took responsibility for my damages they wanted to see my engine. They took my van back in the bay area and had it there for about 1 & a half hours....well my van was leaking and had 2 things come up on a computer that they obviously did something to my van. My van had no leaks UNTIL BARRYS looked at it!!! Now it leaks like crazy!!! And not from just one source!!! Very shady!!! I will NOT RETURN!!!

Took my car here to have some repairs done. Daryl Horst did an excellent job and was very nice and honest with me. Got my car back and it looks brand new. He even cleaned my car and put a shine on my tires. I would definitely recommend going to this place.

In August of 2016 I was involved in a very minor fender bender that left the radiator in my 2013 Fiat cracked. I chose to have my car taken to Barry’s Paint Shop as they were near my house and offered towing services. I waited for 2 weeks to hear from the shop and finally received a call that it was ready. I had my car back for less than 24 hours when it burst into flames and was destroyed. Fortunately, I was not in the car the time, but if I had been I doubt I would be here to write my story now. The car was consumed in a matter of minutes and the locks on the car malfunctioned because of the heat. I loved that car and was emotionally destroyed by this. After settling things with my insurance company I emailed the shop and requested they refund my deductible as I believe they are completely responsible for the loss of my car. However, I never received a response. If you care about your car do not take it to Barry’s Paint Shop. Clearly they are not well trained mechanics and they do not care about their customers.

I would highly recommend Barrys to anyone who needs repair work done to their car! My car was heavily damaged by the hail storm in May of 2014 and it looks brand new again! The staff if friendly and informative. I got status updates throughout my cars repair service. And to my surprise, it was completed ahead of schedule. I am very happy with service I received and would go back to them for any future issue. Thank you Barrys Paint Shop!!

Well it should be called domestic Barry paint shop.... if you want a quick fix go here.. if you want it back to normal go elsewhere..1st they tried to rush fix...bumper trim hanging... had to redo front end.. then told them about wheel and they gave me truck back with crack in wheel not safe to drive and no heat...place is a joke ...not quality work...

I asked them to check a ding on my car to make sure there wasnt any structural issue. They kindly checked and didnt charge me anything.

I scraped the side of my car and was happy when two or three close friends recommended Barry’s as a great place for body/paint work. After about five days in the shop, we got our car back and upon inspection at home there were paint bubbles from the paint dripping/drying. We took it back and they had us bring it in a few weeks later to fix their work. Upon picking up our car a second time and upon inspection of the same place, the paint bubbles were gone but there was now clearly a new scratch/area they had damaged in the process. Rather than disclosing it to us, they had simply tried to patch it up! Didn’t even do the nice thing and buff it out/paint it or disclose it to us (so much for the golden rule they advertise on their website). They offered to have us bring it in for a THIRD time to fix their damage, but at that point, are we really to expect that they will do it right??

They always treated me good. One time when I totaled my car, they gave me a ride to Blaise Alexander to pick up my new car.

They get 1star for the bodywork. But I definitely wouldnt recommend taking your car there . My car was in a minor collision that just needed majority body work. Drop it off 22nd of March and they was done April 11th. What also took me back for suprise is their estimate was much higher than the dealership. State Farm recommend them so I really thought I would be fine. They will max out what your insurance offer . Than come to you with non accident related issues! My car had no mechanical issues with it nor none of my indicators lights were on when dropped off. Pick my car up drove a short distance all my indicators lights came on. Called them Daryl said bring it back,after having for a short while. They determine dirt in the oil with other cocka bull pieces needed. Mind you prior to the accident I just top oil change and all debris cleaned out. My car was driving fine mechanically. Charge me an outrageous price for them to find the problem they created. I wish I wouldve did more research upon going with them . Wish I took my car to a more reliable, honest and knowledgeable mechanics body shop. So if you dont want more issues with your car dont take it there!! So irritated 😡

Terrible quality of work

Was sent here by my insurance company. Communications from this location were very poor. Was scheduled for an appointment with them a month in advance. When I got there they had no record of that appointment. Overall I was just not impressed with the way they handle my claim

I had my door replaced back in 2008 after an accident in an ice storm. Recently I noticed the molding on the door was changing color and the alignment on the door was a little off. This past Friday I took my car over and expressed my concern and asked what they could do since I was informed I had a lifetime warranty. They took a look and agreed they would fix the alignment of the door and repaint the molding- they scheduled me for Monday morning so I dropped my car off Sunday night. Today (Tuesday) I picked it up and I am ecstatic with the results! The molding looks amazing, the door is realigned and they even cleaned my car and put tire shine on my tires!!! Thank you Barrys for going above and beyond! I will be referring you to anyone in need of a repair shop!!!

Vehicle was there from April 6 till April 17th. A turkey hit my vehicle so fender, hood, light and bumper need repaired or replaced. Paid deductible and got my key and let them know I would be back for the vehicle later in the evening. No one at any time went over my car with me or the repairs that were done. Nothing lines ups and is completely off. Paid extra for them to fix the chips on my bumper that were not part of initial repair and are still there. Not happy with all the bubbles and dirty in the paint either. Plus moldings were damaged, blending is horrible and over spray on windows. They washed the vehicle however still dirt streaks on car and so type of compound all over it. Very dissatisfied and will never recommend or do business here again. Waste of my money to have them fix something and they do a horrible job. Should have never had them refinish whole bumper and it still looks like crap. Dont go here.

At first I was skeptical about them when my Insurance company suggested Barrys, but it seems that I was wrong, the repairs are done good. There were some communication gaps owing to the Holiday time but overall it was GREAT!

I had them paint a hatch and pull a 1/4 panel dent. Very disappointed in what i got back. Went to pick it up and strike 1 color did not match, strike 2 there was so much dirt around the window seal and strike 3. When I got the est. they told me they were going o have a dent pulled by there pdr guy for a lower price. If he cant do it they would have to blend the 1/4 panel for a higher price. Well the pdr guy was able to pull the dent but still got charged to paint the 1/4. Never again, Nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Quick repair and the repair looked as though nothing was broken before.

This review is based on an improperly performed estimate and poor vinyl installation. I received a quote over the phone to have pinstripes installed on the sides of my car as well as a 4 stripe to run over my hood/roof/trunk. I was quoted $50.00. I was told this would take 1- 1-1/2 hrs to complete. My appt. was for 8:30 and I arrived at 8:15. Around 9, I went over the installation with the tech. *(I just came off a 12hr shift and usually Im in bed by 10am.) Within minutes of the front desk girl going over my estimate which she said we quoted you $50 dollars, correct and I said yes. A tiny man with an attitude came out and said you never told me about the 4 stripe when I spoke to you The I told him I never spoke to you, I spoke to a girl who said please hold a moment and I will get you a price. He later admitted I did not speak with him. He told me it would be at least $150.00 and take 3 hours. I told him I could not afford that price, so we agreed on $100.00. The complete job took until 11:45 at which I was half asleep. I paid the agreed price and went home to sleep. When I came out to my car around 5:30 pm my neighbor said I think you messed up the trunk stripe on your car. It was very obvious it was not lining up with the roof stripe. Then I looked at the door pin striping and the ends were poking out like feelers in 6 places. I called the shop the next day (friday morning) and asked to have this fixed and they said come in for an estimate on Tuesday. Estimate ???what??. so I asked if I could just stop by anytime to have someone at least look at it and they would see the obvious problem (embarrassing) and maybe I could at least remove the trunk vinyl myself until I could bring it back to get it fixed. She said OK. I showed up around noon and the same tiny man came out with some measuring tools. He would not admit the trunk vinyl was skewed from the roof vinyl. He then said, :I should have refused to take this job, I should have charged you $250.00. He also said your roof has a curve in it really, I thought to myself its not a box, duh, its a 2015 Elantra with 10k miles. I said to him you gave the quote you should stick by it. Its not my fault you didnt quote this properly. I already paid twice of what I was quoted and now this tiny man is trying to make me feel like I am at fault and how he is loosing money. This man was very unreasonable, ignorant and never admitted fault. I have taken my car to 3 professional vinyl graphics companies and they have taken pictures and written reviews stating that the trunk portion vinyl is visibly and measurably off. They also stated that the company who installed this should take ownership of this as well as the stripes on the sides of the car and fix it for free. I will eventually get this fixed by a professional when I have time. Barrys Paint Shop and the tiny man I hope I shall never see...EVER.

My father had used this garage due to insurance purposes and lets just say they are CRAP. Over priced and charged for everything their auto body mechanics suck after a year where his truck was hit and repaired by them. It started to rust and paint was cracking and flaking so we returned it to them and there front desk secetary Wendall or Waldo told me they werent the body shop that fixed the truck. I told him to check there system and sure enough there it was saying his truck was repaired by there shop. Idiot ! Since it was under there warranty they fixed it again an when we received the truck back there was dust all over the interior of his new truck and grease stains plus scratches. I felt personally like they rushed through the fix. If you dont take care of your customers how are you going to get repeating customers. Thats why most of there work go through insurance and not walk ins thats the only way they have work. I will never take any of my vehicles there and trust me Im not one to complain but when I do be sure that its the truth and not someone just bit - - ing. I gave them a one star just cause they stood by there warranty !

Maybe Id know about their service if I had been able to take my car there...I went in for an estimate on a Saturday and was told by Barry that if I called Monday to bring my car in it would be done in 2 weeks. I call Monday to be told they couldnt guarantee it would be done in 2 wks, but it would be done within 3 weeks. I was going out of town so told them I would call back. I call back Wednesday, figuring Id have a family member come pick up the car, and was told they wouldnt take it until 8 weeks from now. Needless to say at this point I am going elsewhere...

They are ok. The used parts they rebuilt my AR with are really rusted there were some new creaks and rattles afterwards however they were always ready to take a second look at it and always had a loner that I could borrow.
