My wife and I had to use this company after we were in a car accident. While we had been able to drive our car home, it was unable to be driven to the collision center the insurance requested, so insurance sent this company out. They showed up with a flat bed for a 2011 Chevy HHR, the driver took his own photos of what my car looked like before he began to tow my car, did not have me sign any damage waiver and then while trying to pull my car out of the parking lot and onto his truck in the alley, proceeded to completely total my car. I am including photos of the damage from the original accident and photos of the damage that the tow driver did to my vehicle. My insurance company and the 3rd party dispatch company that hired this company are both investigating why the driver never reported the accident. The two photos with quarter panel damage are what this company did to my car. The other two were from the original accident.

They are great! I needed a tow in the middle of a snowstorm and they showed in a short period and took good care of my car. Put it in the driveway like I parked it there!! Very professional. They will be my go to tow company. Hope they work with Triple A!

I highly recommend not using them. They bent my tie rods and claimed they didnt do it. Cost me $600 on top of the $125 tow.Dont trust your vehicle with people that arent trained, dont care about your vehicle, and wont own up to the damage they do.

I havent used 1st Priority towing but know that I will be in great caring hands when I do.
