Be sure when you talk to a rep, that they confirm they have notes and a ticket #. Spent an hour and a half with them making sure a 2nd account that we were not aware of with company takeover, was put on hold and that we could get the payment made. Fast forward a week and account went to collections. I call to see why and they show no records of phone call or notes there fore they cannot help me in any way. I asked for the recorded phone call so they can hear the conversation and ironically the place with recorded phone calls is closed. I got a good laugh though when the phone call was ended with rep saying it has been a pleasure helping you today, is there anything else I can help you with.

NEVER AGAIN. After being a business customer for seven years, they posted a junk charge to the account for equipment after the business relocated and closed our account. The equipment was TV equipment. We were an internet-only company, never had any TV equipment or televisions from the beginning. Customer service wouldnt help. It is not worth disputing the $62 charge -- my time is more valuable. But I am cancelling my home service and for business will use CenturyLink Metro Ethernet instead.

What a joke! Transferring a phone line to a new location under a different Comcast account seems to require many man hours and technical support. :( We were a client of comacast for 10+ years!!! After 4 months of waiting for a credit which 5 different reps said was in process on our account, they ended up sending it to collections! Then they said dont pay that we will get it figured out. Didnt happen. What a joke of a company. Support is terrible and the service is horrible. If you ever have an issue plan on waiting on hold for hours or speaking to 5 different people. Always going in circles. Many other options our there. I would highly suggest going somewhere else for your business phone lines and internet. What a disappointment!!!

I was ghosted by several agents on chat. I was disconnected from phone calls by 2 agents. I did not receive a free promotion I was offered after hours of trying to get my account sorted. It seems customer service is set up to be a trap or dead end. Why is it so difficult to get the service one is asking for without spending loads of frustrating time? The agents I spoke and chatted with were kind, but ultimately ghosted me. I have hearing issues, so phone calls are challenging, yet I had no choice but to talk on the phone due to chat being completely unresponsive. Hanging up on customers is very, very bad business.

0 Stars!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - EVER!Our company reported, two weeks ago, that the cable going into our building appears to have been hit by a truck and that it was dangling. We started to have intermittent connections issues since then. We have reported this issue for the last 7-10 days with absolutely no resolution. After the recent snow storm, we were told that is was weather related. The weather was fine when we first reported the issue. Service has been up and down all week. Despite getting notified all was well.. NOT. If have choice to use another internet/phone provider - go with them. DO NOT USE Comcast! I repeat DO NOT USE COMCAST!

Impossible to speak with a real person. After hours of trying finally getting through to someone in another country who asks the same questions you’ve just spent the last two hours answering. Awful WiFi, constantly going out and glitching. Super slow speeds even on the best plan. Ridiculously expensive for trash. Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of paying.

Really frustrated at how difficult it is to get someone live. Need to say operator about 65 times and wait about 8 minutes before get a live person.Service is 3x more expensive as my home comcast and much slower.I guess they feel the can screw over small business owners easier.

Disappointed in the team that Comcast assigned to get our new phones up and going in my place of business. I was always taught to leave things better than you found them... my office was a disaster walking into it the day after. None of the furniture was moved back into its place from being moved to reach certain outlets and there was trash and boxes from the new phones left for me to clean up.

Offers a good price. The techs are friendly and helpful. However, watch out for service charges. Recently my monthly bill had an extra $70 fee for a quick tech visit. I dont mind being charged when its clear and outright from the beginning, but thats not the case here. There was no mention of being charged for the service call....at all. The catch was that I use my own router. The tech couldnt find anything wrong with my set up, so he said I just needed to reset my router more often. And because it wasnt their equipment, they charged me for their time. I save $15/mo or something like that using my own router. So I guess they got even.

I wish I could recommend. I was very excited about all the products they offer. But after signing a contract they changed the price several times and installation was set back several months additionally. When Ive reached out again for info to re-visit they say they will send me the info within the hour, but over 24 hours later still no response. I really wish there were more options for service in our area. Pretty tragic that such a large and powerful company can be run so poorly with such sad customer service. I would highly recommend seeking out another provider and hope that you wont have to settle on Comcast.

I never thought I would give a communication network a 5 star review based on all of my previous experiences. But this last Saturday 1/18/2020 a technician came to my office to reset my phones so they would roll over from the primary number to each additional line if one was busy. He not only fixed that, he then took the time to determine which two lines were for my fire alarm system. He spliced some wires and reconnected it. It now is working!. He then said he needed to run out, purchase an second battery backup in case the power went out, then came back and installed it. I would say he went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. I dont know his name but Thank You very much. I hope Comcast sees this review and finds a way to reward you.Jason Kutz, DVMElk Meadow Vet

This isnt exactly a destination location unless you work here. If you dont work here, you might consider it. This is a great company to work for! They really know how to take care of their employees... You get lots of free be stuff and great benefits! They even believe in training their employees and preparing you to be able to do your job. The positions arent always glamorous, but they pay you pretty decent to do your job.

Honestly this is the best place I have ever worked. good pay, good benefits, and good people. 12 weeks paid paternity leave, quarterly bonuses, almost 5 weeks paid vacation, basically free internet/tv, 15% off stocks at the lowest point of the quarter, and 100% of up to 6% matching 401k. it is easy to work your way up too, if you put the work in. so so many more benefits than I have listed here - including day 1 benefits.

Im a little confused looking at my bill..... the bill hadn’t changed in months. I purchase the sports bundle every year, and enjoy watching the nuggets and Avs and the local teams.... However this year Comcast doesn’t have any sports to watch.... why hasn’t my bill been reduced since? This is a corrupt business, and I recommend no one go through the hassle with these people. Your bill will continue to go up and yet the service seems to be worse..... if I could stand in front of the ceo I would love to give him a piece of my mind..... this business is the corruption of America.. Also look at these reviews.. why are there only 1 Star and 5 stars. Doesn’t make sense that no one was just satisfied? All the 5 star reviews are automated reviews

Signed up for a 30 day trial. Internet stopped working. Called twice to finally get help. Wanted to switch to residential service and they said I would have to pay $3000 for early termination. Don’t use these guys!!!Especially if you are a small business!!

We have gone 10 days without our business phone due to a porting issue within Comcast. Every call results in a 24-48 hour resolution that never occurs. Finally today, I hope, we got half of our service back up. They promise tomorrow, for qadditional money, they will get us all back up.

Major problems with a simple move to a new location just a few miles away. Set up the switch in the evening to avoid loss of service during work hours. Been down now for over 16-hours and being told possibly could be running by the end of the day.Update: Well running by the end of the day didnt work out so well for us. Before the end of day 2 they decided that they would need a tech on site. It was too late to get a tech that day, but first thing tomorrow. I arrived early so I wouldnt miss him. A couple of hours later, still no tech. I email the project manager and get a response that he is scheduled between 9 and 11. Im glad our project was escalated or I be waiting a while.... 11 oclock pass. 11:16. I send another email to project manager. 11:58 finally a response. Oh it looks like your window will be 3 to 5. What! Two full days with no phones. A service company cant survive without phones. So I called the trunk line support number. Phones were running within 20-minutes. Really, I was waiting for a service tech for a day and it wasnt necessary!I cant even determine what this cost our company, but the frustration and aggravation should be worth something. Turns out that Comcast turned off our old address account but nobody had put in the order for setting up the equipment on the new account. I had signed the contract to move everything to our new location. Silly me. I thought moving our service meant moving everything necessary to be able to use that service. Guess Ill know better next time.

Our phones have been down too many times to count. It wouldnt bother me as much if it was my residence but its not. Unfortunately it is our business! A pizzeria that depends on Comcast in order to accept take out and delivery phone calls. Here we are again, about to open and boom NO PHONE SERVICE!!! Im on hold again. We switched to Comcast thinking we would save money not to be losing it!

CenturyLink has recently connected fiber in our office building and made us an attractive offer to upgrade my speeds in a significant way for the same we currently pay Comcast for Business. I called Comcast and got Loyalty. They offered to cut my current price by about 25% and increase by speed by almost three times. Also offered $150 credit on my bill because they felt like I was overpaying for a couple of year. Good deal. I will take it. Transferred me to installation and arranged for the install of a new, upgraded modem (needed for higher speeds). Tech was on time and got it done quickly. But alas, same speed as I had before. Tech said I had to call telephone tech support. I did and got loyalty again because they didnt have an order to increase my speed. They said that while it was in the notes that I had been offered the lower price for higher speeds they could not honor it. That deal was a different region of the country, not Colorado. That they gave me a $150 credit for their mistake. I said no, the credit was for other reasons and that they had to honor the price . That since it was in her notes was proof I was not making this up. No she said, she could double my speed at my old price. No I said, I want to speak to your manager. No manager available, we are all trained to act as managers. If I want the price quoted I could move my business to New York! Trying to keep my cool I insisted on speaking to a manager. All of sudden, she said my call had static and I got the impression she was ready to hang up on me. I spoke louder and she stayed with me. Insisting on speaking to a higher authority she finally told me it would be up to 72 business hours before I might get a call back. Well, its now 72 business hours and still no call back. I learned during the conversation that I am under contract for another 18 months. Should I break it, pay off the contract or just swallow the injustice of all this? Macari-Healey Publishing Company. If we could give it zero reviews we would, not only do we hate the service as well as the customer service we get for paying so much for business internet that goes out more then the home version that I pay a fraction of, so do our customers! I have been at the shop for under an hour and we have the internet go out 4 times, this triggers the fire panel as it is tied to the phone/internet and the alarm goes off, EVERY TIME.I have had a phone call a day for a week straight, multiple techs come out and they all tell me there is nothing they can do, this is the worst internet I have ever had.If you want to have your business disrupted multiple times a day, countless hours of wasted time on the phone with people who dont care sign up for Comcast Business!!!THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

Had phones go down in the middle of dinner rush at pizza shop on a Friday night. Has happened twice. Customer service is no help and tells you to call someone else and blah blah blah. Also, I have been overcharged repeatedly and cannot access my bill online after signing up for paperless billing. Another phone call and system is down so I have to call back. Meanwhile they keep charging me. I am only writing review because there is no one to verbally complain to.

Horrible service, My phones went down and I cant even talk to a rep.They dont care if you cant do business. If you could talk to someone at least we could forward our phone #s to a different phone. They just dont care about their customers.They just have a recording telling me that my phones will be fixed by 2:30and I am supposed to trust them on that one too.Worst service ever.

Worst Provider EVER! I have never dealt with a more incompetent provider. Thought we would do better with a single provider that could bundle all services (Internet,TV, Phone). We have had multiple billing issues due to channels being added without our consent. The price changes every month on our bill. Service was even shut off on a Friday night because they lost our certificate of occupancy even though we sent it MULTIPLE times.They installed security at one of our sites with no consent. Ive requested call records of transactions that have never been provided. Now we are locked into a multi-year contract that we cant get out of. Youve been warned!

Trying to get a hold of Ebenezer Norman who works at 9601 Panaroma cir Englewood co. This man bought a car from me and didnt have all his down payment money good the day of. We told him no problem just pay us when you have it. Well Ebenezer Norman since then has changed his Email and personal #. So we cant get a hold of him. It gets better this guy even changed banks so we couldnt collect the rest of down payment money like we agreed. What a real winner you have on your team. I have even called and spoke with him on his job # he keeps saying ill call you back or he just hangs up the phone. so if you work or know this man, please ask him to pay us the rest of our down payment money, we know he likes his new car, because hes sure going to work every day.

If your business depends on functioning internet in order to run...DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH COMCAST BUSINESS!!!!! I have never had so many outages with an internet provider in my life. Up to 4 times a month and since we moved to them, I dont think our business has gone an entire month without there being some sort of uplanned outage. Totally unreliable internet service. Use someone else.
