This was one of the worst experiences that Ive ever had in a healthcare facility. I had to take a drug test for a job Im applying for. I arrived at this location at 10:05 am on Wednesday, October 21st. I checked in on the registration kiosk. There were approximately 10 people in the waiting room. At 1045, I asked the woman behind the desk if there was something I needed to do as people arriving after me, were being called. She said no. At 11:20, everyone had been seen & more coming were called & seen. I asked the woman doing the urine tests why wasnt I being seen? I told her I had been there before everyone else and I was having trouble holding urinating. She saidthe more you argue, the longer its going to take.shocking! Then, she stated on my paperwork that I had taken my belongings into the restroom after be6told not to. Flat out dishonest, rude, and unprofessional. I left in tears. At 12:30 when no one else was left in waiting room, she called me back. Im still in shock by this horrible experience.

HORRIBLE experience. Adriana refused to do a routine drug test and would not let me speak with a supervisor. NONE of the phone numbers work. You literally cannot contact this business. Their online appointment making doesn’t work, and when you show up, they tell you that your ten seconds late for their mystery last appointment. Waiting to hear back from one of the many voicemails I left. Unbelievable.

Always slow. Never enough staff. Very poorly run company from a customer experience standpoint.

Just make an appointment and youre seen at that time, walk in, you might have trouble

Super unprofessional and dont trust their website they arnt open in an even remotely similar time schedule, 100% should lay off the frount desk staff and find people who actully value their job, cannot recommend going anywhere else enough

Came in for an employment drug test. Only two ppl ahead of me. I came in at 1015. Its almost 1100. No one has been called. I see random ppl walking in the back. Inefficient and time consuming. I hate coming here.

Why closed during lunch? Alternate. 12:30p-1:30p? Random time... everyone knows lunch is 12 to 1At the hospital we get 30 minute lunches...that would work better. Chairs by the door or the elevator would be helpful. Im on crutches outside the locked door for 33 minutes

The receptionist during my visit had her mask down around her chin. Both her mouth and nose were exposed. As a type one diabetic, and therefore at high risk of death if infected with covid 19, this was very upsetting. Employees not masking properly is unacceptable ANYWHERE, but in a medical office which deals with high risk individuals at a much higher rate, it is absolutely unsafe and unprofessional.

The woman at the front desk was incredibly condescending and degrading. I was an incredibly uncomfortable experience all around, as I felt judged the entire process. Dont know if other locations have the same atmosphere, but I will never return to this location.

Dont park in 30 minutes parking use the over night parking. Try quest diagnostics they are far superior.

Easily made an appointment on the website. Showed up 2 minutes before my time and was walking out of the office - minus several vials of blood - 3 minutes after the time. Staff was pleasant, helpful and professional - no damage to skin. Would recommend them highly.

I sat for 20 min without anyone showing up and then they told me they did not have the kits for testing available.

Incompetent and More. They mishandled an urgent test sample, requiring an octogenarian to wait over a weekend and return FOUR DAYS LATER. For an URGENT test. No alternative offered. They dont answer their phones at their labs. Their 800 customer service line does not answer their phones either. If you wait long enough, it hangs up on you. If your doctor refers you to LabCorp, you should refuse and get referred to a better service provider. Tell your doctor NO to LabCorp.

This office is excellent. They are kind and quick. I had to do a 4 hour blood draw with them and my experience was fantastic.

Very nice! I love how they just treat every patient with such respect. They have great service and it was my first time here.

Woman at the front desk was apologetic enough... but I showed up at 7:20 so that I could knock out a drug test and still get work at an almost normal time. After sitting here for another 30 minutes I’m informed that the one person that can do drug screenings doesn’t get here until 8:30. Seriously, when one of your primary functions as a business can’t even be completed... what a joke. Props to the woman at the front desk for maintaining sanity in this environment.I’ve now waited over an hour and a half to per in a cup. This is ridiculous. Avoid this place if you can.

Thankful for the lady who was patient and answered my question in the beginning. The other older lady in the white coat was a bit rude.Was scheduled at 11:45 and had to sort out complications on the phone then the door was shut and they didn’t let me back in. Thank God I had my stuff with me.Call ahead of time if you have questions. They weren’t so willing to answer.

The actual process is speedy once you get to the clinic and everyone was nice. However, parking is miserable and I drove around for 20 minutes just looking for a spot. Definitely get there early

Super slow! I showed up 10 minutes early prior to my appointment and it’s taking me an hour for them to call my name for drug testing!

Currently sitting in the waiting room and have been for an hour and fifteen minutes. I was here at 125 and in line before they opened. There were 4 people on the list ahead of me. All this to take a drug test. Someone needs to help them with their office management.

Every time I have come here for simple blood draw , there has been some sort of problem. The front desk girls are ignorant SNOT faces. I waited over an hour and asked twice if my orders were in. The girl that checked forgot my name and ignored me until it wasnt possible for me to be seen. I am so disappointed. So unproffesional.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff

My guess is that they’ve moved the whole Building to Building 601! Which yes is by the hospital. Once I’m Building 601 Go up to the 3rd level Floor, take a right and go straight. LabCorp should be on the left side. I personally struggle a lot to find and walked a lot which was unnecessary

Once they get moving, they move pretty quick, but they start slowly in the morning. We had a full waiting room at 730 and nobody moved until 815, but then everybody was done at 845.

Absolutely horrid experience. I thought the office was just backed up or slow for first thing being open. However, the way in which the tech Andrea spoke to a doctor there and other patients was absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. If possible, avoid this lab at all costs. At best, pack a lunch and be prepared to deal with Andrea, who is so bold to speak to a client with such disdain much less a doctor from the same hospital who was inherently polite. The entire waiting room heard and was aghast. Shame on you Andrea.Update: they also lost my specimen. Thank you for not only being rude but incompetent as well.

Kendra at the front desk is totally rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else if you can.

We come down here every three months and every time it’s horrible. Front desk is ALWAYS super rude and never helpful.They are always backed up and there is never enough seating.

Made appointment on the website and had lab orders and the reception was not helpful. She was rude. She gave me the containers to take home when my son needed that done and tested asap.

Did not say on the form that they needed you to print a copy of it and wouldn’t print it out for me. Had to go all the way home to print it, so ridiculous.

Tried to make an appointment online but they were full. Got here at 7:25, waited nearly an hour and a half to get one vile of blood drawn. The lady in the waiting room next to me smells like cigarettes too. :(

Terrible!! All the staff was mean!! No smile, AT ALL!! I felt like discriminated,somehow... Bad!!
