A completely ineffective team of people that should not be in business. I paid 200$ for a Rapid PCR test. When I arrived, I had to call four times for someone to come take the test. The results were never uploaded to the portal and I had to fly the next day causing me to spend another 200$ at another clinic which I had to rush to get another test. This could have costed me thousands in international flight tickets had I been unsuccessful. When raising the matter they did not even bother to respond, simply sent me an invoice. An absolute team of thieves. I sincerely hope this business is unsuccessful in the future given this complete lack of care for their job. They literally had one job.

I booked a rapid PCR Covid test here as I needed one to get back into my home country, and the process was so straightforward and simple! It was easy to book and make an account, the test itself was quick and painless, and I got my result in about an hour! The one staff member who tested me was so accommodating and great, Im so grateful for the process!

I was charged for tests they supposedly ran “in house” then received a bill from Quest for the same labs. When I spoke to the owner about the situation she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not go here. Sketchy business is going on here. My insurance has been contacted and is looking into the “double dipping” this company is doing.

Please advise where my antigen test results are located.

Horrible company that lacks professionalism and class. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual lab that doesn’t send all of their labs out and that’s actually ran by laboratory professionals.

I was able to use a Groupon, but even without it, their prices are fair. The people were great! Very helpful, got me in and out quickly but also took the time for my questions and helped me with information on an affordable clinic to help with prescriptions. They did a very good job! Highly recommend!

The people at Rocky Mountain Labs are fantastic! I usually have anxiety over a blood draw, but they put me totally at ease. This place is easy to get to, they were fast and it was totally painless.

Awesome group to work with, some of the best phlebotomist ive used (Matt, Rhianna) and im sure anyone else. If you have hard veins, scared, or just arent too fond of the idea they are the perfect people to go with. Very friendly and compassionate. :) Prices are great too!
