I usually don’t write reviews. But I had to say thank you to this great shop. It was my first time going there and they found the problem with my car. The next day after doing some research. They found that the part in question was still under warranty and could be done by the dealer to save me a huge cost. I really am at a loss for words. As there is no question that this shop has the most honest mechanics you will ever find. Although I didn’t get my service done here. I will definitely be back for my next car problem. No worries here gentlemen. Peter, Sorry if I was annoying in high school, but uh, perhaps you should let it go if it is going to affect how you do your business. Im not saying it is, but I bring it up because there was definitely something strange about your competence and Im all ears if you would like to call me and tell me what went wrong. I will consider it and change your rating depending on how justified it is. Not to sound all self righteous, on my high horse n drinking tea with my pinky in the air. I wanted to support someone from guerin prep which is due to close. Im sure you heard. Anyway, youre close to me geographically, you have one phone rep that is fun to talk to. I think its the owner. But Im afraid your prices and time management are not competitive enough. You wanted to charge me over twice what it actually cost to have my car fixed. And took over a week to give any kind of update and I had to call, I did not receive a call from you. It was so overpriced and unreasonable that I had to take a random guess using Google maps and reviews to find a more desirable mechanic. Which I did. And it worked. Your competitors took care of your list at half price and that car was good to go ever since. They also finished the job in one week. You may be thinking they did an awful job but Im afraid thats not the case because the car survived just fine through....i want to say three years, a thousand mile road trip, a delivery job and made me enough to buy a newer car and get started on my house. Anyway. I get it. I think. Youre short staffed. So lemme just say: Im sure you have no lack of skill, innovation, or reason, so I guess we just got a bad roll of the dice. Because sometimes things happen for no reason.That or you thought you were looking at prey, and you wanted to practice your extortion methods, but I trust that isnt your style.
