Car was finished when they said if would be done They make a very stressful time very easy. Highly recommend! They were very courteous with arranging for transport during the service. They even offered to drive us to the enterprise. The service for entire left side body damage was approx 1 week this included complete disassembly with painting. We were consistently updated and the work was well done. This service station is working with Geico Express office. The staff here is friendly and professional. Once car is in their hands they will call you few times during the fix process: once after estimate is ready, once when the work is started and few times to give you updates.Loved the customer service here.

Drove straight here after an accident and was well received. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and always kept in touch. When it was all said and done my car was delivered better then it was before my accident. Paint was well blended, parts, panels, bumpers replaced and I was handed the keys to my car with a fresh car wash and no blemishes.

Let me start off by saying I am not a easy client to deal with! I had stopped by Proline after doing some research online for a reputable body shop to paint a few things on my BMW M3 and From the moment I stepped into Proline and met with Todd, what normally tends to be a stressful experience turned out to be one of the best experiences with a auto body shop. I explained to Todd I was extremely picky and OCD with the quality of work done to my car since the color is not one that would be easy to paint. Todd Assured me he would personally oversee the entire process, and he delivered. This is the only body shop I would I recommend anyone to go to. Everyone at Proline was extremely professional and courteous! Just purchased a 2020 Santa Fe and the storm was just had caused some damage to my car. I had 4 little dents on the rear of my car from falling branches. Instead of painting the car they recommended PDR. It came out perfect and I couldnt be happier with the results. Most other places would have probably fixed the dents and re painted the area to make more money. Big shout out to everyone at proline! I will never use anyone else!

On 6/9/2020. I went to drop my ranger rover off to have some body work done on my vehicle (insurance claim) was there for over 30min no one from the aboved mention acknowledged Me, Not one question asked. Nothing. I had to go inside the office And let them know that am waiting to drop my vehicle off. I was told no problem (the stir down than that I got like why am I there) I waited another 30 min to this hour no one came outside to take the keys. Or go over anything with me. Unbelievable.i just left call my insurance company to have my claim moved to land rover to get my vehicle. Fix I used their service in the past but I will never used them or recommend anyone to them they are unprofessional no manners . Take your business else were don’t spend your hard earn money with them especial people of color.

WOW! I was wrong! When I am wrong, I do admit it!Proline does deserve a 5-Star Rating. Actually Brandon deserves a pay raise for helping me resolve my issue with my Jeep Wrangler, which is a lease:/ So you can see why I was going crazy when it was damage from the rear.But Proline came to the rescue. I got some good recommendation from others about Proline. So of course I decided to try them out. At first there were some issues. I had some concerns about how I was being treated. But we all make mistakes. We are only human. I should have remembered that. Sorry!After trying to speak with several people at Proline. We got a flat tire while passing In front of Proline last night. We went in as they were closing up and told them about the predicament we were in. They brought us right in and did everything they could to help patch the tire to get us home, despite the fact that it was after hours. They were more than happy to help, when they easily could have turned us away. Although we did not have any body work done here, their exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized as it is rare these days. Thank you again for helping us out!

Stopped in on a Tuesday around 5:20 to get an estimate. Girl tells me that the estimator is gone for the day. I say I will stop in tomorrow, and she tells me it needs to be before 5PM because thats when he leaves everyday. I say I cant make it in before 5PM on any day, and Ill stop by on Saturday. She says they are there from 8-12. I get there on Saturday at 8:20AM. Im told they only do estimates on Saturdays by appointment. I explain that I was there during the week and that the other girl did not mention anything about an appointment. I stand there for a minute and the girl just stares at me doesnt offer to squeeze me in since Im there and doesnt offer to set up a point me. I say Ok Thanks and leave. To bad for them, I was getting an estimate on the 1st of three vehicles that need work. They may do good work but Ill take my business elsewhere based on this experience.

Didnt even make my first payment on my new Tundra TRD Pro and was rear ended. Was referred to Todd @ Pro Line and am SO glad that I chose them to do my repair. Others wanted to do more extensive, unnecessary work and he was straight forward about the right way to fix the damage. Picked my truck up today and it LOOKS MINT. Just like it did before i was hit. Never would know it happened. Staff was very attentive and responsive with questions. (Big Props to Kelly for her assistance as well) They explained the whole process, arranged for Rental Car - All with top notch service..HIGHLY recommend them and while i hope i never have to see them again, i would absolutely use them again if needed

I did a lot of research for a place to fix my vehicle after I was in a small accident. I must add that I do not just take my car anywhere.I found Proline on Google and read through the reviews. I thought that the reviews were really good so I stopped by the shop. Everybody was very friendly and happy to talk to me about my car. Even the owner came out to take a look and offer suggestions. They worked diligently with my insurance company to get everything repaired and replaced. Great staff which is key in any service especially auto service. I trust them to get the job done right the first time at the best price. Sean even helped me sort out my A/C and after 5 minutes of diagnosing found it to be a bad electrical relay. Another shop closer to home had suggested I let them replace both the fan and compressor at over a thousand dollars. A new relay, only 6 dollars.

My first time was back in 2013 and I began to complain, but I later found out, Todd, the owner was fighting for dealer parts and wouldnt put on after market parts. He was fighting for me!, to get the job done RIGHT!. I just got my car back yesterday from Proline, due to a neighbor side swiping my vehicle and it looks like new! Ive had to bring my car here 4 times (thanks to an accident-prone husband). Each time they were reliable and had great customer service. The ladies that work their front desk are very friendly and kind. One of the 4 times was to follow up on a small fender bender repair, and without a lot of questions they fixed what could have been an unrelated issue very quickly and at no cost. Ive been to several repair places that would always defer to my husband, an auto-phobe if that exists, and wouldnt talk to me or listen to what I had to say. This is not that kind of place. Great customer service and great auto service.

Good place. The place I go to when I need repair. Although they should try to fix the best they can, some repairs are noticeable especially with buyer you can tell its not symmetric and attached poorly.

I had a great experience at Proline Body & Chassis! I got rear ended a few weeks ago and I brought my car to Proline. They were very helpful and even gave me the ability to track the repair online. You usually dont expect good customer service from an auto shop, but these guys were a pleasure to work with.

Worst body shop ever, took my boss car for repairs as the insurance company instructed, the car has been there for two months. I have to chase people down for information they been telling me for the past 3 days that they are washing the vehicle am assuming it will be spotless by the time of pick up. Will never return to the shop

If you care about your car don’t even consider them. The worst experience I had in years. The quality of work was very poor. I had to come back 3 times to correct various defects. At the 3rd time they refused to help me, the staff was rude and the manager vulgar and offensive. Even one star is generous!

I brought it to the attention of the staff, they told me they dont take responsibility for any stuff stolen from my car while they are working on it.I have never had stuff stolen from my car, while in a workshop. Unfortunately this shop is under the GEICO express program, thats why I went here

TL;DR - Didnt do the job right, Didnt keep us updated, lied to us. If you want your car fixed right, and value honesty, maybe pass this place by.My girlfriend took her car here to get some damage repaired when she accidentally drove over a curb. The rocker panels were damaged, the drivers side was completely off, and the passenger side was loose.A couple of years ago, I had my car repaired here through an insurance claim, and although they put the wrong part on at first, when I pointed it out to them, they did put the right part on. A week later, but it got done and the work seemed okay. I figured, it was an honest mistake right? Well...So, we took my girlfriends car in to get an estimate on a Saturday. They asked her if she wanted them to use OEM or aftermarket parts, and she said OEM even though they were more expensive, she wanted them to fit perfectly. She asked them to order the parts, and call when they are in.Later that week, she got a call that the parts were in, and we drop off the car. A few days later, she gets a call, the car is ready. We go over after work to pick it up. Once we arrive, we see the car and go over to inspect the work. The rocker panel on the drivers side, the one that they painted and replaced was noticeably loose, and the passenger side was even worse. An employee walked up to us as we were inspecting the car and asked us what we thought. We pointed out that the panels were loose, and he inspected them. Then he made some excuse as to how the panels are only held on with plastic clips, and you cant expect them not to be loose. We asked him if they noticed any damage to the underside of the car, perhaps thats why the clips werent holding correctly. He proceeded to tell us that We only told them to install the rocker panel, not fix any other damage to which we told him that we brought the car there to get assessed and repaired, whatever that took, not Just install the rocker panel.He then said, that the car probably wasnt even put on a lift, as the rocker panel could be installed on the ground, and to inspect the underside, the car would have to go up on the lift, but it was late, so can would have to leave the car so they can look at it.We left the car. This was on a Thursday night. We hadnt heard back by Saturday, so my girlfriend called them. The person who answered told my girlfriend that they had used aftermarket clips, so in order for the panel to fit snugly, they would have to use the manufacturers clips, which cost $3 each. My girlfriend told her that was fine, and she should order them.That was Saturday. We didnt hear a thing for a few days, so on Tuesday, my girlfriend decided to call again. She was told they were busy, and would call back in a few minutes. 2 1/2 hours pass without a call, so she calls them back. Now, they say that the owner has looked at the car, and he stated that it is as good as it is going to get. My girlfriend asked which clips they used, and was told The ones that came with the part which contradicts what she was told on Saturday.So, we picked up the car on Tuesday, its still not fixed correctly and now we need to find a place that can do the job right. This place didnt do the job right, gave us the runaround and lied to us about what parts they used

Car: 2006 RX8Job: replace subframeOverall: Nice, clean, large facility. Friendly staff (experience with Joe and Kelley). Fairly good communication - web/email updates pretty cool though delayed and seldom.Not sure about workmanship, horrific turnaround. Not recommended for customers paying out of pocket.Made appointment to bring car in for subframe replacement, 4 days prior. Car was dropped off, and for about 1.5 day, it sat outside, no work was done to it. Granted Joe disclosed there may be delays due to their insurance contracts earlier (reflected in star rating), this was still disappointing. Ideally, the appointment should have been rescheduled ahead of time. After starting the job, called indicating that the adjustment bolt on LCA was rusted and seized. Part was 2 days out. Upon part arrival, it took them more than 2 full days to finish an estimated (per alldata) 7 hour job.Reviewing the alignment sheet, I discovered that front right side had -0.1deg camber while left side had +0.3deg camber. Car slightly pulls left constantly. Called to inquire and was told the car is within specifications, period. Never heard of positive camber on sports cars, with 0.4 degrees asymmetric difference in camber, being called in spec. The thrust angle is at -0.2 degrees - this means the car will pull left, even on paper.The following points are questionable, but I am disclosing because i am convinced beyond reasonable doubt. There are 2 long and thin scratches on the front door, each about 1 foot long - one of the scratches was worked on with touch-up pen. There is a deep gash, about 1X1 on the front lip - paint and primer scraped off. I love my car so I am very meticulous about it. I keep her clean, take HD pictures all the time after washing and waxing. These scratches were not there at time of drop off. Which makes me think - maybe thats why it was returned so filthy inside and out compared to how it was when I dropped it off. white foot and rub marks on black interior, completely dust-caked exterior. Granted car was there for 8 days, and it rained once or twice, this is a place that does body work. It seemed odd considering I just spent close to $1000. There was 1/4 tank less gas in the tank upon pickup. Called to ask about these - Joe indicates he asked the tech and he is unaware of any of this.Few days after the job, there are rattling and clunking noises from the front suspension. Maybe coincidence? I will not return there to get this followed up on due to fear of not getting my car back on time again. Will visit a different shop to correct the alignment and inspect the noises at additional expense instead.Update: visited another shop and Technician knew the car would pull left from the alignment sheet. Corrected within 20 min and car drives straight now.

They do the repair well, the bad thing is that they dirty the car on the inside when the damage is on the outside, my seats were greased and even though I clean them, that fat has not been removed and on both sides of the seat and they deliver it full of dust inside, they should be more careful with the interests of their clients ... Unsatisfied!
