These guys are the best! The quality of work and customer service is incredible, Ive had bad experiences before with body shops trying to overcharge me, but never with Arrow. They charge fair prices and try to save you money where they can and they explain everything so that even I can understand the proccess. They definitely treat you like a friend, unlike other big corporate body shops. Highly recommend!

I am a faithful customer for over 20 years. My wife and 3 kids (5 cars) always use Arrow for any and all body and fender repairs. The repairs and painting always look like nothing ever was wrong with the car. Repairs are done in a timely fashion including any mechanical work needing to be done. Arrow is always my first and only choice.

I am somewhat new to the west Chicago area, so when someone sideswiped my passenger side mirror, I had no clue who to turn to. I tried calling the car dealership and they said they could replace it-- for around $450.Fortunately a quick Google search led me to Arrow Body Shop. They were able to paint and install the part for $100.But Id say price is only part of the value you get when going to Arrow - they had the nicest staff working there and were very quick to get the job finished. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get work done on their car.

May 13th a deer hit my Nissan Rogue. State Farm gave me a list of shops to go to. Called Joe at Arrow Body & Fender and he was so professional. I took my truck in the next day and he told me he would keep it and have it ready by the 9th. Welp today is the 4th and I have my truck back! It looks BRAND NEW! Not only did he finish early but again very professional and detail oriented...broke everything down so that I could understand! I’m a satisfied customer and will go again!

This has been a horrible experience for me and I absolutely thought that me bringing my car here after Ive had the experience that I had with one of the worse car accidents of my life was a great idea. My advice to anyone who has a brand new car that they are paying a car note for every month. If you have a car accident and the axel gets broken or the transmission is ripped out by force any kind of way due to the car accident. I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU IT WILL NOT DRIVE THE SAME. So now I am on my way to go get my 2014 car with a wobbly tire from my car accident I had 3 months ago which is has been in the shop for 3 days for absolutely no reason. Lets not forget its winter time so I have been on the bus while my car was just sitting there.Merry Christmas to me rite? Smh get more than one opinion from family members or friends.
